Honor bootloader unlock - General Questions and Answers

Hi,
I been trying to unlock bootloader for my honor olay with unofficial ways as you know honor dont provide bootloader code. They actually mention that they will provide it from service center which is also terminated.
So i dig a bit. Open up my phone and tried to flash twrp via test point. In order to bypass bootloader. Ican say its 50 percent working as it only erase stock recovery but dont boot the twrp. Its always stuck at ereocvery download. Where it will connect to wifi will download the recovery for you.
Anyone is willing ro help me will be appreciated.

search the forums.

FRP Locked and Bootloader Locked, cannot boot into system

I tried to use this tool https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108 to rebrand my mate 9 and I was able to unlock my bootloader before I started this tool and no problems there. Next I open the tool and went in and followed all the steps without problems all the way down past rebranding and to the step where I have to unlock my bootloader again. This time, FRP engaged and doesn't let me go past - I am stuck: i cannot reboot into the system to change any settings. At this point I tried a variety of methods, erecovery and funky huawei, they both end up saying getting package info failed. Now I am stuck. I cannot boot into the OS, it just kicks me straight into erecovery and erecovery isn't doing much recovery at all. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you need to relock bootloader, after it phone is resetting. then you need to unlock it, install TWRP , then you need to reflash a COMPLETE backup from MHA-AL00C00 or MHA-L29C626. Then restore to this. This is the only working solution. maybe i will create a backup from AL00

Need Warning
I think this thread (https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108) should add some warning.
I meet the same problem today.

That makes three of us. I ended up with the same problem after getting to step E in the rebranding. I'm no stuck not being able to unlock my bootloader as it says Phone locked in green and FRP lock in green. OEM unlocking option is greyed out in developer options
before i found a solution i hardbricked my mate 9, but it works for soft bricked mate 9 too https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/help/solution-19-00-fix-hardbricked-huawei-t3750315 i was in the same situation, thats how i fixed it, just follow steps from how to use the DC-phoenix tool with Factory Firmware file, update.app and hw.app
Now I'm in the same situation
After rebranding my Honor View 10 BKL AL20 to BKL L04, it can't boot into system and frp locked oem locked. Erecovery says getting package info failed.

Its stack on boot ts say your phone is booting Now please wet.and i dont have any recovery options . Because i m unlock bootloader and frp and install twrp recovery after that its automatic not showing when i go recovery. Its gone forever. Now im trying to again install twrp and root my phone but i can't unlock frp. Because hard reset problem. Remote command not wotking.so what can i do.i need your help. Please help me soon.im stack..
Just download firmware for your device and install it with twrp, then wipe date and it will boot normaly
If you can't, i think you need to get help with Dc-phoenix.. he can write even the fastboot is locked
A really easy way to completely fix your phone would be to flash the official firmware using the DLOAD method with an SD card.

Please help me make my phone work properly

This is the case, I have a problem with the Flash ROM, now the phone can go into fastboot, but there is no Recovery, and the phone's bootloader is locked.
You're going to have to give a bit more detail if you want help from this community.
For example:
What phone variant do you have?
What did you have on your phone when it was running properly? i.e stock android, locked bootloader, rooted etc.
What 'Flash ROM" do you mean a factory image or custom ROM?
What had been trying to do to your phone i.e upgrade from Android 9 to 10 by sideloading an image?
Had you previously unlocked the bootloader?
I'm not saying that I will ultimately be able to resolve your issues but the more info you give the more likely someone here will.
Now,my pixel 3 can not work, the bootload is locked.when I select recovery by fastboot,The phone noticed me can not find vaild operating system, the device will not start.
I used to unlock the bootloader, it is because I locked the bootloader that this situation has occurred.
Can you unlock the bootloader again in fastboot?

BLN-L24, Can Only FASTBOOT, Won't Flash Via DLOAD, or Boot to Recovery

Hey everyone,
I have the BLN-L24. I am only able to access FASTBOOT to do anything.
I cannot access eRecovery. VOLUP+PWR fails to load.
I cannot access the DLOAD method to flash a ROM. VOLUP+VOLDWN+PWR fails.
I cannot boot to the ROM.
Bootloader is locked. From what I understand, this cannot be unlocked due to Huawei no longer offering unlock codes.
FRP is unlocked.
So, are there any FASTBOOT options that I can use to flash this phone?
Saw that @shashank1320 has a lot of exp in this... pinging him.
