[Discussion] Need Help in Unbricking redmi note 3 Snapdragon

Here is the short story. I followed the unofficial method of unlocking bootloader. I did that and managed to install twrp then i flashed CM14. However, it proved to be not working (Stuck at CM Logo). I also noticed that in TWRP it has an error which is E: Failed to mount /persist. So yeah, i revert back to MIUI and relock it. I managed to reflash to 7.1.8.0 global beta but the problem is there are so many bugs like No wifi detected and no sim data making it unusable to do any internet plus brightness isn't working.
So, this is the true problem came. I followed Raaj52's instruction and want to flash the latest Fastboot rom Developer (which is 6.7.29 global) but i got stuck with Unspecified error when i follow Raaj's instruction. When i do miflash and flash in EDL mode, it got stuck with Not enough storage is available to continue. Please help me, i have redmi phone just and want to use it again.
In addition, can someone please explain to me about:
1. Why E: Failed to mount /persist in TWRP happens?
2. Why Wifi cant detect any hotspot and sim card has no service at all?
3. Why do i have Unspecified error when flashing in Fastboot mode?
4. Why do i have Not storage is available to continue error in EDL mode?

PS: I use Miflash 20151028, Anz Folder, Unlocked Bootloader folder and Fastboot_edl folder as well as fastboot ROM downloaded. I also post similar thread in http://en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=433772&page=1&extra=#pid8058468 in hoping that someone can help me.

SORRY FOR SUCH A LONG QUESTION [HELP]
Guys Please Help , I accidentally broke my sim card pins while removing my sim from the slot 1, for that i went to a LOCAL repair shop and he changed my sim slot and placed a new one for Rs-800 ( 11$) , And the Phone turned on correctly there so i came back home , But i realized that my first sim was detected but it wont search for networks and nor it had any netwOrK (Detected the sim tho) , So i switched off the phone and it wont turn on now , I have attached a PIC , it gives me a cid read failure , and i am only able to boot into fast boot mode using the Usb cable connected to my computer , My phone bootloader was unlocked and i was on stock marshmallow , DEVICE IS XT1557 Merlin , I aint a noob and know enough about the soft brick and all . I did tried fastboot commands to get unlock data and when i try to unlock it ,it says -not supported command in current status , secondly i am not able to flash any roms as the error is BOOTLOADER PERMISSION DENIED , REMOTE FAILURE .
One more thing is that , my hidden charging light turn on which wasn't activated anyhow on my 6.0.1 , it happened only AFTER THE REPair .
GUYS PLS HELP ,TNX ALOT IN ADVANcE

Flashing with MiFlash has the status the first line of the bat file

I have the Mi Mix 3 that has the Chinese ROM. I unlocked the bootloader and currently trying to flash the global ROM.
I downloaded the Mi Flash tool and the Global Fastboot ROM, but when I try to flash it, the status is always the first line of the BAT file (see screenshot)

Your answer right there. Mismatch device. I believe to go to global, you need to use twrp.

I see. I thought that, since the status was the first line of the ba file, it was not executing it properly.
However, a strange thing happened. After I rebooted the phone and entered again intro fastboot, it worked.
I guess it was some communication error maybe?
Anyway, if you have the same problem, try and do the following (I don't know which one was the actual sollution)
1. Add Android SDK to your environment variables (open a cmd window and enter adb. If it works, it is done properly)
2. Reboot into fastboot without hte phone being connected to the PC. Open MiFlash Tool, connect the device, hit "refresh"

Please help! FRP bypass Huawei P30.

I am editing this post as I have become more educated in the last three months since I made the original.
I bought a broken phone. It had a bad battery and could not switch on in order for the phone to be reset. Neither could the seller provide me with any account info in order to remove the account before or after the reset was done I bought the phone from a repair shop as it was abandoned by the first owner as it was deemed uneconomical by them to repair.
I have replaced the screen and the battery with OEM items and have been trying for 2 months to get the phone unlocked.

What I have tried:
Every tutorial on YouTube related to P30 FRP lock and EMUI 10, and even some for other related Huawei devices like P20 and P30 lite.
I have tried eRecovery methods of update and restore, USBOTG method to update and both downgrade firmware. Everything fails. The recovery has buttons for emergency backup, but if I select this it reboots the phone back to the OOB setup. Also if I try to reboot to Safe mode, it does the same thing just in Safe mode.
HiSuite Proxy. @IProfessor This is still where I have issues as I feel that this is the most likely to succeed. Sadly every time the firmware reaches the point it will begin to install, it stalls and fails. I have logged it and will post them up here.
I believe the FRP lock is blocking me from resetting this device somehow, I just cannot figure out how and how to circumvent it. I am am being patient and I have time, the phone is not for daily use, yet.

I took the phone to my local cellphone repair guy.
He had a guy that flashed the firmware directly to motherboard. The only downside is these guys sometimes use the wrong region firmware, as is my case.
Total spend was R350 ZAR.
P.S. are you not also on the vwclubsa forum?

I HAVE XIAOMI NOTE 4X THAT IS NOW NOT WORKING, WHEN I PRESS THE POWER BUTTON IT VIBRATES LIKE IT WOULD START BUT NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER THAT, NO MI LOGO OR FAST BOOTING, I TRIED TO FLASH IT USING MI FLASH TOOL BUT THE FLASHING PROCESS TAKE JUST 2 SECONDS AND THEN IT SAYS SUCCESS, DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM I INSTALLED ALL THE DRIVERS , BUT PHONE DOESN'T RESTART AFTER THAT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS?

i want to explain the problem more clearly, when i press the power button on the phone it vibrates only, and then nothing happens, i tried to put it in fast boot mode but i couldn't.​i used the mi flash tool several times trying to resolve the problem but i didn't work, when i plug in the phone to the laptop the device id appears in device section in mi flash tool but the COM port doesn't appear at all no matter how much i tried, also QUALCOMM drivers are installed but they don't appear in device management when i connect the phone to the laptop.​please is there any one can help me?​

I had mido for a couple of years but nothing like this has ever happened to me. Try flashing in EDL mode or maybe try charging it.

i tried but nothing works, in mi flash tool this"31e0ceea9804" appears in device section instead of COM port. and when i click on flash it takes just 2 seconds and then it says "success".
