i've seen this video on italian blog...in the attachment there is the app but i can' t try it..i ve wm6....is it true??
http://www.wmfans.net/?p=40
It's not true. It's a video and the phone holder just has the timing down. There was another video like this with the X-ray and also had a coca-cola video that tipped like a glass as if you could drink from your phone
you must be kidding that you believed it for a second. it is just recorded. to do that, YOU NEED AN X-RAY MACHINE.
are you sure it is a video? there is an installer app
I didnt even both to watch the video.
But I can tell you that if you remove the IR filter from any webcam / camera you can see through some opaque or dark items. This includes a bottle of coca-cola, and even some clothes. (SONY had to recall a lot of cam corders because the night mode allowed you to see through white shirts in the day time, ie. girls shirts.)
There are a ton of tutorial videos online how to remove these filters. The last one I watched was on Hak.5
It is a definte FAKE. The guys' bone structure and adipose tissues does not match the Xray screen viewer. Definitely FAKE.
Maybe you don't include that camera isn't located in the center of screen. But I haven't tested it, I don't know is it real.

Capellone85, where the heck sei andato a pescarla, questa?
IT Fake
Its Fake Some People Actualy Fall IT its a swf flash file haha.
the timing on the movement is out and the bone structure as mentioned was way off
It is probably a video file being played.. i have seen another one pretty well done with a little girl.. almost had be thinking it could be real but then my common sense kicked in
I have one a bit like that on my PDA. Not quite as sophisticated but still impresses people for about half a second till they figure it out.
Got it from here: http://freewareppc.com/misc/xray.shtml
edit: just noticed that post #7 has the actual one from the video
here is a whole bunch of such apps

thx so much for answer
I have used this one a long before, its just a video that runs, & u have to adjust the movement like wise.

The drink ones work on some devices like the HTC diamond, iphone, n95 and many others due to the the built in Accelerometer.
The xray as stated above is a flash vid but looks good if you time it right.
had my daughter believing my touch was an uber fone for weeks with that xray
Look at the guys left hand. It looks like he has this mapped to the button his thumb is on. Right before it moves, it looks like there's more stress as if he's pushing the button
Hello all!
I recently got the Invisible shield for my HTC FUZE so I thought I would install it and post up the video of the install, I did this as somewhat of an instructional video and tried to be as informative and professional about the install as possible. If anyone has any questions regarding the Invisible Shield or if you are thinking about purchasing one, please check my video out!
There was another one on YouTube, but I didn't like the way the person went about installing their fuze shield, just because it didn't seem like their phone was very clean to start with etc etc... anywho, I mention in the video that I am a bit of a perfectionist, so this is about the cleanest install I think you could get (hope so at least).
Please post your comment and questions!

First video of a set is up now! I had to split my original video into many separate parts! Pretty lame that YouTube only allows 10 Minute Videos :-\!
Anywho! New link is in post 1 and here it is again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3L9QVmPecRk
I am currently splitting the rest of the videos and will add the links as soon as they are finished!
as an update!
This invisible shield had all of last night to dry and sure enough many of the little bubbles seen in the video on the screen are disappearing! Pretty excited

Can't wait for the rest! You're providing invaluable information to me. I decided to get the FULL BODY for my Fuze this time too AND I just got mine in too! I had a Verizon XV6800 before and I went through about 10 different screen protectors until I got the Zagg. Not a scratch on my screen or protector after 5 months or so of use in my pocket with keys, etc. So, that sold me on the whole body cover.
Please hurry up with the rest of your video. Looking in my package I see tons of little pieces after the screen is on. Where do they all go? Your video is invaluable and should be picked up by Zagg. I would hope that they would at least extend to you products for life.
Nice job!

Also can't wait to see the rest and your review after a few days use of it! Just ordered mine right now with next day shipping. Going to get a new fuze and right out of the box before even turning the phone on im gonna install this puppy right now there and let it sit for about 12-14hrs. Was looking for something just like this.
Very good job. This shielding procedure is too hard because our hands are shaking

Very sorry for the delay on posting the videos! I will get the rest up this evening! I just started college classes!
So far I really like the cover, it has a bit of a different feel in comparison to previous covers i have used, especially on the screen.
Pros:
Obvious 0 scratches to phone AT ALL, basically impossible.
Increased friction coefficient so phone doesn't slip from hands etc(also check cons)
No worries at all to just throw phone in pocket, even if I have change or keys in there! (not recommended, but a good example of the great protection)
Cons:
A few very VERY small micro bubbles on the screen haven't quite made their way out yet, they seem to be getting smaller as each day passes. Hopefully they will make their way out.
Sometimes the battery cover will actually slip off coming out of my pocket, due to the high friction covering (this is not a big issue, but I have noticed it and it has happened more than once, maybe my pockets are just to tight ;-) )
Video review shall come soon and I will post the other videos ASAP!
Thx

good video there. and the Fuze looks really small on your hands
Excellent video. I just got my IS for FUZE, and started to apply as per the video. It was very tough to apply the back corner near the camera, it does not stay. At last it worked and looks very good, I still did not complete it and will complete the rest when the other parts of the video are posted. Thanks for this very nice video.

Well if its anyting like tinting a car window then i say the micro bubbles should completely dissapear in a few days time. After i got my windows limo tinted on my car the next day there was a ton of micro bubbles all over! I called the company giving them an ear full not knowing any better. A few days went by and every single micro bubble went away, zero bubbles on my window tint. Maybe it just needs a day or two?

Haha, i know what u feel bro. Not gonna touch mine until i watch this entire series several times probably. Im a huge perfectionist just like the author here so my install will probably take 30 minutes too! Haha.
I've got Part 4 on its way uploading (slow connection here at my apt GRR), and Part 5 is encoding! So sorry for the delay!
Looks like part 4 is done!!!
Part 4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0Q4kbDk0Js
The Micro Bubbles do seem to get smaller and smaller each day!
If i could recommend anything from my install, I would say use enough/plenty of the spray on the bigger parts as the little parts don't need much at all! If I had used a bit more spray my covers may have gone on even easier! Just take care if more spray is used, as the cover will move until it has time to dry!
Thanks alot for the support and I appreciate that my videos are helping!
Thanks so much

Any who, your comments and ratings on the actual videos are appreciated as they will get them seen by even more people on you tube!
I'm not sure who did that original Fuze Invisible Shield install video but I didn't like how much he touched the sticky side of the cover, imho that is a bad thing to do!

Great work, can't wait to try it out!
I have had great confidence in the build of the HTC products since I've never used a protector on my Wizard. It's beat up, missing paint and plastic, never kept anywhere but my pocket, and seems to have only gotten better with age. No duct tape yet but I know it will happen eventually!
My fear is that the shiney new Raph will get scratched up right off the bat and look like junk in a week. Plus, who knows how sensitive the hardware of the device will be...
Does the protector reduce the Fuze's tendency to be a fingerprint magnet? Seems like it definitely would.
Thanks KewlJ!
The Samsung UK site has the Galaxy Gear manual posted. Pretty interesting read.
http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/SM-V7000ZKABTU-downloads
Nice. Seems like you can still look at older messages which I wasn't aware of before.
I don't seem to see if all of my phones notifications will show up. Ex Gmail /Voice mail / Google Voice and if I get an MMS it seems I have to goto phone.
From the manual "Do not allow water to contact the touch screen. The touch screen may malfunction
in humid conditions or when exposed to water."
The issue I have with the watch is that you can use it like a watch and wear it when washing your hands as you will be concern of getting the screen wet. Also if your out in the rain then you have to attempt to protect it from the rain just as you do with your phone. I like having a watch that is water resistant, do not get me wrong I like the watch and would like to get one but I do not want to have to worry so much about water and the screen.
I'm pretty sure they mean during interactions. Meaning the moisture will make your watch act all crazy thinking it's your finger.
Reading in another thread the notifications system is half assed. For ex a Gmail message comes in and all it says is check phone. No details about subject or sender.
I hope that's wrong but given the complete lack of active show and tell during IFA it seems like they may have been covering up the fact the notifications are almost pointless.
Hi all,
My all time favourite watch was this:
http://www.tokyoflash.com/en/watch_museum/s-mode/oberonss/
People used to stop me in the street to ask how it worked. Trying to work out the time when drunk was impossible but I loved it. Unfortunately, I lost it on holiday last year and the company do not make it any more, so I have purchased a Gear S2 in the hope that somebody out there might be able to create a watchface that replicates what it does?
I am more than happy to pay for this work. If you are able to help, perhaps you could message me to arrange?
Thanks in advance!!

i looked at this watch and am interested in creating it for the gear s2. my thought is that it would be more intuitive if the time rings progressed as follows:
(example time 3:25)
outer ring = hour, so 3 dots
middle ring = tens of minutes, so 2 dots
inner ring = final minute digit (0-9), so 5 dots
in the video from your link the middle and inner links are reversed, which is a bit confusing. as a previous owner would you agree?
Hi, and thanks for replying. I couldn't agree with you more about the dots being in the wrong order. I got used to it over the years, but to have them follow a natural order would be better. Do you think you can do this?
it is a pretty unusual watch face which i like. i've done several requests that are now in the gear store but this one will really test my skill level. the animation part will be a significant challenge.
i am going to give this a try.
You sir, are my hero
Please advise of anything I can do, testing etc. As stated above, also happy to pay you for your time, as this will make me so happy!!
If animation proves difficult, even just the ability to display the time this way would be incredible.

working thru the design phase, i believe the reason that the original oberon watch rings were ordered hour/minutes/ tens of minutes was due to the look for times that ended in 6-9. the middle ring would then be longer than the inner ring. this probably looks better.
for example 10:47
outer ring 10 dots
middle ring 7 dots
inner ring 4 dots
this provides a more symetrical look, but i still think the way i am proposing makes more sense even though it may not be as asthetically pleasing
outer ring 10 dots
middle ring 4 dots
inner ring 7 dots
not as symetrical, but easier to tell time. i am more inclined to this method rather than the original. your thoughts?
That sounds perfect

watch face to display TIME is done. running on my s2 3g now, looks good. takes a bit to get used to reading time in this format. very unconventional.
next will try to get initial animation sequence to work which would really make it look more gooder.
don't think date will work out. i use Gear Watch Designer as the dev tool which is ok but is still beta, so there is no ability to include a function to double press side button and activate DATE like the original watch.

To be honest with you, I never really used the date function so this is not a problem for me. if needed I can check phone but I usually know the date
I'm sooooooo looking forward to this!! I don't suppose you've used the middle section to add stuff like battery, steps etc have you as would be cool to include that obvs.

i've got 2 easter eggs on the current version. touching just below the 12o'clock position opens S-Voice and just above the 6o'clock position opens Timer (i use these 2 functions routinely; they can be hard coded to open whatever). there isn't a whole lot of real estate on the face so these spots are invisible.
there is enough room in the middle for maybe 2 items so let me know exactly what you want.

Only really the battery percentage would be useful for me, and also the date in "xx mon" format if possible??
Sorry, also a notification indicator if possible????
ya notifications. GWD doesn't allow that. I and many others have been badgering the Samsung programmers to include notifications in the development tool. maybe in a future revision.
I will add battery and date in the requested format.
Here's the deal. Tomorrow is out so i will submit the binary to samsung for certification on monday. they are fairly backlogged; i have several other submissions in limbo and it's been a week now. it's possible the oberon watchface will be available by the end of the week but don't hold your breath. i'll let you know the name of the watchface once sammy certifies it. the proposed cost will be 2USD. if i can get the initial animation sequence puzzle solved, it will be available as an update in the future (i presume at no charge unless sammy does something odd).

Hi,
I'm new to this forum so apologies if this issue has been discussed before (I did a search but couldn't find anything.)
I've just bought a Huawei Watch 2 Classic and so far I've been very pleased with it, except for one thing. A day or two since I started using it, I noticed that on a grey background i.e. the one used for both the notification cards and the app menu, there's a sort of 'smudge' or unevenness to the screen at around the 10 O'Clock mark that's distracting. It's quite subtle and hard to describe (a cloud? bright patch? light bleed?) but once you've noticed it it's hard not to see it:
(I tried to post pictures of the problem here but I can't yet as I'm a new member)
It's always going to be difficult to take a picture of such an issue as the camera will correct for white balance, exposure etc but trust me it's more noticeable in person. In bright light it's also harder to see and is most noticeable at night or in dim light. To be completely honest, I can't see the issue on any other background or situation except when viewing notification cards or the app menu but I try not to go looking for it either.
All I want to know is am I being pedantic or should I be requesting a replacement?
Can you try and post pictures, I know .ay not be easy.
I haven't seen this issue but I've noticed the screen goes grey when on standby

I tried in every way possible to upload pictures or at least links to them but I can't as I'm a new member and therefore I have to make around 10 posts before I can publish any external links or pictures. I never got a response back from the forum owner requesting that I be able to do so either.
Perhaps when I've made a few more posts I'll upload the pictures for you to see, if only for future reference.
For information, I ended up sending it back for a full refund anyway - not necessarily because of the screen issue but because I couldn't see how it fit into my life. Also the supplier was out of stock for a replacement anyway so the choice was sort of made for me. I found it was actually more annoying having constant notifications on my wrist than on my phone, not to mention being socially unacceptable to have to keep looking down at my watch on a frequent basis. Unless these notifications were read or actioned as soon as they arrived, I found the interface to be too clunky to deal with them later which meant a lot of swiping and prodding, not an ideal experience.
Never mind, perhaps the smart watch market will mature in the not too distant future. I may well re-visit the idea at some point but for now I'll stick to a traditional timepiece.

actually when you get used to it you'll know that it's way better than traditional watches, you can see the weather and track your activities on your watch and listen to music without even taking your phone with you! and its getting way more normal in social life to have a smart watch specially when there are many people using apple watch right now that has a lot less features than android wear! (maybe not a lot but hey, its android!)
