Video Recording Audio to Bad

Hi everyone, this is my first post here.
I bought for about 1 month Nexus S, and I am extr disappointed with the quality of audio when recording video.
The sound quality of the video, such as concerts out very badly.
Has anyone exeperienciou this, and knows how to get around?
Any sugestion!?
Concerts are usually way to loud to record with a cell phone microphone.

Flash a kernel that supports voodoo. I use the netarchy kernel. It fixes the low quality audio recording problem.

Replacement of voodoo for sgn

Hello guys,
Is there any app like voodoo for SGN which improves Sound quality....
Try Voodoo Louder
But it's not as effective as Voodoo Sound... Any other app plz
Voodoo louder completely ineffective and waste of $ in ICS. Volume+ works
Try the beats-engine from the board. Its also in the ultimate tweaks installer for easy install and boosts the sound quality a lot. Bass is a little too much in my opinion.

Eq for Spotify/Android

Hi!
I'm looking for a good equalizer. I have tried Equalizer by Smart Appa but the bass is not good at all.
I loved the real bass in PowerAmp music player but when I now got Spotify, I need something to work with Spotify.
Any suggestions for another equalizer? :/
Thanks!

Bumping this one. Really interested in finding a way to improve Spotify sound quality, since my phone (GT-7100) is not supported by Voodoo Sound.

How Does your sound sound? :D

What Headphones/Earphones do You use?
What Player?
Whats Your EQ ?
Beats/xloud/acid?
offtopic So the other day i tried my headphones (Sony MDR ZX300) on my cousin's SII they were quite soft compared to how they play on my phone i have always assumed the GSII was louder guess not/ offtopic
Stock ics lg music app with sennheiser cx 160.
No mods other than using dolby mobile.
The frequency response on the s2 is slightly lower than the o3d. Dunno why tho...

Low Freq Response would better bass would it not that was not the Case Dolby Mobile sounds like the music is playing inside a can lol must be the type of genres i play.
The O3D's Hardware is Actually Quite Good the Software side really criples the phone i have seen the It's hardware on other devices and its better on other devices.
Yeah. Only really if i'm listening to dubstep or drum n bass. If listening to rock i have it set to standard with no eq...
The dynamic range of my earphones just give a great sound without any eq...
I prefer listening to clean sounds anyway... just the sound engineer in me.

lol i too prefer clean sound so when i ever i set up my eq i just try to get my headphone to play louder without changing the original sound i use to go hard on the bass but when i got into dubstep im happy in the middle lol when i got the o3d spent like 20min trying to get the perfect sound.
320kbps > Sound Good With No EQ .
You tried FLAC ? never tried
Flac lossless files are great but finding a player is a bit of a pain. I always go for the highest bitrate.
Yeah. I try not to change the eq at any point. Reason being is that if you amplify the eq then it can cause loss of certain subtle parts of sounds

I always use the flat equaliser, hate mucking with the equaliser because you can easily miss details if you do that.
Anyway, I find the O3D's audio DSP quite good (TWL6040 iirc), beats any phone using Realtek (sadly a lot), but Wolfson (SGS3 for example) comes up tops. Wolfson chips produce the best audio imo.

I've done a little research online and it seems that this does not work on all phones. I'm gonna try it tomorrow and see what happens.
Thanks for sharing!
just share...
i just ask, maybe we can mod something how to make sound loud like headset sound and speaker sound. because i have samsung galaxy mini when i dial number *#*#197328640#*#* then show option on max amp to make sound loudness. may we can mod ".lib" or something. this my argument because i still newbie to mod xperia...
I get mono too, try to check it installing another player and change the balance, if its mono, you still have sound in both sides, if stereo you will notice the blance control working, this kind of apps move the media channel to voice channel, the voice channel dont have the hearing protection but the quality is a little lower (you can hear a subtle noise in background) and is mono instead stereo, is a good workround but no the best, the app sound boost Sound Boost do the same thing and its free
Works AWESOME!!! Thanks... Aptoide have payed app for free
