Hi,
we couldn't reproduce the issue. Are you setting the Audio delay directly from settings?

Cant change audio track in HW mode
When playing an mkv file with two audio tracks when using HW mode
the player does not actually change audio track even though the new audio track is selected
why is this?
when using HW+ mode changing audio tracks works fine
though HW+ does have its own problems
Playback can suddenly stop at certain points of a video
(I have a mkv video that stops in the exact same place when using HW+)
Seeking does not work( ie cant jump to half way though the video)
when you enable SW for audio there are jumps in the video and the audio drops in and out
after a short while the audio stops dropping in and out and the video stops droping frames but then the video and audio are
out of sync
Hopefully these problems will be fixed soon, as aside from these issues MX Player is awesome!
happy with MX Player Pro purchase
I would like to help improve MX Player,
can we send in logs to help improve MX Player?

Try SW audio decoder, this option is below the audio track selection window.

Are you facing this issue on all videos? I can't test long time because slow network speed.
According to your log, something went wrong inside ffmpeg or inside server.

Hello,
i want to use MX Player to watch a avi-file at my Samsung Galaxy S3 (i9300). After starting the video, I only see the picture of the beginning and hear the sound (HD-Decoder).
After changing to SW-Decoder (there is a message abourt adpcm) I can see the movie, but there's no sound.
I also tried the Codec for ARMv7, but this did't solve the problem.
Information about the avi:
Video-Codec: Motion JPEG Video (MJPG)
Audio-Codec: IMA WAV ADPCM Audio (ms)

The log contains only information about the HW decoder playback.
Basically, HW decoder uses the mediaplayer API provided by the Android. MX Player has fewer controls over it. So, MJPEG decoder may not be properly implemented in your custom ROM.
Can you share the logs again after playing it in SW?
It will be better if you can share a sample content as well.
report after playing it in SW
any ideas?

our developers are looking into the issue. we will try to fix the issue as soon as possible.
HW decoder issue might be from your ROM itself. So, it can be fixed from our end. Kindly cross check with your stock video player. It may behave in a similar way.
When I use a flash drive on my android box (beelink gt1 ultimate) with the movie, it plays the video and audio fine.
If I use Solid Explorer and go to a network drive (my pc) which has the same movie, it only plays the video and not the audio.
It looks like while getting the movie from the network it can't play the audio.. Is this a known problem?
P.S.- If I do the same and choose Kodi to open the movie it plays the video and audio fine.

Hi,
According to the logs, there are no issues. Audio has played as usual.
can you try the same in HW+ or SW decoder and report back?

When I use hw decoder I get perfect sound but video is blurry.
When I change it to hw+ I have perfect video but no ddp or dts sound. Any solution?

Is it a local video or network stream?
HW decoder basically uses android mediaplayer API implemented on your device. If it is a network stream ( specifically HLS or DASH) it may happen due to adaptive playback. It will automatically select the best stream based on the current bandwidth. In HW+ or SW decoder, it will always play the first stream despite the bandwidth availability.
The problem occurs with local videos, mkv with ddp or dts sound. It is quite strange: Videos look like being projected on a screen with retention problem with hw. With hw+ videos are fine, but no sound
