Greetings from Brazil.
I just bought a Galaxy Note 9 and I'm enjoying it so far. I'm very inclined to purchase an used Dex Station for it (the Galaxy s8 used to come with one in Brazil so it's easy to find an "used*" one in good condition (*sometimes they never even used it but they can't sell it as new because they opened and tried it once). Anyways, my note 9 came with a case inside the box. It was alongside the papper instructions and the sim removal tool. My question is: Would I be able to use a Dex Station with this case on the phone? If not, would it fit in the dex pad? Below is a picture of the bottom of the case. I want to use dex daily so to remove and put back the case everytime would be a major headache. I have a usb-c to hdmi cable that worked fine as a dex cable but I want to plug the power cable and an usb keyboard.
Thanks!

With this case, the phone will fit in Dex

Hi,
I wanted to share a photo of probably fake HTC charger:

Could anyone show me how original looks like ? Because this one above makes really nasty touch screen interference on my i9000
I too have got this charger, I got it from amazon and this is I think the 4th item I have got from them that I suspect to be counterfeit. Mine gets really hot and smells like the components are burning inside. I do have a original charger the same style but I'm reluctant to take it apart, I can confirm that it is very different looking, also the plug section should twist to come of and be replaced by euro or US adapers I suspect. I also get unresponsive touch screen while charging too.
Sorry for posting in such an old thread. I have a very similar fake charger. Mine was marked "For Samsung", despite being an imitation of an HTC charger. I'm also having problems with it (calls end unexpectedly while charging and music stops playing after a few seconds).
Can you show the rear of your charger's PCB, please?
Thanks in advance.
I'd like to use my smartphone as my main computer, and the lack of a physical, full size keyboard is my main barrier to enjoying a normal desktop experience. What's a good choice of accessory keyboard for a Samsung Galaxy SIII phone?
found the keyboard case for galaxy s3 you wanted

Actually, there is a case just like the one you asked about that is getting funding on Kicstarter right now.
It's called Keasy, and it has a built in keyboard that has a physical keyboard. It slides into place when you need it and is stored in the back of the case when you don't.
Check it out here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1072593259/keasy-finally-the-touchscreen-keyboard-you-can-fee
here is a pic from their blog.

I'm posting this thread to get some advice or direction as to which Docking stations would be fully compatible with the nexus 6p. I know when buying cables we have to be careful cause a lot of the cheaper ones tend to ruin our devices. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!!

I'm very curious about this too
Beson Leung (a Google engineer that's checking/reviewing Type C accessories) has an Amazon list of everything that he approves of: http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/KF89JCHI0KT4/
There's only one dock on the list so far: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B017K46T1M/
He also reviewed another dock but it didn't make the cut.
I bought this dock : Sarvi Dock
This particular dock allows you to use the charger that came with the 6p. I love it. No issues whatsoever.

There is an extensive thread about this already, including the dock shown above (I ordered 2, got one, it was missing parts/instructions and was obviously used, and it took a month to get a refund).
Should check out the other threads on this.
In another thread someone asked me to take a picture of my setup so here it is, its a Brodit phone cradle that is custom made for specifically the LG V10 and is mounted to the car using a Kuda leather mount that matches my E550's interior.
Up until recently I have always used CarComm cradles because they use a modular design where you don't need to rewire the car every time you get a new phone but since they didn't make one yet for the V10 I switched to Brodit mount and is hard wired to constant power. The converted box is a 2A charger and is SUPER fast at charging the phone. On my 30 minute commute I get a good 35-40% charge with the GPS running..

In my previous E-Class (years ago) I used the CarComm cradle and as you can see with this one you only replace the phone holder part and dont have to re-wire the whole thing when you get a new phone:
Hello good day;
I ask you for help to install the Micro-SD card in my computer, it is a Bonroad MTCE_XRC, which apparently did not have an SD card. After requesting the adapter from the brand and refusing to sell it, it occurred to me to disassemble the screen, and there it was... deforming the head of the radio inserted under pressure, after removing it I see that it has 2 cables for the use of the Reset button, I have purchased the connector for it but now I doubt where to connect it, and whether to keep the Reset button with its original wiring, or use it through the new connector.
I attach photos of the motherboard and connectors to see if you can provide me with something where I have to connect it.
I am also going to install a 120mm fan on the top, as well as a heatsink instead of the PX5 module cover, since there comes a time when I have ThermalThrolling, and the browser closes.
Does the fan have to be connected to the red cable that comes from the car's wiring? or is there somewhere to connect it?
Does anyone have the Images of the DSP mod? the post does not have the images for the installation.
My intention with the card is to update Android to its most recent version, and if it convinces me to acquire the Hal9k system
