Prerequirements:-
1. Your Bootloader must be unlocked. Here is the guide
2. Internal Storage will be wiped.
Bugs:-

Instructions:-
1. Go to the fastboot mode.
2. Now paste the recovery in adb folder.
3. Open the cmd by holding shift and press right click in adb folder and then click open command promote here.
4. Now to confirm that device is connected properly type:-
Code:
fastboot devices
You'll get your device serial number there.
5. After that type:-
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-0-marino.img
Voilà TWRP flashed successfully.
6. Now unplug your device and then hold power button for 2 secs and then hold volume (-) after that press power button once.
Now you'll find yourself in TWRP.

Note:- After flashing recovery you must have to wipe Internal Storage to remove encryption. Also, you must have to flash magisk so that it will patch boot.img through which system will not be able to overwrite TWRP again.

I've tried everything, first of all wipe /format data for showing internal memory and otg but when I wanted to flash any file through recovery like xposed it had shown decrept password?

Hi i am a newbie to rooting. Could you please give me detailed steps. I understood till the point of flashing twrp. After that do I have to wipe data and flash magisk right then? (I have tried installing twrp 2 times but every time after installing and restarting it shows android recovery only.)
One more thing, will I be able to upgrade to oreo through OTA if I have the stock android recovery, since twrp is replaced by stock recovery every time ( although bootloader is unlocked)?

Rooting
Step 1 Download and copy SuperSU.Zip in External SD card
Step 2Connect your phone to your pc in Fastboot mode (Turn off your phone and connect usb while pressing vol up)
Step 3Now run Flash Tool and Click on Thunder Button a Window will popup Select Fastboot mode and Click OK
Step 4 Click on SELECT KERNEL TO FLASH KERNEL CHOOSER WINDOW will open now click on *.sin and change it to *.img Now Select boot.img (download kernel for your device attached below) and click on Open KERNEL WILL BE FLASHED
Step 5 Now disconnect USB and press power button on phone. Phone will vibrate with WHITE notification light press vol up and down untill you see TWRP recovery
Step 6 Select INSTALL IN TWRP
Step 7 Now Scroll down and Tap External sd(storage) Now Select UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.zip file and swipe left to right flashing will start
Step 8 Now tap On Reboot System wait for booting up
Step 9 Now open SuperSU app and Select Normal
Now Your device Successfully Rooted

I appreciated #vinay works,He created Rooting guide with CWM recovery,I created Rooting guide with TWRP Recovery(vinay Modified).This guide is useful for TWRP lover,I like the Touch version of TWRP Recovery, He created Rooting kernel of TWRP but now he deleted that's why I uploaded the kernel and this kernel is Ric disabled

How to root and flash recovery:
Download SuperSU zip on your phone http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu-stable
Download Supersu from Play Store
Unlock bootloader by going to settings > About phone > press 8 times the build-number > go back to settings to developer settings > Enable OEM Loader unlock
Turn off phone
Hold VOL UP + Power
Press vol up to navigate and press vol down select.
Select [Fastboot mode]
Connect to USB 2.0 connection and your phone.
Hold Shift and right click in the NOA_H5_CWM-6.0.5.1 folder and click on open command prompt here (CMD)
Type "fastboot devices" (Do not type the "") to see if it's connected correctly.
Type "fastboot oem unlock" (Do not type the "") and press Vol up on the phone to confirm
Type "fastboot flash recovery cwmnoah5.img" (Do not type the "")
type "fastboot reboot-bootloader" (Do not type the "")
turn off phone
Hold VOL UP + Power
navigate to recovery and press vol down.
Flash the zip Supersu you downloaded
reboot
Start Supersu to see if you need to update anything.

Hello, I have this device from another retailer, it has Marshmallow on top and when I flash this image the device bootloops. Is there any way to help me build CWM or TWRP for my device running 6.0? Thank you in advance.

I already had the room so it wasn't a problem, I just did port the cwm with the guide on a site and it worked. Thank you anyway. I am trying to do a TWRP port on my device but my touch panel does not work. Any suggestions?

I don't know. Do you have the full MM rom zip? My phone is still on 5.1.
Well, I do have it but your phone will have excessive battery drain while wifi is on. I'm trying to fix it but I think the problem is the wifi driver. And it will have the company's applications. I can send you the image but we have to keep it secret because I will be fired from the company. If you want I can make a pre rooted ROM to flash with cwm. The device has thousands of wakeups from the wifi Android system UI.

Hmmm better keep it on 5.1 then. I have the full original factory image for 5.1 if you need it.

5. Double click on the location of the recovery and select the "recovery.img"
6. make sure that nothing besides the recovery is checked for installation
7. Power off the phone
8. Connect it to the PC(it has to be turned off when being connected,you will see that it is charging,let it turn the screen off)
9. Click the DOWNLOAD button in the SP FlashTool
10.Hold the power on/off button on the phone for a short time until you hear that your computer recognized the connection(*classic usb plug-in sound*)
11. If it went well,you will get a GREEN SUCCESS ICON.
12. Profit

I am not the one calling you stupid, no need to get sassy. Marking the system as a read-only one should be the default in my TWRP builds as far as I remember, I have no clue how yours was the only one which had that disabled. But good job at figuring it out.

I remember my phone can with unlocked bootloader. In recovery I restored and it was locked but not updating (Mar security Japan region)... Then I explored August updated ROMs...
Any suggestion how to lock bootloader again?

@ that screen hold power button and tap volume up button
Charge your battery 30% or more.
Turn off the phone.
Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the phone turns on.
Press the Volume Down button until you see Recovery mode.
Press the Power button to restart in Recovery mode.
If you see an Android robot with a red exclamation mark, press and hold the Power button and, while holding it down, press and release the Volume up button.
