Hi windows mobileHD2 gamers here a little game I made called SuperMarioGun. This time SuperMario shoots goombas with his gun. Mario can shot goombas,turtles,and flying blue balls that are in his way. SuperMario has unlimited jumping ability ,which he will need because this game is hard. On top of screen is 2 small buttons 1 is to restart the other is to exit.
BUGS
1) Only 1 bug which the controls are single-touch which means you have to let go of 1 button to press the other.
Any feedback will be welcome good or bad as long as its respectful. Have fun!!

Heys, neat game, though some suggestions (if i may):
- Rotate the game 90' so you play in landscape rather than portrait
- Depending on how feasable, drop the shooting button, and make it shoot to where you press in the game-area
- The gun is way to big for mario, lose mario or go for a much smaller gun
- Change the controls a bit, apart from the fact that i would do the shooting different, when you do go for landscape, make 3 buttons lower right or other corner, the buttons are for left, jump and right
- If you keep mario, look at adding a game background thats closer to the mario feel (for starters lightblue with some bushes and stuff, you could improve it by making them move at different speeds to create the effect of depth)
- Look at multitouch support, at least for the HD2 (afaik) theres a api out there.
Keep it up! great to see people making games beyond the average snake/androids clone

Thanks for the feedback all the changes you mentions are doable. The only problem I have is multi-touch because my compiler doesnt accept any plug-ins. I will look into it thanks for responding.

Well I cant do 3D games but I did a mario kart mini-game thats a simple games.
Are there any drag racing fans out there who also happen to be LWP dev's?
I had a couple of idea's for a drag racing themed LWP. First is just a simple christmas tree that cycles through the lights as you tap it. Another would be a running big block on the screen that reacts to the CPU cycles, i.e. as the CPU cycles go up, the engine runs faster and you see more flame coming out the pipes. I'm sure you get the idea.
I'm sure there are more idea's that you all could come up with, just throwing the idea out there.
I'm playing DH2 on my T-Mobile GS2 and it's fairly glitchy, but the killer is that I'm on the level where you're teleporting to various floating islands and I'm on a T shaped island with a chest to the left, and what looks like a teleport spot to the right, but it's not active. There's no way off. Is there any way to fix it, or revert to an earlier save? Or do I have to just start all over again?

So the idea is you are an Hexagon Magnet that is either white or black, that has to avoid coming into contact with a red perimeter. Other hexagon magnets appear randomly on the perimeter of same color (pushes your magnet away) or different color (pulls your magnet towards them). You can click on the enemy magnets to change their color (or polarity) and try to balance the movement of your magnet to avoid collisions with the deadly perimeter.
Goal is to survive as long as possible. Some actions you can take that you can discover in game.
Any feedback and comments, even bad ones I'd love to hear. Solo project so despite a lot of testing, difficult sometimes to find bugs when you know what you are supposed to be doing!
I can't post any links yet, been a reading member for a while but never posted. A search on google store with MagnetHex will find the game however.

The X changes to the symbols moments before the ball reaches a "crossing" - that's how it works on all devices on which I tested the app...
If the buttons stays a X all the time, something is wrong there...
