How to Connect Sony DriveLink (MirrorLink) With GS4
Full credit to AuRoN89 for uploading HERE.
Intro
This is a tutorial for how to use Sony's car system(s) to their maximum potential. I cant guarantee this works with every model, however, because I only have the XAV601BT (seen in picture above). Before you do this, you need to make sure the latest firmware is installed. For a guide on that CLICK HERE.(NOTE: This link is for the XAV601BT. If you have a different device, go HERE, enter your model number on the bottom left, and click "Update to the Latest Firmware")
Step 1: Enable "Unknown Sources"
From the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > More tab > Security.
Tap Unknown Sources.
A check mark is displayed to indicate it is active.
This is to make your phone allow the instillation of the modded DriveLink.
Step 2: Download the Mod
On your phone, go to the following link (I will post mirrors at the bottom):
www.sestogomme.it/drive_link/DriveLink.apk
Click to collapse
Step 3: Install
Now, from the Home screen, tap Apps > Downloads > DriveLink.apk.
You should see this:
Scroll to the bottom, and hit Install.
Note: This app does not cost money. The reason it says that is because it has the ability to answer and make phone calls/texts.
Step 4: Connect to USB
Finally, you need to open MirrorLink on your system. Connect your phone (use your charger cable), and the DriveLink application should instantly start.
Note: You will still get an error on the system when you plug your phone in saying the phone isn't compatible, but you can just ignore it.
Conclusion
I really hope this could help! I spent a while troubleshooting this problem, and luckily found a working link by AuRoN89. It managed to save me money on an additional navigation system. If you have any questions or concerns about this, I will try my best to help. I didn't make this modded version, so I can't answer any questions about what was changed. This guide was simply made as a resource for other people who couldn't find any information on this.

All of these commands can be done manually as well. This application allows you to do so with just a few clicks! Clear out your app drawer by hiding apps you do not use!
Disclaimer:
I am not responsible for what you do with this application, you are using it at your own risk and you assume all liabilities.
Version:

Directions:
1. Connect your device to your pc

2. Open the WinADB.exe application and then click the “Connect Device and Click Here to Start” button.
3. From there, you should notice device information populate in the application.

4. To show/hide apps, click the “Show ALL” button and give it a few moments to populate the list.
a. This will not remove apps, it will only hide them from your app drawer!
b. Once the list loads, you can then select (one app at a time) an app by clicking it.
c. To hide it, click the “HIDE” button.
d. If you need to show the app again later, you may need to click on the “Show Uninstalled” button to see it again. You can then select the app from that list and click the “SHOW” button to see it again.
Depending on your version of Android and the device you have, not all features may work or work as intended. Please keep this in mind. I have tested this application directly with an ATT Samsung Galaxy S5 (rooted) and an ATT Asus MemoPad 7 LTE (not rooted) and has worked for both with no issues. All feedback is welcome!

Unlock tool

Hi, i am trying to put a ROM on my Mi Note 10.
To do this I need to have TWRP.
To do this I have to unlock.
Meanwhile, it's frustrating because I can't find an "how to guide from the beginning" that is exhaustive and has no errors (the last thing I read "download the zip, unzip it and double click on the exe", the exe is not there it's in the zip !) .
So.. Now I do the following points:
1. Mi Account on my phone
1. Enable Developer Settings
1a. Enable USB Debugging
1b. Enable OEM Unlock
1c. Add device in Mi Unlock status in Developer Settings.
2. Unpack MIUI Unlock ( I think correct versione) and log into it
3. Shut down my phone
4. Reboot to Fastboot mode
5. Connect my phone to my PC
6. Launch MIUI UnLock and appear empty grid and... the unlock tool does not work!
I have no error, no message... if I click on REFRESH, or UNLOCK... nothing, really nothing!
Have you got any idea?
Thanks!
PS: sorry for my bad english

U can install the driver over mi flash tool and then look in the device manager that windows use the right driver. When the name not match, install the right over manual install.

Ok I found the issue.
In "MiFlash Unlock" version 5.5.224.24 (from XIAOMI site!) there isn't MiUsbDriver.exe!

So, I understood that for whatever reason you don't have the red-framed button in your Magisk app as shown in my screenshot.

Did you try the uninstallation instruction that topjohnwu provides in his Github here (I mean the second sentence of the paragraph):

Last but not least, the following thread is monitored by highly knowledgable members who are certainly better suited to support you than me, although a search there could probably already provide a solution:

@marcwsa
You uninstall Magisk from within Magisk Manager app.
Apologies - but I am new to this and I think I may have bricked my phone now.
I did a complete wipe and now when it asks to reboot it says "No OS installed"
I fortunately still have access to the phone using USB to my PC so can transfer an image to the phone still. It ends up in /sdcard
BUT when I say install and point to the Pixel image file it goes all the way to the end and then on reboot says
No OS Installed Are you
sure you wish to reboot?

No uninstall option on my APP - that's the problem - but no worries anymore, I think I bricked my phone in any case :-(

[SOLVED] ColorOS can't sign in, hence can't install apk's outside of play store.

EDIT: SOLVED: Inserting your phone number still doesn't work, however you just need to enter YOUR EMAIL INSTEAD. The phone number is inserted automaticly, so just delete that and insert your email adress. You get your verification code on email instantly. Then you are signed in, and you can install any apk you want.
***************************************************************************************************************
As in the topic. I'm on ColorOS 12.1 (KB2003_11_C.26) on OnePlus 8T. I wanted to install YouTube Vanced, (the same problem with other apk's outside of the play store), but it says "risk found", when I tap "install anyway" I get prompt "Verify your identity to allow this". Then it takes me to that *sign in* page, where I insert my phone number, and then I should receive SMS verification code but it never arrives, so I can't sign in, so I can't install any apk's. Adb install app.apk leads to the same problem? Is there any way I can sign in or install apk's?

I enabled installation from unknown sources obviously, but there is no option to "disable" built in antivirus. It came into my mind too sir, but as I said, you can't disable it

The only solution I can see, is to get OxygenOS 11, install every apk you need and then upgrade to ColorOS. But it's one-way ticket, so you have to know what apps do you want. Pretty uncomfortable solution, but for now I can't see any other.
