Ok so heres a new cwm recovery for huawei ascend y320 there is an other CTR recovery for this phone but CWM as you know is the best recovery
Now this tutorial is very easy to follow and in few seconds youll have your CWM installed.
Requirements:
1.Rooted Huawei Ascend Y320 (If not see this thread)
2.MTK Droid Tools With HUAWEI-Y320-U30_boot_patched_-.img files
Instructions:
1.enable Usb debugging from developers options.

2.Connect your device to pc via usb cable and make sure all the drivers are installed (If not GO HERE)
3.Connect the device using USB Cable.Select "Media device" as USB mode.
4.Now open "MTK Droid Tools"
5.Select root backup recovery tab
6.Now check the To Use from Boot option and click Recovery and boot
7.Now Recovery will be installed If any pop up appear click yes and your done.
Now Enjoy CWM Recovery on your Phone Simple and Easy​

I'm using MTK Droid Root & Tools v2.5.2
but it tells me "The device isn't revealed. Connect or reconnect a cable!"
tried so many times but nothing happend...

Device is rooted.
USB debugging is turned on,
I run the application as an Admin
successfully installed the driver using AdbDriverInstaller
nothing is wrong with the cable too...
Any ideas?

I've seen one or two threads that were in the same vein as this, but no clear resolution. Every time I open SuperSU, I get the message, "The SU binary needs to be updated. Continue?" I select "Continue," and am given the message to install it normally or through TWRP/CWM. If I try through TWRP, the phone restarts into TWRP, but does nothing. If I select "Normal," I get the "Installation failed!" message. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling SuperSU, but that didn't do anything.
In a related problem, I only have root access pretty much immediately after I reboot. Only immediately after I restart the phone can I use apps like WiFi Tether or Titanium.
I'm on stock, rooted 4.2.2. Any help would be great, thanks! :crying:

For problem with su binary updating but end up in failure you must delete set.immutables theres a guide on xda somewhere but you need termanal emulator on your device to remove

[GUIDE] Step-wise Guide To UNBRICK Xolo Q1000 Opus

Unbrick Xolo Q1000 Opus
Wipe Device and Flash Stock Rom
So finally here is the way to unbrick our Q1000 opus, and re-flash the stock rom. This will restore your phone to prestine condition ... just the way it was when you first got it in
Requirements
Downlod the below mentioned files
1. DFU Tools.zip
2. Update.zip
Steps
this is a fairly simple process, i have put all the necessary stock image files into the zip, first we will flash the img files to our phone using DFU tools then we will use stock recovery to flash the update.zip containing Jellybean Stock Rom...Just follow the below steps :silly::silly:
Step 1
extract the contents of DFU Tools.zip
Step 2
Open "DFU Tools" folder and run "install_drivers"

It will take a while to install , then you'll get the success message
Step 3
After Drivers are poperly installed, open dfu.exe
At first it will give you an error message shown below.. just click ok and proceed to next step
Step 4
Browse for the variant file contained in variant folder
Step 5
After loading variant you will see that the img files to be flashed are showing in the DFU tool window
Now go to the "DOWNLOAD" tab
Step 6
Below screen will show up ... when it does .. You need to connect Your phone to usb in power off state
Step 7
Phone will get detected and flashing will start ... after flashing is over phone will reboot, if it does not reboot then manually take out the battery and poweron the phone
Step 8
Now copy the "update.zip" file that you downloaded earlier to the root directory of your phone sd card then,
Go to Settings->About Phone -> Software Update
and select the update.
Thats it ... your phone will restart and flash the Stock JB rom and reboot once again ... and just like that Your XOLO Q1000 opus is Unbricked

did u follow the step exactly .. and when are u gettign the error ?

My friend have this Q1000 Opus and he updated to KitKat but he getting network problem so he wants it to downgrade to stock JB ROM so if i just download update.zip and put it on phone and try to update it through system update does it work or i have to follow from beginner steps ??

Will flashing only update.zip in stock recovery will help??

Before last step itself the phone boots, which firmware is it at that time, before flashing "update.zip"?

[RECOVERY][ROOT] Ulefone Be Touch Lollipop

Want to install custom recovery and root to your brand new Ulefone Be Touch?
I bought mine from http://www.gearbest.com/cell-phones/pp_194400.html
I tried Kingroot, VRoot and this Be Pro recovery & root http://www.needrom.com/download/root...ipop-20150529/ but these didnt work for me.
So i unpacked that Be Pro recovery image and mixed it with Be Touch stock recovery image and repacked that. Also modified stock Be Touch boot.img.
Now we have working Carliv Touch Recovery (Thanks Carliv) and root in Be Touch.
This rar includes SP Flash Tool, drivers, boot.img, recovery.img and SuperSu installer which you have move to your sd card and install from custom recovery.
Instructions:
-Extract RAR
-Put UPDATE-SuperSu to your phones storage
-Install drivers to PC
-Open SP Flash Tool
-Check boot and recovery and select files from files-folder (Uncheck others if they are checked)
-Push download button
-Remove battery from the phone and connect USB
-Disconnect USB when SP Flash Tool says OK
-Install battery and start phone with vol up + power
-Select install zip from sdcard and select super su
-Reboot phone and you are done
-Click thanks if you are satisfied

So I'm guessing all we have to do is install the drivers, open the flash tool, point the recovery and boot image in there, flash then after install the root zip from internal/external card and all will be working?

I would say proceed as mentioned in the steps above. You are just repeating what has been mentioned above

The steps wasn't there before so it got updated after I asked.

There is OTA update available. I can download data, but update not successful. Maybe was the reason that I got phone rooted?

just arrived my ulefone be touch 2 and i can't do the same process...
Pc doesn't recognize the device when is powered off... or better... is connected for 1 second then disconnect

1].This TWRP is Fully Funtional With Lyf Water-8 Devices Which have Android Lolipop, [Marshmallow Devices are currently not supported]
2].Charging must Be At Min. 30%
3].Phone must be rooted For Non-PC Installation Check
####Installation Steps####
Steps For Installaion From PC
1]. Extract The Downloaded File.
2].Boot Ur Device into Fastboot mode By pressing Vol.Down and Power Simultaniously until White Screen With Android written on it appears [Note make Sure u have USB debugging Enabled]
3] Run Start.bat And select Option 1 then connect ur device.
4]Reboot And Done U have TWRP recovery installed

Yes bro lyf water 8 has custom rom(provided by Mohd.
Faraz.abc ) and the custom rom is Dot Oreo
And also a new rom is in manufacturing process. Just wait for some time

I have used this method and installed TWRP. But I accidently wiped OS(System). TWRP wont be detected by PC or LAPTOP. TWRP wont mount MicroSD card or USB. What do I do?

Instructions:-
1. Go to the fastboot mode.
2. Now paste the recovery in adb folder.
3. Open the cmd by holding shift and press right click in adb folder and then click open command promote here.
4. Now to confirm that device is connected properly type:-

fastboot devices
You'll get your device serial number there.
5. After that type:-
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-marino.img
Voilà TWRP flashed successfully.
6. Now unplug your device and then hold power button for 2 secs and then hold volume (-) after that press power button once.
Now you'll find yourself in TWRP.

Note:- After flashing recovery you must have to wipe Internal Storage to remove encryption. Also, you must have to flash magisk so that it will patch boot.img through which system will not be able to overwrite TWRP again.

Hi i am a newbie to rooting. Could you please give me detailed steps. I understood till the point of flashing twrp. After that do I have to wipe data and flash magisk right then? (I have tried installing twrp 2 times but every time after installing and restarting it shows android recovery only.)
One more thing, will I be able to upgrade to oreo through OTA if I have the stock android recovery, since twrp is replaced by stock recovery every time ( although bootloader is unlocked)?
