Up or down angle charge-only cable?

Hey folks, I need an up/down angle charge-only MicroUSB cable for my Note 4.
I can find right and left angle that provide quick charge rates but cannot find any up or down angle, which is what my need is at the moment.
Something that looks like this slow-charging startech cable:

No, that is a data sync cable which will not reach full charging speed. But thanks.

Are you talking about the ones that look like a "U" shaped plug, where the cable wraps around the backside of the phone?
If so, the only place I seen anything like that has been at electronic stores and Amazon e-reader Kindle displays. I managed to talk to store manager at one of these stores who let me trade the cable out with a cable I bought from the store. I won't mention the store name because that doesn't matter, it's strictly YMMV when it comes to this.
Honestly its the only place I could find one but this was a few years ago and they could be available now.

[Q] Strange light on the bottom left border

Hello,
In low light conditions I can see a light coming from the bottom left border exactly on the lanyard hole. I can't understand if that could be a problem for the waterproofing. I've already submerged my z3 for 25 mins and it still works, so I don't know, someone else has the same "defect"? Thank you

As far as I heard it did not affect waterproof ability...but anyway I would keep my Z3 out of water...

None above and beyond that of any phone. I would imagine you are here to bait and upset because you would know all this without asking in the forum if you actually cared.
It has the best battery life of any flagship right now, it has the best display, best camera front and back, Exynos is the fastest and smoothest experience of current flagships including the pixel which I sold for being too glitchy, it has wireless charging, an iris scanner, it's waterproof in a metre of water for up to an hour, it has the fastest wifi of most flagships, it can connect to multiple bluetooth devices at once, and bixby reminds you to set your alarm when you go to bed.
Interestingly it has awful audio quality through headphones.
I am sure if it had Apple OS you'd find that interesting.

Water resistance is very welcome!!

It's probably resistant because of the glass, not because it has an official rating.

Let's see, they have previously had a level of water resistance but not shouted about it because they didn't go through the IP rating. I don't think they would be flagging it up in prerelease teases unless they have gone for an IP rating. That's just my thoughts on the matter anyway, we will find out on the 16th.

Settled, not certified but supposedly resisting some. Like htc a few years back had it without certification.

The best information on this topic I could find so far was with that video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ES-s9KQrUTY (6:11)
In the video tech-YouTuber LinusTechTips takes a factory tour at OnePlus and at the mentioned point (6:11) talks about water-proofing-meassures shortly.
Water splash, no IP
To have IP cert you need to pay money, so they just doing phone without cert.
it's not certified though

They advertise not to submerge it, so it's likely comparable to an IP54 rating, just without the official certification.
The 5 and 5T were technically as well. But the other issue is there is no warranty against that damage since it's not officially certified. Go look at the 5t submerge tests.
My OPO took a huge dunk and still worked perfectly fine after dried out.

No, it has gaskets and other seals around the ports. It just hasn't been tested through the official IP cerification process.

Carrier vs Unlocked IP68 Rating

So obviously the carrier versions are IP68 rated, and the unlocked is not.
Is there any real difference? Like, obviously they are essentially the same models, but do the individual carrier phones go through a separate manufacturing process, or additional testing?

The unlocked version isn't IP68 for real, because it doesn't support the 1.5m depth water immersion test. See this video for what it's able to take :

Yep, it can even handle accidental immersion in the sink, but won't survive if you drop it in a pool
