Does your camera recognizes and captures Red color incorrectly? - Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Questions & Answers

Has anyone of you observed? The camera has this major flaw.
The camera doesn't capture Red objects in real pure red color at all.
Instead camera captures Red stuff as Orange or Pinkish tints but not pure red.
This should has got fixed long time ago as many users facing this issue. And its a major flaw else images appear unreal.
I tried GCam and other apps but all capturing incorrect red color.
Any solutions?

Yes in early virsions of miui i tried in camera settings that increasing saturation and contrast a lil bit were solves the problem but now mi removes saturation and contrast option from camera settings ?.

Camera issue: low light = red blotch

Another captivate owner brought this to my attention and i wanted to see if I could replicate it. I didn't notice it on my own or with my pictures so I wouldn't say it's a big deal but wanted to see if anyone else noticed this as well.
In low light, taking pictures of a white surface shows a clear red tint/blotch in the center of the picture. Not sure why this would be, but it seems more evident in low light conditions.
Here are some samples.
Same issue here. It definitely shows up in the camera preview on the AMOLED

This is because the camera over-saturates the images. If you can find a camera app that lets you change those settings it would be fixed. The reason it shows up more on the AMOLED is because the AMOLED is already over-saturated.
I'm not sure that makes sense since the problem is visible on my computer upon export, which means that it's not just a problem while viewing on the SAMOLED screen.

Camera Banding in Low Light

I just tried out the camera on my new Moto Turbo. I've previously used it under normal outdoor and home lighting, without problem.
But I'm getting banding in low lighting condition.
Banding is easily visible on light background. Also the camera is taking too much noise/ white grains in the left corner of the screen in low light.
Is this issue common with this phone ?
Yes this noise issue is common in most motorola phones. 21mp is just specs. Reality is very different. The photos are good mostly when used flash

The noise issue is understandable... But the banding issue is driving me crazy. I can see light grey lines running on my screen in some lighting condition. Even this is common ?

Yellow tint at the bottom half of the display

Hello everyone!
Did anyone notice this ugly yellow tint at the bottom of the screen? It about 1/4 of display along from camera side. Could anybody prove that the problem could be fixed by update? I have MIUI 9.5.16.0 ODGRUFA on my phone, official Russian rom.

Put screen contrast to Increased contrast not atuomatic.
If there's till problem maybe your screen has problems.

I have already put the contrast to Increased. It has a little effect, but I steel see the warm tint at the bottom. It visible only on a white background and none-visible on any others colors (tested with Screen Test app). This not interrupting with using the phone and could be ignored, but my old Redmi Note 3 Pro has the clear white color and I don't understand how the top-phone like Mix 2s could has a defect like this.
I have created the same thread on the MIUI official forum and as I see this is the mass global problem, but not everyone notices the yellow tint. Many of users are talking about the same on the Russian forums (4pda, for example) .
install aida64 app and check whether its a 1080p jdi video panel
if yes then its a hardware panel calibration issue and u must try replacement as same happened with me on mi mix 2 in which i had 1/4 upper part red tint and this problem cant be solved by any software update and in worst case u can adjust its calibration by flashing a custom kernel which support kcal color profile but that will only reduce that tint and not completely eliminate it

As far as I know, there are only JDI panels. I did not find more than that when I searched the internet (which just criticized them for their low quality and the bad choice that Xiaomi made with these)
Yes, here is JDI, the only one panel in all Mix 2s smartphones.

Yeah, I got some purpling too on the viewfinder in low light situations. And the resulting photo is purplish where it should be black. I tried a different gcam, twichaya and loaded the twichaya2.xml and that took better pictures with no purpling.

i see , so it is software related then , because i have the exact same thing as you said, i was curious if it could be hardware related , i'll see if i can find that gcam
