Hi admins,Please I need help about my Oppo a3s (3GB ram),I just wanted to downgrade my phone because every time I update my phone to new ColorOS,the score performance in antutu bench become and become lower,I also feel that when I play game,it is more lag or Fps drop than usual, when I first buy my phone,my antutu score is about 77k+, but now after I updated my phone last month to Color OS 5.2.1,it become 69K score performance and not even reaching to 69600 and up,even I format or hard reset, please someone teach me how to downgrade or make my phone to the old version CPH of my Oppo A3s,and also I just wanted to ask if when Oppo A3s be available for root because I really want to set CPU to performance mode and set Lowe's to max MHz, I also want to ask how can I make my phone in good performance, I can't really understand what's happening after does new updates,I always maintain the storage in clean cache every time ,if I make the game graphics to High settings,it become lag,if I set the game graphics to Lowe's graphics,it became more lag, please I really need your help, I'm really tired playing while the game is FPS drop, unlike the old version it's more better than Color OS 5.2.1

May be Downgrade not possible with normal flashing or updating , due to high security and encrypted storage..
The only method to downgrade by offline flashing with professional Jtag boxes.

I am having an issue with my Galaxy S6. The videos I have seen online show that S6 achieves scores more than 5000 on multicore on Geek Bench. However not even once have I been able to achieve that. My Geek bench is 64bit edition.
Not that my device is slow or anything but just that I have never been able to achieve that score. I get an average of 4500.
Please help.

Please no. You should keep yourself from doing that. Your device works fine.
Benchmark scores doesnt really scale well on day to day usage I guarantee that.
The main issue with low score in benchmark is DEVICE Temperature. The more heat it gets the lower the score.
Let me clear this thing up to you
You said that your device is not slowing down but got low scores in benchmark, that's because your normal usage of device doesnt push your hardware to its limits therefore you dont feel like it is crawling.
Benchmarking is different. It generally juices up your phone to its full capacity but thermal throttling comes into play, it is a safe-fail feature on device to prevent chips from getting fried. Its doing it by lowering the CPU/GPU clockspeed, the lower the speed, the lower the score you get.
But if you're desperate enough, you may achieve this thru cooling it first, mine gets 5.3k+ on multiscore at 23-25 airconditioned room. 4.5k average on room temperature, and a much lower score of 3K when I run it multiple times.
Oh okay. This is nothing to worry about right? Coz I read in one of the xda forums that this is coz there are some faulty units out there. And I voided my warranty with Unikernel. It was worth it. RAM issues and all.
Keeping it in a AC room I achieved scores beyond 5k.
See why worry if your device doesnt fail you at all hehe.
I dont know about you guys who keeps on relying with benchmark scores?
Live up with your device people. Just settle down and enjoy using it.
Haha yeah. Honestly if it wasn't for Unikernel I'd be pretty disappointed with this device. All lag and stutters gone and finally smooth scrolling. OK totally off topic questions.. Apparently this kernel has something called LED Fade. And I don't know how to make it work. Any help? My notification LED is still the same.
Hi everyone, not sure if the subject has been discussed before or not. I tested my E6653 variant of the Z5 today on Antutu and was rather shocked at what i scored. Now i know Antutu scores arent a true reflection as scores are variable depending on device temp, apps running etc etc. But i am still at a loss becaurge the best my device scored was 78000. That is a whole 20000 lower than what Antutu says the average score is for the Z5.
My device is unlocked and rooted. Im currently running it on Mrom v2.4.8 with the default kernel for the rom. I have played around with the kernel settings by changing governors etc but with no better than the 78000 i scored. My question is,how do i get a better performing device without sacrificing any to little battery efficiency in the process? Does anyone maybe have any insight into this as i feel my phone greatly underperforming with the current setup.
Not sure if it's relevant, but my Z5C (7.11 stock rooted with Magisk) managed to score 95K in latest Aututu:
CPU: 31886
GPU: 35768
UX: 21834
MEM: 5176

Mods I installed to help improve performance:
Green Kernel (For Z5C exclusively, pretty sure there is alternative around this forum)
FSC V5.1 (Very balanced thermal mod)
Brevent app (Eliminate bloated background processes)
Manually debloated (A must for stock rom, using settings app and SD Maid)
Note that 720p and 2GB RAM may effect my final scores, take them respectively. It normally hits 5hrs+ screen on time with moderate usage however I don't play games on my device, and overall it's quite responsive considering the SD810 except for multitasking.
I never liked MRom for how bloated it is at first installation with many underlay modifications that fail to meet my sony experience expectation. When in the worst cast scenario tho, there are always options to downgrade to 6.0 or custom roms.
Hey everyone,
I recently moved from an ROG Phone 2 to a OP7 Pro. While I like the phone for the most part, game performance is atrocious.
Especially in Archero. This is a game that would run at an almost flawless 60fps on the ROG Phone 2 but seems to drop to the ~20-30fps area on the OP7 Pro in CPU intensive sections.
Is there a way to set the clock speed to be locked higher rather than having it fluctuate dynamically?
First, if you play games on your phone why would you switch from ROG 2 to OP7P? If the former is literally a phone built for gaming lol. So, yeah.
To achieve what you are asking to do you need root and a custom kernel (I suggest SmurfKernel in your case). Then use a kernel manager to change the governor to one aimed at performance and change the min cpu frequencies to your liking.
I think it's only optimized to run at 60fps on certain phones. I tested this game on a Galaxy s9+ & OP7P and I get 30fps on both
Hi,
Has anyone encountered x2 pro gets hot easily, especially gaming , refresh rate locked down to 60hz? Feedback from chinese forum claimed that after the latest update(china rom .A13), many apps can no longer use 120hz.
Yeah like nearly all games are only 60, there's only a few that are 120hz , that sounds like a China problem bit I can't see them doing that, what would be the need? , my phone always runs cool even with competition mode on , well it's does get a little warm but never hot
Hello I have Poco x3 pro global version. I rooted my device and installed Kernel manager and there I saw CPU core control and I made some core offline and online again just randomly to check the performance difference. But there is an issue I am facing is when my device getting a little bit of heat the core 1(Little) and core 5(Big) getting offline. I used to check the CPU cores. After using Kernel manager for 6-7 days I had never seen any of the cores going offline. But recently I am facing the problem. So I thought it might be a Kernel or the app problem. So by not taking any risk I flashed stock miui 12.0.6 firmware and rooted it checked it again and the cores are still going offline no other cores only core 1 and core 5. Then I installed miui 12.5.9 eu and checked it out it still going offline. I know that CPU cores are online by default and when It gets hot it gears down the frequency but making cores offline Is a new experience. Did i gave a path to CPU to act abnormal by making some cores offline and online. Ohh when the they are getting offline significant amount of lag is being seen. Apps opening speed is pretty slow frame dropping in animations when opening apps. When my phone was not rooted I did face lag when heated up but not this much. Is it normal? Am I overseeing the fact. Please let me know I am
im also facing this problem, 1little and 1big core goes offline while gaming (ragnarok m)
using latest fkm on a crdroid 9.0,
i use this mainly to disable the sh*tty prime core....
any solution to this mate?
That's Called throttling,
Make super your phone become cooler. Problem solved.
