Bootlooping with FRP

My now ex girlfriend returned me the phone I bought her and had FRP enabled since she reset it with hardware keys. I tried a few things, and now it is bootlooping, so the normal FRP bypass options I'm aware of won't work. However, I still have access to Download Mode and the Stock Recovery. Is there anything I can do to get this thing back to it's bootable state, even with FRP enabled?
I have the same situation, have you ever tried this method?

Can a Rooted Phone have FRP Lock enabled?

I looked over the internet cant really find an answer for it so thought id post here and give it a shot. I have a Galaxy s9 plus exynos version and have it rooted with twrp. I try to Turn on Oem lock to enable Frp lock but it when i reset it says custom binary is blocked by oem lock. I flashed stock recovery and it still doesnt work tried flashing before i turned on oem lock and after still cant, gives same boot message. So basically i want Frp lock incase someone steals my phone so they cant use it at all, it seems frp and oem lock work together, cus i cant have frp lock on unless oem lock is on to. So my question is can i enable Frp lock on my phone if its rooted?
Found the Answer somewhere else on here guess you cant have root with frp lock enabled.

Unable to unlock bootloader (OEM unlock disabled)

Hello,
The phone was working fine with the latest google stock android 10, i decided to lock the bootloader cuz the phone was getting overheated so i thought it'd be a good idea to lock the bootloader. Prior to do that, it asked me to erase everything! I erased everything and when i tried to reinstall the stock image it asked me to unlock the bootloader!!
The problem is that USB debugging isn't enabled and the phone is empty with no system!
You have a verizon pixel, can't be unlocked :/
we're working on a unlock for these pixels on https://t.me/MarlinSalfishVerizon

Question Does OEM unlock also remove the FRP for factory reset?

Whenever I factory reset my phone reasons maybe because of root or going back to stock I notice that the FRP is now disabled and I can skip past the google account with the skip button. Does the OEM unlock have to do with this? My phone is a factory unlocked model of the Pixel 7 pro.
I'm a bit confused with your question... If you initiate a factory reset from the settings menu, you effectively remove the FRP link to your account. FRP is designed to prevent other methods of factory reset (like from the recovery or bootloader) when an account has already been added to the device.

Click to collapse
Yes FRP is disabled when OEM unlocking is enabled.
