My Device was rooted, Twrp were flashed and is unlocked.
I unrooted it successfully, TWRP is gone and my phone is still unlocked.
But i wiped my phone via TWRP . Sadly i chose the option, called 'vendor' and i wiped it.
Now i cant boot into any system. I flashed the right Android 7 system for my Device with fastboot mode but I still cant boot into any system.
Only screen i see is "Your Device cant be trusted..." Then after 3 Second it is supposed to boot into system but it still stucks.
And i cant wipe or factory reset my device in eRecovery, it fails to wipe.
I dont know what to do now.
I have access to eRecovery and Fastboot mode.
Before the problems i had android 7 on my europe (german) honor 8.

Huawei GR5 2017 BLL-L22, EMUI 5.0 stuck at "your device is now booting" screen
I recently tried to root my phone using TWRP but used the wrong rom. I flashed a recovery but it doesnt work. I tried to fix it by downloading the stock rom (EMUI 4.1) from the website. I flashed it using fastboot because the recovery and the forced update using the volume up + volume down + power doesnt work. I flashed recovery, recovery2, boot, cache, userdata. I tried flashing cust and system.img but it doesnt work (cannot allow error). I searched the place on what to do about it (update.app but the recovery doesnt work anymore, formatting system and cache but it also doesnt work). ADB and erecovery doesnt work but fastboot does. My bootloader is already unlocked. Please help for I really need my phone and I cant afford to buy a new one. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I was wondering if you already solved the problem with your phone being stuck at the "your device is booting now" screen, since I was also trying to install TWRP recovery however I was unsuccessful.
Hi, I came here because I've tried to fix my phone but no hope. My situation si that I'm on a Loop in the booting process where the phone starts the booting process but crashes maybe on the bootloader. My system can see the Port COM 4 and I tried the Mobile upgrade program but after it detects the phone and I click "Update" button the phone goes into the loop maybe trying to get into Fastboot. Lastly, the download fails.
I have never hacked or made any modifications on an Android phone before so I'm a complete noob to this ADB tools and don't have a clue on how to use any tool to recover this phone.
I'm able to boot into "Download mode" and nothing else, maybe there's a combination for getting into the bootloader but I don't see anything about that in the many searches.
Any help is much appreciated.
you device is bricked and you try root install a custom rom or a bad upgrade

First boot into recovery and wipe cache and data.
If that fails try again. It fails again use the below method to restore your phone.
Go into download mode and using the ABD install your stock rom., Meaning your phones original version.
Your phones not bricked.

Hi,
I tried to install RR on my Alcatel Idol 3 4.7 with using Shara & Firehorse according to this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/idol-3/general/guide-unlock-flash-root-updated-alcatel-t3751845
everything went accordingly but TWRP never installed. I to boot into recovery and it booted android recovery instead of TWRP. So i tried again using Firehorse but my phone did not boot to download mode, so i cleared cache using the Android system recovery but then i received an error can't mount cache/recovery , so i tried to reset to factory data and received yet again other errors. Force-Restarting my phone ended up in a bootloop that i am not sure how to remove. Please help

Hi, you may want to try a different TWRP recovery. Had the same problem. solved with TWRP 3.0.0 f2fs from Decker's MM TWRP backup. TWRP 3.1 also works with Sahara&Firehose.
Hope this helps.
Hey,
I have a problem with my Honor 6x.
Yesterday I wanted to flash a custom rom on my phone (LineageOS). First I flashed the twrp recovery on it, after that B rooted the device. No problem yet.
After the rooting I wiped dalvik/cache, cache, data and system. Then I installed Lineage OS and GApps.
When it was ready I rebooted the device. It booted, but the boot animation didn't stop for a long time, so i decided to do it again.
I wiped the partitions (system too) and after that nothing worked at all! No boot animation.
The device is freezing when the "your device is unlocked" trys to boot a system.
I tried the dload methode mutiple times, sometimes it worked but it didn't boot and sometimes it failed while installing.
E-recovery doesn't either. It can find the package info or something like this.
Please Help me, Lukas.

download full package and use this method https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-9/development/tool-flash-official-firmware-recovery-t3769279
How I solved it!
Yesterday figured out myself what I had to do.
If someone have this situation as well, here is what I did:
1. go into fastbootmode (volume down + power)
2. flash twrp (fastboot flash recovery **path on your pc**.img)
3. reboot in twrp (volume up and down + power or volume up + power)
4. download the update.zip (dload method) for your device* and the "Huawei Extractor" on your pc.*
5. open the update.zip in the Huawei Extractor and extract following images (.img): boot, system, vendor
6. put the image files on your sd-card
7. repair the dalvik/cache, cache, internal storage partition and change the filesystem to ext4
8. wipe the same partitions
9. go to install and install the images in twrp (select the image > choose the right partition (boot.img=boot))
10. after you installed the images you can install your custom rom and gapps
11. restart your phone and it should work!
I already posted here, but i was with no pc for some weeks so couldnt answer to the thread and now its old, Im back.
Situation is like this, huawei gr5 2017 (bll l22) bricked after bad flashing and software manipulation.
Vol down + power gets me to fastboot, it says phone unlocked and FRP unlock.
Download method with vol down + vol up + power doesnt work, always stuck at 5% saying "software install failed, incompatibility with current version" or doesnt say anything at all, just stuck at 5%.
Also, when i try to wipe data/factory reset from stock revoery it says "reset failed"
So dload method doesnt work, i also tried using DCPHOENIX software which saved one of my older huawei phones but it didnt work at all this time. When i flash a twrp recovery through fastboot, it flashes succesfully but when i boot into it it just boots into the stock one, and there the restore to stock option always fails after i connect to wifi saying that "failed to reach the server" or "failed to download the firmware", something like that.
I had twrp some days ago, out of the blue it booted into it. I had stock firmware on my sd card fortunately so i tried to flash the zip and itfailed with error 6 or 7, cant remember which. Anyways that twrp instance dissapeared after a reboot and now its always stock recovery, cant install twrp (described that above already).
So, do i have any options? nothing seems to work. no recovery, no dload, no dc phoenix, no fastboot (i tried flashing boot, system images through fastboot but it denied access to those partitions) flashing, i tried sp flash tool but the honor 6x roms have no scatter file and the flash tool requires one
Help, please. Ill appreciate it
What was your EMUI version before brick? Have you tried manually booting into TWRP? After you finish flashing don't reboot. Just hold power & volume down. If not then try to load TWRP recovery. It won't install but sort of load it. I don't know the exact command. If your phone is bootloader unlocked and frp unlocked try fastboot erase. System and then user data. I had a hard brick and it was even worse. No recovery, no fastboot and no dload. Just stuck. Managed to fix it myself without DC or Phoenix. So don't lose hope.

I cant remember if it was marshmallow or nougat so it was either emui 4 or 5. Im trying it all again and it doesnt work but ill keep doing it i guess
Try flashing recovery of nougat and then manually try to boot. Or maybe try to load the recovery without installation. It has a different command but I dunno.
hi, I have pretty much the same problem, somehow wiped the 'system' through TWRP. And since then I am trying to flash TWRP to boot, but I am getting nothing. I had EMUI 8
Tried flashing stock nougat through Multi Tool but no use, it succeeds but does not boot into anything, just the stock recovery whenever I turn it on.
Whenever I flash TWRP and try to boot into recovery (Vol-up+power), it would always boot into stock recovery.
Tried booting into eRecovery, but same thing.
Tried command fastboot boot RECOVERY-V2.img, but got the problem saying 'command not allowed'
what to do.
Hi.
My phone, one plus 7 pro, could not reboot to TWPR.
Every time I reboot to recovery, I stuck in booting screen and I must choose "reset system setting" to boot and could not go to twpr.
I am sure that twpr was installed.
Now everytime I want to update new os then I must reset all data and install from beginning.
Please help me, thanks.
Just go to the bootloader run the TWRP img then flash TWRP
