Hi,
a few days ago when I tried to configure some events in Gyrator2 I realised that my stylus sensor is not working - of course all the applications using it stopped working as well.
I am not able to unlock my phone by taking the stylus out, the Gyrator config is not working and neither do some other features...(the Dpad does not light up when I remove the stylus, Gyrator does not show the status of stylus, it just says <stylus>.
I am considering to take it back to the shop (it's still in warranty) but I wanted to ask first if anybody else has exeprienced something like this? If not then I'm afraid it's repair time... Although I'm considering to get rid of the TP completely... but that's another story...

Did some metal piece fell out? Usually it does. It's a known weakness of the TP. Mine is currently under repair for the same issue (waiting already for two weeks without my TP )
Anyone else who owns a Touch Cruise have their touch screen just stop functioning altogether? I came back to use my phone which was just sitting in the car and the touch screen no longer works...Obviously this did not happen due to being dropped, though it was a little warm nothing unusual by any standard.
All the hardware keys work, everything else...just the touch screen is dead. Has anyone else had this happen and if so were there any steps to reviving the screen or was replacing it an option, if so what did you do?

I had this problem with mine, it was just to send it to their lovely repair center through the dealership since I still got my Warranty, they exchanged the front panel, witch senses the touching. Depending on where in the world you live you should be able to by a separate one, or get it repaired by them. I hope it solves for you...
Thanks, I am well out of the 1 year warrant and in the US, which is not even where this phone was originally warranted so there is no chance of that.
I believe the cost of repair outside of warranty, and the time it would take that I would be out of my phone would not be worth it. I am hoping that I could purchase a replacement screen and repair it myself...Anyone have any direction here to do so?
Let me clarify something in regards to the malfunction. The screen itself is still visible and I can see everything as I would normally on a fully functioning lcd screen...The screen simply does not respond to any touch!

Hi try getting into the screen set up, ie where you tap the screen on first boot. You can use the program "mymobiler" to operate the screen through the computer.

I´m getting tired of all the problems with my loved Touch Cruise.
Well it started out couple of weeks ago. I just turned on my wing and the touch screen just suddenly stopped working. So after few research I concluded it was the digitizer's problem so I just went ahead and replaced the whole digitizer and the screen. Everything is in a perfect fit I double checked it and the touch screen still doesn't work. Can anyone help me out on this? Thanks in advance!

Yesterday I was on a trip and I think the fireplace might have damaged my phone. The touch screen doesn't respond at all, I tried hard reseting it, and I will try to re-write the ROM, but I think it's a HW Problem.
Anyways, the warranty is out, is this problem fixible somehow, and how much could it cost? Thanks a bunch. The main problem is that I can't send SMS, I write and anything, but the send button is on the screen itself.
Hi, I dropped my lg h930, the screen cracked and touch stopped working. screen working but no input.
I bought a spare and replaced it, but nothing changed, the screen works but no input.
Is it a motheboard issue at this point or is the spare defective and have it replaced?
