[Magisk] [Module] STEREO-HIFI-PREMIUM to AOSP 9.0 - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Themes, Apps, and Mods

STEREO-HIFI-PREMIUM only for AOSP 9.0.
Author Big_Brazer , I just tested and made it a module for Magisk.
This is not a port , the mod is made entirely on the aosp 9.0 files of our device.
Not to be confused with the stereo mod for two speakers, this is not about it.
*
v1.4
The sampling frequency of the audio is increased to 862000hz
Audio frequency up to 32bit
The Bluetooth A2DP driver now has support for 128bit 768000hz.
Improved effects surround_sound the back of the stage and improved audio depth.
===
v1.5
Activated Auro 11.1
*
It is recommended to install on a clean system without any audio modifications in the form of Dolby, ViPER4Android and others because they still cut the quality of the signal under its configuration.
P.S. perhaps they you more not will need.

How to check if it's working ???

v1.5
Activated Auro 11.1

For what is this mod ? I just edit mixer paths to 92 lvl instead of 72 and sounds wonderful .

If you look at the source code from Java part, you will find some are similar with Viper4Android, but this is not true.
Viper4Android only open source it's interface, their core drivers source code have never been released.
For convenient sake, I copy some interface code to accelerate my development.
How to compile the source code?
Use eclipse && Android NDK will do the job.

This guy are cool! They have tested to use JDSP with v4a! https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/module-jamesdspmanager-2017-10-15-v1-1-t3689390
I reach my milestone and made 14 Band Equalizer works @ 32, 64, 126, 200, 317, 502, 796, 1260, 2000, 3170, 5020, 7960, 13500 and 15000 Hz
And more nice bass filters
I have done more on optimize the audio engine, it use less and less CPU usage than before.
So far I have update:
Pure stereo widening.
Reduce band number to 12 bands.
great! this is purely cpu based? can it be hardware accelerated for less CPU utilization?
also a flashable zip would be nice
Tunnel player?
james3460297 , looks very promising. would this bypass the tunnel player that most Samsung phones use allowing for audio visualizers to work?
@james3460297 ... any plan to support magisk module for this ... seems promising. thanks for the works :good:

It looks like it works fine on my phone (MT6755, ARM64, Android 7.0) without any additional steps. I just flashed JamesDSPManager-v1.5-HQ-Auto.zip via TWRP recovery. I didn't remove anything or do other things.
James, would it be possible to add a parametric EQ where users can add custom frequencies and Q factor.
There is no parametric EQ on Android that works systemwide, i hope yours will.

Sony-music-dsp+

Player Sony (updated through Google play), and system equalizer DSP + (compatible from player settings).
Archive removes from the system Dolby Atmos.
Please make a backup before installing the files.
After installing the files, clear the data Google play and reboot the device.

@noskojv Good job,
With Vibe X3, I think we should not remove Dolby App, Without Dolby App, system will set the Dolby flag default as enable, and they will resample everything to 48 Khz.
If you don't like Dolby, you can just remove it in audio_effects.conf.
I checked : Viper , Maxxaudio, your DSP+ here. But ufortunately, nothing supports Hi-Res.
But I think Maxxaudio (Lenovo version with parametric equalizer give best sound - but with >96 Khz file, you need to set Min CPU freq about >800 Mhz

I remember "mic fix" and "stereo mod".
arise and root
There are a lot out there..!
Actually there are a lot out there but it depends on you what is required to you for example i wanted better music so i installed viper4Android so for your question there are a lot out there but you need to install only what you need. so here goes my favourite list.
CrossBreeder Lite Edition
CrossBreeder is a set of mods that are used to modify system performance as well as conserve battery life. While the original project required proper /system access, it has now been ported to work with Magisk, and it works exceptionally well. You can use it to reduce the lag, increase your entropy levels, get more juice out of your device and speed up your mobile.
Audio Modification Library
There are a number of sound mods available for rooted Android devices, like the aforementioned Viper4Android, AM3D Zirene and Dolby Atmos . Based upon your liking, you may want to one of them. But what if you like different features of different mods, but installing both mods at the same time would result in a system failure for you? Well, Audio Modification Library is a Magisk module that overcomes Magisk’s limitation of installing multiple audio mods, and does not cause any compatibility issues.
Viper4Android or AM3D Zirene
Viper4Android is by far one of the most feature-rich and advanced music mod out there for Android. It lets you alter almost each and every aspect of your device’s audio capabilities, thus giving you full control. It lets you customize the audio performance of your device’s speaker, Bluetooth speaker, headset or even a dock. The app not only increases the volume of the audio on your device but also improves bass & clarity, thanks to the cool ViPER Clarity and XHiFi technology.
Even though the interface is fairly easy to use, one might get confused with so many choices at their disposal. If so, you could opt with the AM3D sound mod by Zirene, which offers a simple and minimalistic interface, allowing easy tweaking around with the audio profiles for your system.
Dolby Atmos
Lenovo had introduced Dolby’s Atmos Sound technology to their devices a couple of years ago, something that was widely appreciated. The Dolby Atmos Magisk mod brigs the Dolby Atmos audio enhancements to any Android smartphone. The mod offers simple yet efficient sound modifications to the overall audio quality of one’s device. This app, which was earlier exclusive to Lenovo’s ROMs, has now been ported to Magisk, so that it can work systemlessly. You can customize the audio quality of music, movies, games, voice, etc. There are a lot of options here and if you are an audiophile, you will definitely appreciate the features on offer.
Android Mic Fix
Many a times, after flashing a new ROM or firmware, you may experience a loss in the mic quality of your device. The reason behind this is that most of times your build.prop file is tampered with by the developers which causes the aforementioned issue. The Android Mic Fix, as the name suggests, aims to fix this problem with the help of the “resetprop” tool to modify your build.prop file.
Hit thanks if I helped you.

I have installed Viper through Magisk and is working flawlessly! I am on RR Remix 8.1.0 by Endless!
Maybe it's late, but I still come with a recommendation--poweramp is the best choice for you.
I 've tried dolby, viperfx, audiofx, ainur, mi sound enhancer and so on, among which viperfx and mi sound enhancer(in miui) are the best ones.
But I have to say that they cause the quality of sound a little bad, and if you don't care much about the details of sound, you can try them.
The reason why I recommend poweramp is that poweramp hardly ever affect the quality of sound even if you set maximum bass and treble.

Yeah that's true but Poweramp is not Oreo friendly for now, it's unstable and the notification controls are useless. It's my favourite music player but it's painful to use in Oreo ROMs.
Miui + Ainur + Dirac sound best to me.
Where can I download dirac sound?
OH ye, dirac is in miui included. Od course. Best for us. Download links. Extra for Miui and for Oreo roms (stock). Please.

This is an amazing mod. Using 4.2 on one plus 7 pro Android 10. The thread looks dead. I stumbled across it in Google search. Instructions need to be a bit clearer. It also won't install unless you install the sound alive APK. I chose the version closest to the date of 4.2 It really is night and day difference. Much better than the usual distorted sound of viper (for me). Using with digital plus. Sounds stronger than Atmos. Thanks.
