Upgrading my 3 mobile for warranty repair

Hi there, I was given a link and downloaded the ROM and a radio for my 3 mobile so that I can get it back to the original state when I boughts the phone as 3 will not repair my phone if it has flashed.
I got both of the files (ROM & Radio) but I am unsure of how I add the radio. Do I do that AFTER I have flashed the ROM or before?
Also the number of the firmware on my sons HTC Kaiser is 2.50.771.0 (which is still in its original state from 3) but the link I downloaded is showing as version 1.00.000.0 will this be ok for me to put back on or has anyone who used this can clarify whether it will put my phone back to the original setting with the 3 logo on start up and Planet 3 sign in icon back onto my phone.
Thanks for your help guyz brilliant site and keep up the good work.

Help, How do I remove Clockworkmod recovery?

Basically i got a xoom 3g a week ago i unlocked, rooted, backed up, and flashed ics. Ive been having trouble with the screen, its does not respond to my touch quite alot of the times, i need to take it back for warranty.
I restored my back up of honeycomb which is where im at now
Im in australia and baught it on a optus 3g plan. Build is h.6.5-17-1 (does not appear on motorola website)
I need to get rid of cwm recovery and replace it with the original boot loader and also lock the device but keep the current build.
Im very new to this and have no idea what im doing, help would be appreciated, please reply as if i was a 5 year old.
Thx
Check the stock files stickied at the top of the General section. You are likely to find what you're looking for there. Those stock image files are usually earlier builds...if you flash the correct one for your device you should be able to update OTA to the build that you had originally. Just make sure that it is the correct one for your device.
If you rooted, you should be able to restore.
thanks. I flashed the Telstra files and it all works, but the problem is im with Optus ( a difgerent Telco) I cant find those roms anywhere.
When I flashed the telstra 3g rom it places the carriers app, and changes settings and bookmarks etc for the carrier.
I need an optus 3g rom to flash, i dont care what version as long as can run ota to bring it up to 3.2 (which is what i purchased it as stock standarD)

Flashing Stock Firmware

Hi,
I'm giving my old Moto G to my brother, so I need to remove root and install stock firmware, as the sim unlock code does not work on the custom firmware. I can easily install the stock 5.1 lollipop EU rom, but then when I try to install the stock firmware (I'm pretty sure it's O2, but I've tried both O2 firmware as well as the Retail GB) it gets stuck on the bootloader unlocked screen. It's still there after ~30 minutes, so I'm fairly certain that it's crashing.
Does anybody know what's going on, or potentially have any fixes? There are no errors when flashing the firmware, and I've triple checked that I've got the correct firmware version.
Thanks.

How to figure out specifically which version of device I have?

I recently bought this tablet . I reside in Canada, and I was under the impression that this would be a Canada (XAC) model. However, when my idiot self forgot to toggle on Enable OEM unlock and restarted my tablet after flashing TWRP, I am faced with an issue because Im not sure which stock firmware to flash with Odin. My tablet says that FRP lock prevents it from entering custom recovery. I basically softbricked by device and Im trying to figure out which firmware to download.
It was running Marshmallow, so I figured I'd head over here and grab the 6.0.1 firmware.. only to be faced with a big middle finger by my device. Anyway, the Amazon listing says the model number is SM-T580NZKAXAR.. is that XAC?
