Miui Apps **Links Fixed Again lol**

Here are the miui apps that I've pulled for use with the Galaxy Tab, all .apk's have been tested by me and confirmed to work.
Depending on if people want them or not I will continue to port miui applications over to our tablets, these were done simply because I love the miui music app and the stock camera app on here is just.. well.. ugly lol.

Thanks yea the stock camera app is OK, but could be better.
EDIT: The lockscreen question was a bit far fetched, I do know that the lockscreen depends on the MIUI backends... so that won't be happening soon. Maybe a complete MIUI port XD
Both links take me to a 403 error

Can't seem to download the files. I am on my tab so maybe that has something to do with it?

Same here. I hate the camera app.

Both links are for the camera. But keep up the good work! Miui rules on my Desire. Wish it could on my Tab as well.

I have installed the camera, so far so good, but I could not change any setting as the menu is in chinesse only. Is there any chance to get it in English?

I fixed the Music link, also if the menus are in Chinese you should be able to fix it with a reboot if not post back here and let me know. Everything shows up English on my tablet but I'm on the Verizon Tab there may be some differences.

171!! lol The icons are small enough @ 200 for me.. does it make much of a difference in battery life/performance?

[Q] Feeling Lucky icon

Hello all,
Today a strange icon appeared on my phone named "Feeling Lucky". It looks like the playstore icon wrapped in a present.
I tried searching on google (also the image) to find out what it is but could not find anything.

It might be a side effect of another app you installed, can you open the app info and look at the package name? That might give some clues. Also can you uninstall it?

Thanks for the suggestion! I looked at the app info and it appears to me part of the Apex Launcher. After searching for this on Google I found out it is adware. Apparently this is part of the Apex Launcher. So no more Apex for me

Im using apex and don't have that, might be trying to disguise itself using its package name. Anyway glad to help!

Definitely a part of apex. It's in their changelog for the most recent version.
There does not seem to be a way to disable this "feature" but since I got rid of it, it hasn't come back.

Ahh thanks I didn't update yet that's why I don't have it

Just if anyone wants to know, I ended up just disabling the feelinglucky activity in apex launcher with myAndroidTools and that seems to have fixed it

I saw this this morning too... I dared to open it, then it said loading, and then a toast said "Lucky app not available" ... so sketchy. Hopefully Apex isn't going downhill.

I can confirm that the launcher running great on nexus 5 marshmallow 6.0.1 [emoji16]
Not sure how but BlackBerry launcher seems like storing my launcher settings. After installing the launcher all previous icon and widget are back where I put it.

settings are pulled from cache :good:

There is a bug.
Even though I can get on screen keys, I don't want them.
This isn't a problem of the port, BlackBerry launcher doesn't support hardware keys (obviously), however, it can be fixed by decompiling the apk and editing values.

i tried editing codes but no luck may be some one more experienced than me with more knowledge can fix this because this is hard coded still i will keep trying

So what is the actual bug? If it is something that isn't anything to do with the launcher itself than how can the launcher have a bug?

If it's a port for all the devices, then it is supposed to support all the devices (even the ones with hardware keys) and it can be fixed.

I've a question about the interface. Unfortunately, I purchased after the bootloader unlock website was shut down, so installing a custom ROM, mod, or anything else that requires root will not be possible. I understand this may mean I'm SOL, but I want to make sure before giving up.
I've tried installing a couple different themes to no avail. I'm not sure if there's a setting I'm missing, or if this simply isn't possible, but any advice would be welcome regardless.
I'm specifically looking for two things:
Move the mobile/wifi signal icons to the right, next to the battery/clock
Remove the NFC icon without disabling NFC
Here is a screenshot to give an idea what I want to do:

Uhm weird.. I didn't modify anything, interface is still stock. I only changed the font but look at my screenshot, the icons are in the good position. So I really don't know what is going on with your phone.

Which model is yours? BKL-L04 USA variant, has Android 8.1 and the signal icons are in the left side of the status bar

Looks like I'm using the BKL-L04 on Android 8.1

Delete the screen shot, IMEI numbers are visible.
And yes, all Honor/Huawei Android 8.1 screenshots I've seen icons are in left side

Thanks - I tried to remove on Tapatalk, and it didn't work. Had to log into web to remove.

That looks similar to Honor 10... Does it behave as if phone had a notch?
NFC icon can be hidden. I think I did that using SystemUI Tuner. You have to grant this app some permissions using ADB (see description on store) and then go to app - Status Bar - Auto Detect... Disable what you want. Some of the options don't work but NFC does. You might need to reboot.

There's not solution for that, in EMUI 9 the signal icons are in the left side of the status bar

The interface looks very clean. Love the small icons. What dpi are you on? Did that from developer mode?

Could you maybe check for me if they have added an option to keep notifications on the lockscreen? Notifications tend to get removed after 10 - 20 minutes from the lockscreen, even though you never dismissed them. They will still appear in the notification panel when unlocked. Thanks

No is not still appear in the notification panel when unlocked. Only the icon from app is remain on statusbar

Oxygen OS 13 open beta released yesterday so I checked it on my oneplus 10 pro, they have fixed it there. Notifications remain in the lockscreen until you clear them.

I was able to use PIA VPN set to France to sign up for the beta and got it downloaded the day after the signups closed.
So far - just the known issue of Wallet not working. All good!

Are you referring to Wallet as Google Pay or does it also affect another wallet?

Gpay and wallet are the same app on mine, completely messed gpay up so can't use my phone for contactless.

Sounds tough. Sorry that happened. I can still use QR code on my non gpay wallet and have not noticed any effects to it.
