Hi, i really need help, I don't know what to do ...
I tried to flash ma phone with lineageos 16.
But i had some problems with play store, so i tried re-flash lineageos with TWRP.
I must have done something wrong with full wipe but now, my phone can't launch anymore...
It don't launch system or recovery ...
I can turn into fastboot mode but that's all. I tried flash recovery ramdisk with erecovery stock (emui9) but it doesn't launch...
The first picture shows what's one screen when i boot into normal mode and the second one shows what's on screen when i boot into recovery mod.
But after these pictures, nothing happen.... really nothing.... The screen stay like this for long time. The phone comes very hot .... I had to let the battery down to reboot into fastboot mode.
Please anyone can help me ????

that does not work, boot into Fastboot Mode and Flash System,Cust,Boot and Recovery img from Stockrom via Fastboot.
You should know what version you had before, before you flashed Lineage OS.
Download Emui Stockrom and extract the UPDATE.APP with Huawei Extractor and copy System,Cust,Boot and Recovery img in your ADB/Fastboot Folder
You can the Firmware found in Huawei Firmware Finder from Playstore.
Flash all the img files via Fastboot
Huawei Extractor
Did not make Twrp Backup before you flashed Lineageos that could help too.
From pictures attached
which img files i have to flash and which command line i have to use?
Thanks a lot

Did you try booting to erecovery? Thats the best way to restore, i messed up my v10 the same way and restored via erecovery.
If not, you may try dload method to restore stock.
Or you may try flashing the system, cust and other img as mentioned in above comment.
Erecovery and dload is still your best bet.
I can't turn into erecovery....
The screen stay on the pictures I uploaded
Which img files exactly I have to flash and which command line I have to use?
Thanks

I have the same issue and already tried that. Your guide seems to be for EMUI 8.x and with 9.x some files and partition names have changed so i get errors. Tried adapting it and even managed to flash the system but it does not boot or enter erecovery.
I can even flash twrp on the phone but it gets then stuck on the splashscreen of twrp and doesn*t load further. fastboot boot is not working either and i can't relock the bootloader. I am pretty much out of options.

I have figured it out. You have to flash ramdisk_recovery and kernel. Then you should get into erecovery with pluged usb in and holding power up and power off/on button. Worked for me.

I have downloaded BKL-L09C432E4R1P9B159 (9.0.0.159) file from this site. Then I downloaded HuaweiExtractor and extracted the update.app file that is located in rom zip. After that i extracted the kernel and recovery_ramdisk files and in fastboot mode write:
fastboot flash kernel KERLEL.IMG
fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk RECOVERY_RAMDIS.IMG (or something like that).
I am not sure if flashing system is needed here, but I did it too.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: Those files are for C435.
Sadly this didn't help me. Still stuck at "Your device is booting now..."
And did you tried to plug in usb and hold volume up and power off? It should boot into erecovery now.
Tried that, no erecovery. I have no idea what i could have done to damage it this badly.

I have an AL-10 64GB mate 8. I wanted to turn it to the iternational ROM to have google apps. I followed this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/general/howto-load-international-mate-8-t3293619

There isn't a boot.img in the thread there. Where do I find it?
So I thought to try myself something... I flashed the oldest boot.img from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/orig-development/kernel-insecure-boot-img-t3311306 (B156 FLASHABLE IMG). The only difference now is that it remains stuck at the warning scrren. Previously that screen would dissapear and the phone would be total black.
Also I downloaded the update.app from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/general/nxt-l09-nxt-l29-stock-rom-b133-download-t3311839 of L29. Extracted boot, cache, cust, system, recovery, userdata from that package and flashed all files with fastboot. Everything successful but still stucked at warning screen.

Only 2 problems left. First the memory shows 4GB rather than 64GB and there is no theme support. Any idaes?
hmmm....try and go to recovery and format the data partition, maybe that helps.... just make sure u dont have any important data on the phone before u do that
Data partition is:
TWRP - wipe - advanced wipe - tick data and slide to start?

Nevermind I did it thanks to jbmc83. The solution for anyone that has the same problem is to format data partition. It's in twrp-wipe the right button. Thanks to jbmc83 and to all that helped me!!

yep thats correct although i think ull have to type "yes" in order to start it. in any case, just follow the screen instructions! also, be aware that this takes a lot of time, so wait at least half an hour before giving up ^^ let it run its course!
edit: ah ok, i just saw that it worked! glad it did

---------- Post added at 10:27 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:17 PM ----------
I know it's a bit hard to go to Fastboot mode when the device gets stuck at the Honor logo since there is no way to power it off because we have no removable battery (or you could let the phone battery drain). Still there is a chance to get it to Fastboot mode. When you're stuck at the Honor logo, hold the power button to initiate a forced reboot. Now as soon as device screen goes black immediately hold the volume down button and connect your device to computer via a USB cable. You have 1-3 seconds to do it so it will take several attempts to get success. As soon as your device reaches fast boot, flash a custom recovery and reboot to recovery. If it works tell me.
Hey.. You can do 1 thing.. Download the huawei update extractor.. It will extract the app and give you recovery. Img.... Them flash both recovery and recovery2. Img.. Now you hav the stock recovery.. Now put that app in ext sd dload and wait for it to update . Hope it works. Workd for me

Hi!
Okay, this case is really weird and of course is thanks to my negligence. I'm gonna post it hoping someone can help me, or at least keep other people aware about trying stupid things lol
I tried to update to Nougat with an unofficial method (I don't consider necessary to tell what method...) and I just messed it up, badly. I'll try to give a detailed explanation:
The phone has the bootloader unlocked. After trying to update to Nougat, it got stuck when rebooting. After the unlocked bootloader warning message, the phone won't go further than that, it just stays there. If I hold and press the power button for more than 10 seconds the phone won't shut down, it will restart to get stuck again after the unlocked BL warning, making impossible to turn it off completely.
I try to enter to stock recovery by pressing vol + and power button at the same time (tried other combinations, vol - and power button & vol -, vol + and power button) but I have no luck, it just gets stuck at the same point.
I already tried extracting BOOT.img, RECOVERY.img, CUST.img and SYSTEM.img from an official update.app and flash them in that order via fastboot (yeah, I can enter to fastboot mode). The process is successful in terminal (I use Linux) but when I reboot the phone, it gets stuck again after the warning.
The only recovery that is actually working is TWRP, the one ported for the Honor 8 (flashed via fastboot), but it won't let me install any custom ROM, it just stays in "patching image unconditionally" forever, making me press and hold the power button but this won't shutdown the phone, it reboots, gets stuck and... so on *infinite loop*
Btw, when I wipe cache, dalvik and data in TWMP, the message "failed to mount /cust" with red letters appears, so it's probably a very corrupted system partition. also, It's impossible to repair the custom partition. This appears:
Repairing Custom using e2fdck...
/sbin/e2fsck -fp /devblock/mmcblk0p44 process ended with ERROR: 8
Unable to repair Custom.

Tried HiSuite from Huawei (in Windows) and it doesn't even recognize the phone.
Hope somebody could possibly give a solution, if there's any. If not, I'm afraid I have a beautiful paperweight now...
Oh yeah, one very important part: my Honor 8 is the US version (FRD-L04), and yes, I'm making sure I'm getting the current update.app for this model.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes, but since you r able to go into TWRP, can your use adb command like adb reboot bootloader than flash stock recovery image?
after that since it is keep rebooting, you can hold your volume up and down all the way to force update.
IDK if this work. but no harm to try it, since it is "very hard brick"
Edit: Fastboot erase {partition} before flash back the image maybe help

I assume you having the update.app from a L04 full firmware, not the OTA.
for the not able to repair partition like custom maybe you can erase it using fastboot erase command and fastboot flash it back
or you can fastboot erase all the known partition like system, cache, data, custom etc.... and fastboot flash back the image.
i assume your fastboot still able to access

I did it!!
I could bring it back following some of your methods. Here's how I achieved it:
-Formatted the Custom partition in fastboot.
-Flashed BOOT.img, RECOVERY.img, CUST.img and SYSTEM.img again.
-Forced the update by putting the entire firmware in the dload folder located in the sdcard, it failed at the end, but I rebooted by pressing and holding the power button.
-The phone passed beyond the point where it was getting stuck (finally!), but now it got stuck in the Honor 8 blue screen. Rebooted it again doing coldboot.
-Entered to stock recovery, wiped everything.
Then I just rebooted it and Voalá! It started all new!
Guess it was not that hard brick haha. I'll have to change the name of the topic.
A million thanks @chongns, you rock!

I tried to root my device after rooting it went into a boot loop then I flashed it with it custom rom using twrp it still didn't work out. Later I used clear data option in twrp and deleted everything including the rom....Now the message"No rom found " was shown in the recovery....So I tried to replace twrp with normal Huawei recovery, so I used the Huawei extractor tool to extract the recovery file and flash it...mistakenly I flashed Erecovery...now I am stuck with it.. I don't even enter fast-boot mode no even into the normal recovery and is not recognizable by pc
Now, the only way out is to flash stock rom using force update method (by pressing both volume buttons and power button simultaneously)
my phone details: https://ibb.co/kOzQCF
What command did you use to flash the ERecovery?
http://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=80950&version=321934&siteCode=lt
This is the EU ROM B340 for the L01
Also did you try reinstalling fastboot drivers?
Good luck!
Also next time when you encounter no OS please just move the zip file using the mount function
Or using a SD card
