Don't think you are going to dinf just a front cover for it mate, why not buy a gel cover which will cover it and also protect your phone.
But if that doesnt work I think your best bet is to buy a faulty one and see if you can sap the fronts.

Haven't seen any Desire parts show up on eBay yet, but eventually they will.
There are some Desire dummy phones on eBay. Typically they are made of the same materials of the real phones... but I don't know if they use the real phone's replacement part though (probably not).

are those microphones? I bought the official gelskin case from tmobile but the case covers them up

I've searched and found ambiguous answers, from being irrelevant holes to being noise-cancelling microphones, to detecting short circuits in water?? It's still very unclear to me.

1 is for noise cancellation mic & the others are just the rivets for the antenna contacts. to find the mic, because I forgot which one it is, look at the top holes & find whichever one has a grommet behind it, that's the mic

Is it ok if i cover those holes with hardcase ? Will it reduce my phone ability ?

Does anybody have a spare front speaker grill? :(

Hey guys,
I bent my speaker grill out of shape when I was trying to brush the chrome frame around it on the front cover. I managed to fit it back in, but it looks like crap.
Does anybody have a spare speaker grill from a broken housing lying around? I can't find any on ebay and I'd be willing to pay a few dollars plus shipping (I'm in Australia).

You should check out your local mobile store, and ask if there are any dummy sensation phones knocking about. The manufacturers sometimes uses actual hardware when building the dummy ones, and I would imagine, if they're a bit nice, they might let you have one.

Camera ring on back cover?

Does anyone here know where I'll be able to get the ring around the camera for the sensation?
The ring is attached to the back cover from the inside. A picture is attached to show you.
My ring fell off while I was removing the battery from my phone when it froze on me and its been letting more dust get into my phone so I'd really like to get a new one to replace it.
If anyone would like to give me the ring or the whole back cover all together I'd really appreciate it.

It's to prevent dust? Meh, I lost mine, I work in construction where there's a massive amount of saw dust in the air to make Foxconn factory air pale in comparison. It gets a ton of dust and saw dust in their but I don't really care. Upgrading to One XL!!!!!!!!!!

You should be able to buy the hole back-cover for 40,- bugs on the htc accesoires website!

you could reattach it with super glue... my volume rocker fell of and i used alittle superglue applied with a toothpick now i cant tell the difference. if you still have the ring with you

The most I'd ever pay for just the ring would be 3-4 USD.
I don't need a new back cover since mine is fine and has no issues whatsoever.
I just need that damn ring, my OCD is killing me.

Just recently noticed that I've lost the shroud around my camera as well. It's really bugging me too, I looked all over for it. I too can't justify buying a new back just for this small piece. Hopefully I can find a good deal on ebay or find a damaged phone locally on craigslist.

I have the ring and yet dust still gets in :s

Just glue it. Won't really ruin anything. But just be careful not to glue the lens. As for replacement. I tried checking eBay, etc for ya but couldnt find any. I think what you can do is buy a new housing/battery cover. They cost about $26-30 on eBay.

The housing/ backcover on all4celluar dot com is only 17 bucks. The stock one not the white.

My sensation xe back cover had became loose over time. I emailed HTC about this and within 2 weeks they sent me a new one out free of charge. You might want to look into this

Do you have to send in your whole phone, give them your serial number, or sen pictures of the phone?
My phones warranty is already voided through software (S-off) and hardware (void seal broken)

all they wanted from me was name, adress and proof of purchase (i sent them a picture of my phones4u contract). I didn't have to send phone or anything away.

I would also recommend this solution, i'v had very good experience with HTC when I had problems with my desire battery swelling (probably because of using high power led flash too often). They only asked for a copy of the receipt and the shipping address.

Replacement housing & screen

I am looking for a relacement screen & housing, for my one x ( rogers ). Currently can only find stuff for the one x and they are different. My phone got driven over, housing is cracked and beyond appealing. Phone still worked fine, until i dropped it getting out of the skid steer at work. any help, or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

$80 on ebay my friend, Just search for the ATT One X or HTC One XL. you will see them

I found one on there for $67 shipped today, but would the 720e work with the One XL? My gf somehow ran over the entire phone in a cheap silicone case, and somehow only glass and lcd broke. Phone still works in every way.

HTC will fix it for 220 and will also replace the housing. It took a week turn around on my phone.
