S7 Edge buttery smooth scrolling like iPhones....??? - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Themes, Apps, and Mods

Anyone please suggest kind of mod or port for smooth scrollomg like iPhones for unroorted users

You could try different ROMs from the ROM section but you need to root your device if you want to experience latest features. But not like iPhones, though there are many ROMs to choose from if you're looking for better performance, better battery life etc.

Favorite Things about ICS Roms

Hello everybody. I am interested in flashing a custom ICS rom and I was interested to know something people have really liked in ICS as compared to Gingerbread or other OSes, such as general performance or battery life or whatever.
Battery life seems a lot better to me than GB ROMs. My personal favorite has to be the updated keyboard. Auto correct and suggestions are much better now. The overall look and feel is a big step up from Gingerbread (AOSP at least, anyway).

What's your favorite ROM and why..ATT-S4

There are enough roms now that we have a good choice. Please tell us about yours.
I am using Avatar ROM and it is great. The themes are very cool.
I'm on SHOstock now and I'm liking it. I'm on it mainly because of the hardware features that are not implemented in the other ROMs yet such as the hover preview in apps like SMS and the IR blaster functionality. I really want to move to an AOSP ROM, but I don't want to lose some of the stock features.
Task650's AOKP rom, and Goldeneye are the only ones I've tried so far.
I love the pure Android experience and have always loved AOKP based roms. The customization is endless. Not too mention, its very, very stable, and everything works fine. The Goldeneye rom is based entirely on the i9505 stock rom and this runs very well, as all the samsung crap is gone.
But if you're looking for speed and performance and a 100% lag-free device, go with task650 AOKP rom.
Sorry folks,
"favorite" roms and "best" rom threads are synonymous and thus are not allowed as they spiral into arguments about what is best for one vs another.
Users are expected to read and learn from all the development threads and reviewing the FAQ'a bout the ROM's themselves.

[Q] Which rom should i try

I'm not comfortable with the ROM I have right now (resurrection remix) and several things actually don't work properly. So I'm running an rooted Samsung galaxy s 4 mini and I'm looking for a rom for daily use cthat of course offers stability, high customizability and possibly as many features as possible. Customization and stability is the most important for me. Anyone know a good one?
I don't have a specific rom to suggest... check out the device forum and read posts from folks who have first hand experience with your device... but in a general sense I've had great luck with the cyanogenmod releases. The stable releases are typically solid and well built, it might e a good place to start.

CM vs other roms?

I will not ask wich rom is better, or difference like the Features. I want to know what is the real difference, because I see other roms that Use cm as base. I know htat some roms have other features added, but what is something that make a real difference? any kind of optimization? Something that is more a performance rather than visual? I cant found any real difference because almost every other aosp rom is base in cm.
So if someone can bring me some light about that. I would greatly appreciate it. (And better if is focus in Lollpop the opinion)

Battery life & stability for 5.*.* and 6.*.* ROMs?

A friend of mine has complained about their stock 2013 KitKat Moto G (Falcon, I believe) locking up and generally lagging a lot. She's asked me to take a look at it.
I root and ROM all my own phones, but when it's someone else's device I'm a bit more hesitant, as I don't want repeat problems coming back needing to be fixed.
Since I've never owned this phone I want to get advice from you guys regarding whether the battery life of Lollipop and Marshmallow ROMs takes a hit versus KitKat, as it did on my Nexus 5? Also, what ROM would you recommend for absolute stability, along with decent battery life? Extra features are not a concern, my friend has no desire to customise her phone or do anything outside of Facebook/email/web-browsing and other consumer-app use.
Alternatively, do you have any tips for increasing the performance of the phone on the stock (non-rooted) software ? I haven't looked at it yet, but I imagine that with just 1GB of RAM, it could probably be improved by disabling Chrome and installing a more lightweight browser. I realise that Motorola don't really install much bloatware on their phones, but is there anything that I can disable that will help?
