Accidently I force stopped the default messaging app in realms 2. Now MMS sending and receiving is getting failed.
Can someone suggest any solution.

Since rooting my phone, I uninstalled the pre loaded messaging and replaced it with handcent sms so I could then group text.
But I cannot send or receive MMS ?
Can someone plz advise me of an app which can receive mms as a standalone or an app which will allow me to group text sms and send/receive MMS.

hi. i used the universal anderoot app to root my x10. 1st time of trying to send mms and won't work. it appears to try and send and if i left it it would prob go on forever. unrooted phone and still does't work. i have installed handsent but never unstalled original messsging. so if anyone can help that would be great.
I restored setting to default setting, non SMS Mode installed like Chomp SMS... anyone know a fix for this i can receive MMS but can't send

My phone stopped sending texts. I installed Google voice and uninstalled it. I'm not sure if that's related to it. I can still get SMS and MMS tho.

I just got my replacement phone today and have been setting it up. Just noticed my SMS messages arent sending but I can receive messages and have LTE data. Cant seem to fix. Any ideas?

Just bought a Honor 8 for about a week and still finding my way around it. I had a LG G flex 2 and the honor is so much better. Anyway I use Hangouts to send SMS and MMS. Just notice I can receive MMS but not sending them out. I can use the default Message App and it sent out MMS just fine so it is not the Access point problem. Anybody ran in this problem and how do you fix it? TIA.
PS. Still waiting for OTA update to 7. L04 in US with T-mobile.
maybe you should re-install the configuration settings .. contact the service provider
I am on T-mobile and I have the same problem. I can receive MMS within Hangouts, but cannot send one. I am on Nougat, though, and I noticed this problem only after the upgrade (probably because I never sent an MMS before the upgrade).
If I install Google Messenger and use it as my SMS app, it does not display SMS conversations correctly. All SMS conversations are labeled as "unknown sender".
I also use MightyText to send text from a computer, and any SMS sent from a computer does not show up on the phone.
It seems that Honor 8 has a bug related to SMS/MMS...
Ok, so I dowloaded Textra & SMS messages from petal search. Both apps work perfect with SMS, but when you try sending MMS it fails. I tried manually setting MMS in textra but still did not work. Anyone experience this? or know how to fix? Thanks
