I'm on 5.1.8 and I'm having issues with Spotify. When using Spotify it would disappear from the status bar after some time. But Spotify would still be running but I'll not have control over it outside the app.
Anyone else?

I've done that. Issue remains the same. I'm giving them one more month to solve this
I also have this problem. Not sure yet what could cause it.
Yep, still happening. It seems its a problem with OOS as if doesnt happen on my S8.

Maybe not since I don't have this issue.
For every 1 having problems. Do you have Advanced optimization turned on? From settings/Battery/Battery optimization/3 dot menu/Advanced Optimization

No, it's turned off. Spotify is consistently killed every 30min or so for me and sometimes the notification doesn't show. No idea what's causing it.

Just went through that yesterday. Finally flashed the Xposed Alpha and enabled a few things including Xtended Settings. WiFi indicated ON in Notifications but in Quick Settings showed OFF. I had also installed DU Battery and Optimizer so those may have borked it. Ditched everything and WiFi came back. So much for the scientific method. I'll take another shot at Xposed today.
The exciting thing is that the Alpha installed.
Sorry guys there are a lot of threads already for the random rebooting of the phone,But I Kinda found a workaround for the issue by turning off the auto sync feature of the android now i want to know where to go from here.
Any help i s much appreciated

Well i simply enabled privacy gaurd.I am yet to modify the default settings

Wake up is allowed but keep wake is disabled,i was facing some issues when unlocking the phone by disabling wake up otherwise everything else is default.

Enabled Privacy Guard settings for what app/service though?

fh probably
I did a full install of L29C432B176 yesterday and see improved battery.
about 1% per hour, though mostly idle.

I'm using the FRD-L09 B386. I have been facing an issue for months. Sometimes unexpectedly while I'm using Instagram and Facebook the sound plays on my 2nd speaker or the one for calling instead of the main speaker. It gets fixed after rebooting. Anyone knows anything to fix it?
I've seen this issue in lots of forums and various device, do you have by any chance Xposed on your phone or YouMail app?!

There is this setting in EMUI called raise to ear. U can try and disable to see if it works.

No, it happens with many android devices (like galaxy s7 edge, note 3...etc)
So I think it's something related to android

Happened to me ,i also rebooted to solve this issue and also i clean flashed to get rid of the problem.
I'm Rooted & running Renovate 3.0 Rom with the latest Kirisakura kernel but I'm noticing sometimes when I use my phone, once in awhile I would see scanlines come up for a seconds. Anybody else's experiencing these issue and how to solve it?
I have noticed the same issue. I am worried it seems like a hardware issue, rather than a software one.

Yeah same here I'm hoping it's a software issue though. As far as I can remember I never notice it when I was using Stock Rom.
