Can a Rooted Phone have FRP Lock enabled? - General Questions and Answers

I looked over the internet cant really find an answer for it so thought id post here and give it a shot. I have a Galaxy s9 plus exynos version and have it rooted with twrp. I try to Turn on Oem lock to enable Frp lock but it when i reset it says custom binary is blocked by oem lock. I flashed stock recovery and it still doesnt work tried flashing before i turned on oem lock and after still cant, gives same boot message. So basically i want Frp lock incase someone steals my phone so they cant use it at all, it seems frp and oem lock work together, cus i cant have frp lock on unless oem lock is on to. So my question is can i enable Frp lock on my phone if its rooted?

Found the Answer somewhere else on here guess you cant have root with frp lock enabled.

Galaxy s6, can't flash recovery

I wanted to flash twrp, but it says that it's blocked by r/l (reactivation lock). But I wanted to remove the reactivation lock from the phone, but it didn't work. I just typed in the password and nothing happend. Then I wanted to remove the samsung account, but this didn't work too. So I deleted the account from my pc and on my phone it said that the account has been disabled. But in the settings the reactivation lock still was activated, but everything was so grey and I couldn't do anything. That is very strange because the account is deleted, so the reactivation lock shouldn't be there.
How can I remove this now?
"
EDIT: I created a new samsung account, but i still cannot deactivate the reactivation lock and when I try to remove it, its says "processing failed".

Bootlooping with FRP

My now ex girlfriend returned me the phone I bought her and had FRP enabled since she reset it with hardware keys. I tried a few things, and now it is bootlooping, so the normal FRP bypass options I'm aware of won't work. However, I still have access to Download Mode and the Stock Recovery. Is there anything I can do to get this thing back to it's bootable state, even with FRP enabled?
I have the same situation, have you ever tried this method?

Samsung Galaxy a71 screen lock bypass method need help

I have a Samsung Galaxy a71 that I bought on Facebook marketplace that is in Spanish mode and has a pattern lock. I have been unable to use the buttons to go into fast boot and bootloader mode, and I have been unable to use any of the settings in the quick settings panel to try to access the settings by bypassing the screen lock. How can I bypass the screen lock on this phone? Is it possible to install an update via SD card? And once the screen lock is bypassed, how do I bypass FRP on this device?

I'd get in contact with the previous owner.
