Hi guys. I want to extract avin application from stock rom android 8.0 px5 machine, and change its internal codes to show only video input and restrict it from taking control of audio globally, since I use avin application only for front camera and want to keep Spotify at background.
I am not rooted and on stock rom currently. How can i extract avin application as apk from head unit?

Hi All,
I have made a robot that is controlled with my Asus tablet (TF300T). I have written the control app using MIT app inventor which communicates over bluetooth. What id like to do is mount some kind of video camera (either a stock wireless web cam, or a specialist camera from somewhere like sparkfun) onto the robot and then modify the control app to display the video feed. I understand that I will have to ditch app inventor to do this and write using the SDK directly and that is fine, but I would like to know if the concept is possible and if so could you kindly point me to some resources that document this ?
all help appreciated.
Hello guys,
I am a member of a small student team which is trying to emulate camera from virtual Android machine into Windows 8.
We've made a little research and didn't find any camera specifications or protocol. So we decided to emulate it using API level of Android and Windows respectively. First of all we want to replace video stream from camera into ours. We've found a good framework - Xposed (I guess, everybody knows it here). We guess, it will help us in this issue. So we are trying to use it for replacement. Also, we find that we can't capture video stream from api level (maybe we are wrong?). In any case, we hope you, guys, can help us in these issues.
Therefore we have many question and nobody to ask:
1. How many different camera protocols exist? How does they look like? What is the difference?
2. How is easier to emulate camera on API or HW level?
3. How can we capture and change video stream from camera on Android except going inside the kernel?
Thank you for your attention.
P.S Also you should know, that we are just beginners and we may have wrong ideas
Hey everyone. I´m currently trying to find an app that allows me to control where audio from certain apps is playing.
Example: I want certain apps (i.e. Spotify) to play through a bluetooth connected device and other apps to use the built-in speaker
Little bit of backgroud: I installed a Android box into my car which is connected via Bluetooth to my In-Car Entertainment system to play music etc on. In addition, on that Android box I do have a speed cam ("camsam", "Blitzer") app running, but in case I´m not playing music from that Android box (i.e. when I´m listening to FM radio) I won´t be able to hear the speed cam alters. As a solution I would like to force play the Speed cam app through the Android box speaker (which I would be able to hear no matter what other audio I´m listing to) and other apps such as spotify through Bluetooth.
I tried to achieve this via Tasker or other automation apps but the If->Then based approach doesn´t seem to lead me anywhere.
P.S. The Android Box is running 7.1.2, Root is available.
Any idea is appreciated!
Hello,
I'm very new in this plae! I'like to develope a program for rooted Android-devices which is able to manipulate the audio-stream from miriphone before this stream is used from any application and also the output strem which is send to the speaker before he is played from the speaker.
The sense is, I will encrypt (and also decrypt) the voice content before he is used by any appp (for instance phone, SIP,.... and so on.
My Question:
Is any stock available (f.e. for Samsung S7) on which is possible to catch, redirect and manipulate these low level audio stream)?
Hi guys
Is there a way to force the android TV apps to run on your phone?
I want to use my broken phone as android TV basically.
Some apps as them bundled together in apk, is there a way to grab the android TV version?
