Anyone have a link to 10.3.3.0 global stable recovery ROM (PEEMIXM)? - Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Questions & Answers

I found the 10.3.2.0 (global stable, PEEMIXM) recovery ROM on GetDroidTips and updated with it last night, but I have been getting the notification for 10.3.3.0 for about a month now. Does anyone know where to get a recovery ROM for 10.3.3.0 for the Mi Mix 3? For clarification my Mix 3 is rooted hence why I can't just use the OTA. Or is there a way to use the OTA to update that I am unaware of? I tried to flash one through TWRP when I was still on 10.2.2.0 and it instantly failed.
Thanks!

To flash in TWRP should I be using the ZIP version or fastboot version?

The OTA zip. Fastboot is for using the Xiaomi MiFlash or fastboot tool from computers.

Okay thanks!

Just an FYI - I am a Global Beta tester, and there were bugs in a number of the updates for a while that would mess up the vendor partition if you flashed it from TWRP instead of from the stock recovery, even with the full size OTA file. I haven't seen that now that they got done with the Global Beta and switched to Stable Beta Pilot Team, but wanted to provide fair warning, if you have that problem after flashing an OTA from TWRP, the only fix I found was to download the Fastboot version and re-flash with Mi Flash, but make sure not to relock your bootloader, ESPECIALLY if you have CN device like I do.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm on global stable, is the issue just for global beta? Also if I wind up switching to global beta, which I was considering, is it worth doing a complete reflash with MiFlash for every update? Wouldn't be ideal but better than bootlooping

Global Beta isn't a thing anymore. I've never seen the corruption happen on stable, but someone did report it. If you were to install beta at this point you'd be getting 3+ month old software as Xiaomi killed global beta.

Redmi Note 5/Pro Miui ROMs without firmware
We all know that Xiaomi added Anti roll-back to latest Stable/Beta ROMs and many users bricked their phones because of it, check my thread about ARB Here, then check out this one
Here ill provide Miui ROMs fully stock but without "firmware-update", to prevent any potential bricking while switching between Miui Based ROMs
Download Folders:
Here
Notes:
After flashing any of the builds above you cant go and flash FULL Miui ROMs to downgrade, just stick to my modded versions if you want to use older MIUI builds
No matter which Anti (3/4) you have, you can flash any of those ROMs with TWRP
Those ROMs doesnt affect your phone bootloader in any way, so you can roll back to your old ROM after Flashing any of the above builds
Old builds might get removed, so keep what you need locally, we will keep the latest 3 builds from every branch
Dont answer with false info's, i saw more than one reply with false statements
Be Nice to each other, no need for flaming in here
Dont post links to other ROMs here, i saw miuipro & eu links couple of posts back ( it could come with fw/bl)
Read OP, Search before posting
One more time, those ROMs wont remove or change your anti, if you come from anti 3 it will stay anti 3 after flashing, and same goes for anti 4
Again, if your phone is anti 4, you cant just simply go and flash FULL older ROM, even after flashing Modded builds, so stick with my builds
Anti 4 users can flash any of those builds just fine
[*]All the notes Above applies for My Modded builds only, do go and share it as facts for all Miui ROMs

Note for CN Users
Note for CN Users:
before flashing any Global ROMs, you guys have to flash Global Cust from fastboot
Download Global Cust Here
Donwload dummy.img Here or attachments
then follow these steps:
Flash dummy.img from Fastboot to Enable Fastboot Commands
fastboot flash antirbpass dummy.img
then Flash cust-global.img
fastboot flash cust cust-global.img
Then Reboot into TWRP & Flash Global ROM
and this thx
so i can flash this over miui 8.7.12 and all the miui roms. doesn't matter if they are on anti v3 or anti v4?

No!!, read notes please, those builds contain system, boot & vendor only, doesn't have anything to do with bootloader or anti
Wait for Modded Miui 9 builds!

Excellent thought. Keep it going!
Stable builds are UP!!
Enjoy
Thanks! Are these flashable through updater app? I mean since I can't flash official v9.5.17.0 global over v8.7.5 beta now as we have newer stable version 9.5.19.0 with ARB which I don't wanna flash yet. Also I have locked bootloader still 165 hrs to go until I can fastboot flash and downgrade but i really wanna go to stable ROM asap.

Hello, I am currently in an AOSP and TWRP installed, I am wanting to install to EU 8.7.12. If I do, can I go back to an AOSP again?
Obs: I read the notes but I still have doubts

For now i'm on 8.7.5 global official with bootloader locked (5 day left to unlock the bootlader) ! can i update to 8.7.12 global with the updater app ?
And will i stay on "Anti 3" or will i be on Anti 4 like it would if i update normally ?
I read the note too but these wasn't answered

Trying my 1st custom ROM

Any recommendation on which ROM should i use for my 1st custom ROM? Is the pixel experience any good? i mean is there any major issues about this ROM? Is it also safe to flash it on my current MIUI version whihc is MIUI 10.2.2.0 PDGMIXM its the global version. I already unlocked my bootloader and currently searching for tutorials on how to install TWRP and which one should I install in this device. Many thanks in advance if anyone responds on this post.

It depends on how many costumizations you prefer. LineageOS and Pixel Experience do not have many extra features, while e.g. RR, Arrow and Havoc do. I experienced very few bugs in PE and LOS, but I haven't tried other custom roms. LOS has very clear installation instructions, which are also applicable to most other custom roms: https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/polaris/install
We have an official TWRP version; you can find the instructions and download link on https://twrp.me.
Thanks
I just want to try a new look on my phone. Ill install those roms soon, is it ok to back up this current miui im using if i dont like the rom i installed right?
Yes, but some users (including me) reported failures of restoring full rom backups. So make sure you also use some alternative backup (e.g. the Migrate app) and save your backup files on an external device.
Use a full backup with TWRP. It worked for me every time. However there is a bug with phone protection (unlock code or fingerprint) - and you have to delete it manually in TWRP file manager.
But everything works fine.

Pretty much easier is removing any PIN or fingerprint authorization before doing the backup.

Not sure I get you. My apologies. Removing any PIN, fingerprint authorization before doing twrp backup is inevitable unless you want to modify your backup file the way somebody above described.

You can still receive OTA updates on the unlocked bootloader as long as you are using official Mi rom and you do not have twrp installed. TWRP may break OTA updates. At best case an OTA will just replace your twrp with stock recovery. Root also should not affect OTA updates. So no problem getting ota even if bootloader is unlocked as far as I am aware of

How to update from old Beta 9.6.27 to Miui.EU Rom?

Hi Guys, got my Mix2s since official release and after unlocking bootloader I only "flashed" the Global Beta from the Updater (no root, no TWRP, only unlocking bootloader)... After that I always installed Updates OTA, but the Xiaomi cancelled the Open4all Beta Channel... Now I "stuck" on 9.6.27. (Germany) and for me there is no Update to 11.0.4.0 OTA !???!?
For me, the official Xiaomi Global Beta Roms - are much more fluid and less buggy like the Official Global Stable oO
Now my Question
1. Are Xiaomi.EU also OTA-Updatable or "Flash" within the Updater? Don't know if I need TWRP
2. How can I update without a Brick? Full Wipe is ok for me, to much waste on the phone
Thanks in Advance
Wow, I am suprised that nobody can help
I am clear that there will be always a risk with flashing and I am no Newbie at this.
But I want to make sure, that I not accidentally make it the wrong way..
So @ all Xiaomi.EU Users:
How can I flash the newest Stable oder Weekly on my Mix2s? And which way I must go, after flash to get future-updates for Xiaomi.EU-Roms (OTA? Flash in TWRP? "Flash" in Updater)?

2nd attempt to upgrade to 12.2.4.0 from 12.0.4.0 failed and resulting in storage wipe

Hi,
I would like to know if anybody encountered this. This is my second time encountering this issue. I was on 12.0.4 and received a notification to perform update to 12.4.0. After downloading and rebooting, my twrp launched and after a few seconds instead of flashing, it went to the main menu page. After that, the phone just goes to fastboot mode and refused to boot. My phone has been rooted with magisk. Much appreciated for experts inputs.
The only way for me to boot my phone is to do a clean flash using mi flash tool and fallback to the old version...
Thank you.

V12.0.4.0.QJKMIXM is a android 10 stable rom and V12.2.4.0.RJKMIXM is a android 11 stable beta rom which has many bugs.
V12.2.4.0.RJKEUXM is a stable rom that you can flash with miflash(but EEA not global).
After successfully going to v12.2.4.0, now I am finding that my current TWRP 3.4.1b unable to decrypt the phone thus not able to root it. I guess I have to fall back to 12.0.4.0 to be safe... I was tempted to go to 12.2.4.0 due to android 11 but looks like it's too problematic now due to beta. I was actually wondering why beta was pushed to me.

Yes i am able to successfully flashed twrp via fastboot afterward and directly proceed to root using magisk.
Everything works as usual, except, for me atleast, twrp now require pattern-type (3x3 dot) as password for decryption. Pin or character doesnt works.
Deleted.
To solve update problem you need to Rollback to stable stock rom, I used this:
Code:
lmi_global_images_V12.2.4.0.RJKMIXM_20201228.0000.00_11.0_global
extracted it.
then used mi flash from this toolkit:
Code:

sorry, but I cant provide links to downloads.

Issue updating from Chinese to Euro firmware

I am having a big issue. I have a Poco F2 Pro, and I'm changing the firmware to the euro version. For some odd reason I'm on V12.1.3.0.RJKCNXM, Android version of 11. That's the Chinese official firmware I believe.
Don't ask me why. I must have botched the intial set up. Anyway, want to upgrade the to the latest euro firmware/android version and upgrade to a better rom and finally get rid of this mi-bloat. Sadly, it says I need the flash tool and I do have access to it, but it's on a roommates computer and I don't like depending on other people. Is it possible that I can somehow use the TWRP I have to upload the firmware vs using the flash tool? Please let me know thank you!!!

You will need a pc to flash the TWRP.
Flashing a TWRP takes 10 seconds.
With Miflash 10 minutes.
But with the twrp you have to format the data and then put the pc rom on the phone (usb OTG solution).

Thank you. I actually have a TWRP installed called "LR. TEAM" I think it's a Chinese port of TWRP translated back to English. It's called TWRP 3.4.1b-0328.
I can't flash anything from there though, as I can't decrypt the storage and I don't know how to remove encryption.
With that TWRP do you think I might be able to flash the Euro Firmware without Miflash? I have ADB and fastboot via my chromebook. Thanks for all your help.

EEA was specifically designed for EU countries .(RGPD,GDPR).
The EEA ROM doesn't have a Beta program.
Global updates arrive before.
AOSP roms are based on global version.
