My Moto G "Dual sim" audio quality is not up to the mark as express by Gsmarina.com lot of there is noticeable distortion in music output with earphone (Senheiser CX180), even my LG GM200 output is Far better in term of quality (not loudness). Moto G is really loud but quality is poor, I did install some music player (player pro, poweramp, neutron etc) to tweak with equalizer but with those sounds goes more creepy, but in "play music" audio is OK not Great, if Motorola would allowed to customized equalizer it might be better but its not even with Custom profile. can any one help me for better audio output. Thanks in Advance
To me the audio quality is quite good, I didn't bother, nor I would to analyze it with rightmark cos that's just silly.
Try using the Walkman port, its using Sony's own binaries and sound processing.
Do you mean Sony headphone
Moto G DS
Did you try faux kernel? It has some audio quality improvements. I have not had any issues with audio quality, for me it is ok with jvc plugs.
Cheers.

hello everyone guys,
im using galaxy s5 and Moto x 2014,
im music lover, i like to music only via phones.
currently i have sony 20$ earbuds, but i want a best sound,
then some one suggested me headphones like audio technica m50x and expensive headphones,
and some said that studio headphones have no use on mobiles,
is that true? how to get highest audio quality as possible with my phones? i know its also depends upon mobile but s5 and moto x2 have enough quality to deleiver enough high output,
so please suggest me, what should i buy or which headphones,

I only use Sony Bluetooth sbh20 earphones but they sound great, actually really loud compared to my old m2 on earphones and through the speaker, sound quality is also much better than it was on stock Sony music on my. Have you tried different earphones which ones are you using the ones that come with it aren't that great anyway, I'd avoid anything not branded that are really cheap as the sound reproduction would be awful anyway.

Hello Community!
I would like to ask if any of you was able to try usb-c headphones with OnePlus 7 Pro? I want to know about sound quality is it better/worst than 3.5 jack or bluetooth? What headphones did you test and what are your experiences?
I use Sony MDR 1000x bluetooth over ear headphones as my daily drivers but want to have some backup headphones specially when it is to hot outside to use over ear ones.
I was thinking about Xiaomi Mi ANC & Type-C since it has some good reviews.
Thanks for any answer.

I bought a pair of KZ ES4 used them with the 3.5m adapter from 6T didn't sound that good at all I ordered the Type C addon cable and it improved the loudness and sound quality was much better.
So far I'm impressed with the sound quality over Type C for such a low cost and with Dolby Digital Plus and V4A can tweak it too my liking.

would you link that cable or more info? please
I use the type c from Oneplus and think they're great. Fit well and great sound. The cable feels a tad cheap, but that's the only negative
