Hello,
i was trying to manually install the Android 9 Beta, unlocked my phone, flashed TWRP and tried to flash the firmware. It didn't work and i got the brilliant idea to just format everything.
Of course afterwards it didn't work either, and after a reboot i could not even access TWRP anymore. By now i got it to show the TWRP boot screen but after that nothing happens. If i try to boot normally it is just stuck on the "Device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen and nothing happens.
I can however access the bootloader.
Does anyone have an idea if this is fixable? Would be sad to lose a 400€ phone to a stupid mistake.
Greetings
Downland your matching firmware, extract it and flash the main partitions back via fastboot then try to boot to erecovery and do a restore.

Okay so i extracted and flashed the System.img, the Recovery_Ramdisk.img and the Ramdisk.img. System and Recovery flashed fine, the Ramdisk.img however did not flash. I attached an image of the command line, i could not find anything about that error online. With Recovery and System flashed, it still gets stuck on the "Device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen. Is there anything else i should extract and flash?
@Nimueh Wow that's a great guide, thank you!

my honor 6x isn't booting normally. i get in the eRecovery menu every time I boot.
Bootloader is unlocked
Twrp installed
I search for 2 hours now but I can't find the stock firmware of the honor 6x
I think if you use the options in the eRecovery, you should be able to restore it to factory settings. But, I have not used this function, so I could be wrong.
However, even with twrp installed I am unable to use a buttom combination to boot into it. The only method that works for me is rebooting into it with a reboot app (root) or via adb reboot.
When I use the volume up + power button combi it boots into the eRecovery instead of twrp.

Dealing with similar issue with my L24 I had everything working great. Debloating the rom and edited build.prop.. but then I got update to su binary and rebooted. Then edited build.prop again and that was the end of her haha.
Now, in TWRP, it will not mount anything. Get error 8 and error 1? Tried the format data option under wipe, can't mount. Tried wiping data, can't mount. Tried cat /etc/fstab and data was different than other partitions. dev/block/dm-0 while all others were something like mmblk041... Any ideas?
Maybe the rm -rf option? I've ran out of things to google haha.

And boom I was stuck in a boot loop , no battery charging
No dload method working , nor the recovery.
So here's the deal
Frp- locked
Bootloader- locked
I can only get to the fastboot and rescue mode but then I can't flash anything , not even oem unlock
Every command execution gives an error : Failed ( remote command not allowed)
Please somebody help !
No, just the roll back ! After that I was at the bootloop and couldn't do anything about it.

It locks the phone, you have to flash the another firmware (offical one).

Make sure ur phone is power off and do 3 button trick. Not worked then follow below
If there is no charge then make sure your phone is power odf and hold the both volumes and connect the usb cable to pc and it will update.

FRD-L09 bootloop after downgrade to B131
Hey folks!
I have similar problem with my FRD-L09. I succesfully downgraded to MM via the 73mb rollback package and the B131 ROM. The phone worked prerfectly. After that I plugged the phone to the charger. When i wanted to grab it noticed the phone keeps restarting and stucked in bootloop. I cant even turn it off
I tryed to get in the recovery menu with the volume up+pwr button combo, but it doesnt work, the phone restarts and shows the boot logo again. If i try to restart and go into the update menu with the 3 buttons method the screen goes black, after a several minutes the phone reboots...
Do you have any idea how can i fix my phone?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Quick question: where can I get the official Honor 8 FRD-L04 firmware (USA version)? I have a phone I'm trying to put stock MM firmware on, I'm able to get into fastboot mode. I just want the firmware that is suitable for that phone version. I need a flashing method that will give me zero errors, as in if I flash something like "SYSTEM.img" I won't get uploading errors.

Ok, but I need a guide that actually works. I have the official firmware, I just need to flash it with no problems. I've tried many tutorials from youtube but none of them have worked. The "Vol - Vol + Power" button method doesn't work for me. I have also tried Huawei Multi-tool and all I get by using the unbrick function is "FAILED(partition error, or sparse write failure). I can go into erecovery mode, but everytime I try to restore it says "getting package info failed".

I've tried like heck to find the answer before asking but to no avail. I'll keep it short:

- Can get to Fastboot (blurry image attached)

- device is locked, usb debugging is off (was attempting return to stock)
- CMD shows fastboot device but won't perform any flash or unlock commands (failed: remote command not allowed)

Try to use this method
https://forum.xda-developers.com/8-lite/how-to/guide-unbrick-huawei-p8-lite-2017-honor-t3766652
If your router does not allow you to do that, use DC-Phoenix or Funkyhuawei, but it's a last resort
I think you did something wrong. I used this method 2 times.
Hello,
My OnePlus is stuck in a bootloop. I can turn it off but if I turn it on, it displays the first screen with the logo "+1" then the second screen with the circles that turn and there they freeze. The circles do not move any more then it restarts and it starts again until the battery runs out.
I tried this awesome tuto called "How to unroot OnePlus 6 in bootloop / hard-brick" but i'm stuck in thé step 5. The phone restarts, I first screen "1+" then the screen with the H2OS logo and then it remains frozen on the logo and the phone restarts and so on. I have tried to retake everything from step 1 but I am still stuck in step 5.
Do you have any idea ?
Thanks,
Don't know that tutorial, but i think it's only a softbrick, have you tried to format data from recovery? Stock one or TWRP doesn't matter, and what you was doing before the phone goes bricked?
Hi !
Sorry I can't post URL of this tuto because i'm new here and there is a restriction. It's this one :

Before this bug I was just playing with a stupid filter in Snapchat then white screen and bootloop.
I've already tried the followings things (without success) :
Wipe data and cache
- reset system setting
- wipe cache => aucun effet
- erase everything (music, pics, etc)
Advanced
- Reboot to fastboot
- Reboot to recovery
I'm lost...

My bootloader state is locked.
You need to try a format from stock recovery but you'll lose your data

Luckily I made a backup a week before so it's not a problem to lose my data. How can I format from stock recovery ?
Is there a tutorial?
I tried to unlock my bootloader.
Download & Update OnePlus 6 Drivers => ok
Download & Update Fastboot and ADB Binaries/Drivers => ok
Open a command prompt window
fastboot devices => ok
fastboot oem unlock => flashing unlock is not allowed
Try the MSM unbrick tool, i don't think you can unlock the bootloader in this state since you didn't enable it in the dev options

With the phone turned off. Hold the volume down button and then push the power button for 10-15 seconds and see if phone reboots to recovery or fastboot. If you can get the phone boot to fastboot, follow the simple guide at the link below. Be patient and follow the steps. This process will erase all the data but you said you already have a copy of the back up data. Download on your PC/laptop the correct version, most current stable OS is 9.0.9. Download will be in the zip format. Unzip the file. While phone in the fastboot mode, connect to your PC. In the unzipped folder, click on FlashAll.bat file and wait. You may get some failure messages, just igore them. Eventually the phone will reboot as a brand new phone. Here is the link:

Turn off the phone.. Den press both volume up and power button for few sec.. It will boot into Fastboot.. Now connect to pc and then use Fastboot command to unlock your bootloader. Then use msmtool to install fresh stock rom.

I already did that and with this command (fastboot oem unlock) I get this error : flashing unlock is not allowed.
I guess I've to unlock my bootloader first but I don't know how to do that in hardbrick...
I am assuming that you have appropriate ONEplus driver installed?

Also are you using the command mentioned in my previous email from the downloaded zipped file. don't try to unlock. Simply try flashall.bat file in the fastboot mode.
