I wouldn't know, I've never used it. I have used Android Pay rarely throughout the whole Orea beta though without any issues.

There is no link. You simply have to downgrade to a version that hasn't been patched to prevent this.
Apparently Verizon is pushing another update out because it just came up on my phone version PD4, but I'm not interested in it.

You will have to unroot and flash stock pb1 to flash this then. If you don't want to unroot, wait until I finish my KeepRoot upgrade package

Have to be eligible and have to download and sign into the Samsung Members (or Samsung+) app from the Google Play Store and it will notify you if you're eligible. I haven't got mine yet.
