Hello friends,
I wanted to ask you if you met this problem. Sometimes it tells me on a "quick charge" screen and sometimes just "fills up". Sometimes it connects to a computer, and sometimes it only charges it via USB. Mobile is preserved and is not damaged anywhere.
Thank you in advance! :highfive:

Try charging a battery externally and then put it!
Thanks for the answer. I can charge the battery using my second Polaris, but it is a pain to change it all the times. Was this what you meant?l

Unfortunately not, you'll have to send it to technical assistance!
I have searched the forum but can't find an answer. Please excuse me if this has been answered a million times.
My wifi immediately finds my local router and connects, but then continually scans to find others. It never stops.
Help!

Well now...don't I feel a "right idiot."
Seems like it must be pulling battery down for nothing. Although, I have no beef with battery life.
Thanks.
When that happens to me I turn off wireless for a minute, then turn it back on. Then it just connects and stops scanning.

Are you plugging the cable into the same adapter as this would provide a different current and charge at a different rate than the stock adapter?

Battery app would be a good thing...... A battery app may help you troubleshoot your issue, they chart battery stats and can tell your battery health.
Seriously it maybe able to help solve your problem.
I live in the USA and got an OTA update yesterday, You should check to see if there is an update available for your area, it may help also.
Have you tried a factory reset and then monitor charging without any apps installed, could be an app causing the issue.

i have Honor 8 from march (B360) and I had a BT problem since the first day. Now i have FW B394.
When I pair 2 BT devices at the same time, the phone recognize only the first. For example, when I have my Gear S3 connected and I want to use the BT of my car, the car can't find the phone. The same thing happen if i try to switch on my Gear when the phone is connected to my car.
My wife's iPhone can connect simultaneously BT headset, BT receiver for Spotify music ecc. :crying:
Is there anyone that can help me?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, when I receive an update always reset the phone.... but with no solution....
Thanks
This is happening since the first day and even after resetting it didn't work. Don't you think it's a hardware issue? If it is then you should visit Huawei, they will fix the issue if you have warranty.

That's correct. The error gets triggered from server you try to connect to.
I talked to the customer care representative. He informed me that the problem is occurring for all customers world wide. This is a server problem from their side. They are trying to fix the problem. It'll be fixed after some time. Although he didn't exactly mentioned how much it is going to require, he said 'shortly'.
Also, I wonder if Motorola Tvs are affected or not!! Can anyone verify this? Are the Motorola tvs affected as well? Or this is just the 4K media sticks?
