Hi
Does anyone know where I could order a genuine galaxy s7edge battery for my galaxy s6 flat.
Heard its really improved battery life for people compared to the one that comes with the s6, so I'm interesting in trying to do this mod myself. ?
Any info would be great. Thanks

good choice....
the original battery is bigger than s6 ... So you will not be able to close the back cover...... & you should use Case.....
U can buy blustar battery for s7 edge ... it fits & will be fine
good luck ,,,
Would this be fine?
Planning on ordering battery today as it seems my orginal battery is slowly getting weaker.
Also managed to find this one aswell if it any better. ?

I currently have a x10 mini pro which I've got pretty tierd of.. its simply to small for me. I'm thinking of buying a Galaxy s2, is there any other phone that is like the s2 that you can recommend?
Motorola Defy with Cyanogen-Mod!
Best is - it also runs under water
u can try motorola atrix...
If you want a new phone right now, The galaxy s2 is the best bet, theres also the sensation, and the atrix. However, if you can wait a little bit, the nexus prime is supposed to be coming soon.
yeh,Galaxy s2 is good.
if you want to pursue cost-effective, you can buy xiaomi phone m1,it's new,and strong
hows the battery on galaxy s2? nexus prime looks nice
Although s2 16.5 mAh battery, but still a lot of power, should buy two batteries

Samsung just released a 2000 mAh battery that barely adds to the thickness at all. Might wanna check that out.
maybe 2000mah battery is a good choice,Provided that you do not worry about the thickness
I'm looking at getting the Xperia Neo myself. A little cheaper than the Arc and most other top models and comes with a pretty good camera from what I can see.
Only issue would be I have an X8 at the moment and Sony dropped support quickly so I don't know if that would stop you buying from them again.
You can try with Arc but it's a little expencive. My favorite phone is arc ^^ , but however i have an x8 and im happy
Ordered a samsung galaxy s2 it was between that and the sensation. we will see if I did the right choise^^

Samsung Galaxy3
Hi guys, I'm currently in India and will be for the next 6 months or so. I currently have the pantech burst running slimbean r6. It's a great phone, does what I need it to with no lag or anything but the battery life is killing me! I get roughly 3 hours or so of screen time which is isn't enough (on wifi, forget about leaving it on 3g, I might as well walk around with a charger).
I was looking to get a new phone but the absolutely most important thing for me is battery life. Here is what i'm currently considering and I'm only listing locally available products that come with warranty (samsung india won't touch anything that isn't sold here).
LG Nexus 4 - $386
Samsung S3 (I9300, 1gb ram, 3g only) - $404
Samsung S4 (I9500, sammy octa, 3g only) - $576
These are the only ones I'm considering, the note 2 is just too big. That being said, I've been reading reviews and comparisons and have come away completely confused. Some say the n4 has horrible battery life, some say its excellent. S3 apparently doesn't have enough ram. S4 with the sammy core has overheating issues. I'm completely stumped as to what to do. The S4 can be had for roughly $490 since samsung is doing a buyback offer if I trade in my blackberry (they'll also throw in one free display replacement and an S-view cover) but I'm having a hard time considering since I lose my blackberry (faithful backup phone) and also don't get 4g or a snapdragon. Can someone please shed some real world light into this matter?
My usage: the pantech serves me beautifully with barely no lag or issues. Its just the battery and no, there isn't an extended battery available for it. At least none I could find.
Thanks for the assistance guys!

I spoils saint for N4 . The batter life on s3 and (especially ) s4's is said to be impassive but the performance and SUPPORT you gain from purchasing a Nexus is very rewarding . If you're still skeptical about the battery life you can still buy a battery pack ,in moderate capacity, for the deference among any other accessory .

Coming from a Samsung S4, I'm considering getting the S6 but I have heard peeps online complaining about how poor the battery is. The Samsung S4 has a 2600mah battery and the Samsung has 2550mah. I want to know you guys opinion on usage. Thanks

+1. No consistency for me at all. The last day for me has been better than my note 4... couple days ago it was horrendous. YMMV
I think its great. After all the bad reviews I was quite shocked at what im getting. And the quick charge is perfect. Super fast.
I'm getting around 14hrs and about 5hrs of sot. I'm a moderate user

Battery is fine. People tend to run crap apps and then blame the hardware. If you have not had a new phone for a few years then this is a much better device all around.
I would say that even on a bad day it's more capable than the S4.
It's bad. Very bad.
It is not bad at all. What do you guys do with your phones lol

Pretty good for me. I'm a moderate user.
I heard snapdragon 820 got bad battery life. same battery life as galaxy S6 in real life review
what about Exynos 8890 battery life?

Those results are BS and don't match real world results. Galaxy S7 edge gets the same battery life as the S6? No way. I owned an S6 and now own a Snapdragon 820 S7 edge and battery life is not even close. The S6 I would have to charge when I got home from work to make it through the evening. The S7 edge lasts me until bedtime and still has plenty of battery left.

Because they want people to get upset as that means people will share the information and so forth.

ok thanks maybe they don't want people to buy Samsung Galaxy S7. maybe a Troll website...fooling people
Well hopefully they didn't give wrong information on purpose. I think it's more likely that their test is just flawed or they made a mistake in testing.
I cant seem to find any galaxy s6 vs s7 battery comparisons OR tests ANYWHERE on the entire internet, is this becuase nobody owns an s6 or becuase its so new or is it a conspiracy?
My S7 is coming today and I have a feeling the battery life will suck...

What do you think?
Almost same software, upgraded hardware and 500 mah bigger battery, heavily optimized software compared to Lollipop and with root, it's even better.

I think Samsung are blocking certain keywords In Google's sesrch algorithms to maintain its stupid reputation, but that's just a theory...
Is yours rooted? And does it improve the device? As I've been rooting and custom ROMing smart phones for years and I'm noticing that it's basically a flow of endless updates, bugs and battery issues whenever I hack the phone, not to mention lack of security and not being able to use banking apps..
