when you got the apk from here pls uninstall it and get 3.3.120 from playstore, it should fix the problem.

i did installed before remeber i asked in the 5.0.2 lib thread.. it worked, but since i didnt know about 4k and slow motion videos, i uninstalled the app. now i did seacrh on play store installed and am having the same problem..

yes now i remember. not sure whats the problem. on lolipop roms it works was told me.
pls create in DCIM/FreeDcam folder a folder DEBUG. then freedcam saves logs into DCIM/FreeDcam. pls log once from app start up to picture taking. and attach it here or send it to [email protected].
dont forget to remove that folder when you are done with logging. else your sd card gets flodded with logs^^

nevermind its working i guess instead of jpeg setting i used dng..

What ROM are you using

Problem is not the rom. Its the api check. Verify error happens when code get used wich not is supported on its android version. Normaly my code implementation is correct because it not get used. But there it preckeck classes if newer classes are contained. Not sure how to workaround that problem. On my old o3d it works.

try the alpha version from g+ group im able to zoom while recording video

Version 3.3.126 works well.
The button under take picture button causes FC, (above the take picture button is the switch camera button, below not sure what it does but for me FC.)
Other than that, good work.
Regarding the new UI:
When settings menu is displayed, clicking to the right does not close settings but acts on whatever you are touching, where the settings menu does not cover, i.e. exit button, take picture button, focusing...
And, icons used in Viewer are not very pleasant.

The button below shutter button is the focus peak button when active it highlights areas in focus useful for mf. What device are you using ?

How to enable watermark?
Open app
Swipe from the bottom
Tap the settings/gear icon from the upper right side
Tap Watermark Settings
Enable watermark
[Optional] Enable name then put any text on the space below
You now have a camera app than generates watermarks automatically!

Decompile the apk
Search for res/drawables/watermark_logo.xml
Convert the codes to svg
Edit svg file in Adobe Illustrator
Export the file as svg
Convert svg file to vector android drawable xml file
Replace the watermark_logo.xml
Recompile
Sign apk
Install
Done!

Wide Angle Lens: 12 MP Sony IMX386 sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 and the focal length is of 27mm.

My question is not useless as P20 record incorrect colour in many occasions which not resemble true colour, also failed to record HDR image when strong backlight behind the subject, images look oversharp which create kind of boarder or outline effect around subject , in some specific scenario P20 camera apk does not give intended result and also Google is software company and I believe their apk algorithm is far more superior than Huawei , google's camera apk have ability to get most out of ordinary camera hardware so I believe it can get more accurate result from best camera hardware like P20 .

Did you tried disabling camera AI? It often makes images oversaturated.
Also you're checking on the phone or on your PC?
Curious because haven't yet tested the quality of images on my PC.
I think there is no need for g cam. I bet Huaweis own camera app is better optimised for this setup.

How to use Digital Wellbeing on MIUI 10 (android 9) :

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to enable digital wellbeing on the Poco F1. This technique should work with other Xiaomi devices, but I don't know if it will. Please tell me if it works for you and I'll add them to the list :

First, download the latest digital wellbeing apk from this link
Install the apk as you would any app.
Now the app is installed, but there's no way of opening it. The regular way is through settings, but there is no option for it in Xiaomi's settings. You need to install QuickShortcuts to access it.
Now open QuickShortcuts and scroll down or look up "digital" and click on the list item "digital wellbeing".
In the sub-list that opens, click on the second option, and then on "try". This will open the digitall wellbeing dashboard. The big wheel should not appear yet, because you haven't authorized it access. That's what we're gonna do.
Click on the first option, "Dashboard", then "change in settings" and authorize usage access for the app.
Now go back to the wellbeing app and to access it a little more easily, check "Show Icon in the App list" at the bottom of the page.
You can now uninstall QuickShortcuts if you want, digital wellbeing's icon will stay in your launcher.
Profit ?
P.S : While the dashboard and usage graphics work, wind down currently does not work on Xiaomi devices.
If you really need wind down, you can complain in the feedback app, and hope that MIUI devs add this in an update, or MIUI 11.
I needed this myself and thought i'd share once I fond how to add this. Also if I ever switch ROMs I have a quick tutorial to get this back. Let me know if this helped you by hitting the thanks button!

Hi All,
I and @iKirby managed to port all of the Google Pixel live wallpapers.
Please note this works only on Android 11, our intention is to port this app only for Pixel phones that don't have the Pixel Live wallpapers like 4,4a,5. But other phones with android 11 might also work.
This port might not work in another chipset like Exynos, Kirin & Mediatek. Test it yourself.
How is it different from the port made by Pranav Pandey?
1. It will not show the same wallpapers with different versions in the wallpaper picker.
2. Wallpapers like Marvelous marble works perfectly with a real-time weather update.
3. Unreleased wallpaper - Conveyor Belt is available.
4. Pinball wallpaper is available.

Wallpapers for which we can manually set location - it will not work.

Your apk files get flagged on Virustotal for multiple malwares. I did DM you on this months ago.
I indeed prefer the zoom-in/zoom-out animations implemented on Pixel 4 live wallpapers.
