Twrp ?

Can I flah kernel then rom before rebooting? Or should I flash rom reboot, then flash kernel?
Doesn't matter as far as I'm concerned. Wrong section. This should be in Q&A forums.

Yeah, wrong thread but you can flash kernel straight after or you can reboot then flash the kernel. Doesn't matter.

Flash new recovery

I have cwm recovery already and want to try twrp. Can I just flash from the goo app or do I have to un install clockwork recovery first.

It's in the T-Mobile Note 3 forum, Original Android Development section, or just go to the twrp website and search for hltetmo. You should be able to flash over your existing twrp using the existing twrp and a .zip of the new one.

Can update with Goo Manager. Get from Play Store.

Also, questions do not go in the general forum. There is a Q&A section for this.
