Marshmallow 6.0 Odin files N920PVPU2BPC3 HERE!

After a trip to Samsung's Dark internal labs I grabbed the final tar for the 6.0 stock rom build number N920PVPU2BPC3

Please report your results. MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA AS THIS WILL POSSIBLY WIPE YOUR PHONE CLEAN
If you wanna root the phone I'd use https://download.chainfire.eu/839/CF...jv-smn920c.zip and it might work. That's how I managed to root the s6 with 6.0.. using cfroot for 6.0 international models. Please someone confirm this.

we have an early engineering build for MM with the note 4 but was hoping for a newer build

Sweet!!! I wonder if this build is less buggy then the build we had previously? Has anyone else flashed this yet to confirm its good on the Sprint note 5? I just went back to OK3 Moar yesterday because I couldn't deal with the lag and bugs on the MM engineering build lol

Could you possibly add a mirror somewhere else? This one just cycles between 15 hours left and 5 days left continuously without actually downloading.... Afh really seems to be hit and miss nowadays... Thanks!

No, the boot loader isn't locked. I don't understand this dm-verity yet. But, the 3.1 dm-verity flashable will let you boot after flashing a ROM.

I actually had to flash before and after flashing ROM. Again, still playing with stock firmware, I can boot it knox free, bloat free, but no root yet.

Well that's a relief that they didn't lock the bootloader...

I have file to ADB or update from SD-card from current version G950USQU1AQGL-to-U1ZQJJ Oreo 8.0 Beta from AT&T server. Anybody want to try if this works? I will upload to server and post link if there will be enough souls to try. File is 1.4 GB

As soon I see someone else get it I'm in. I was just about to update to unlocked fm to try to get beta. Att updates are few and far between lately.

Not if you're not enrolled in the beta program and not if your carrier isn't participating. Just because you can load a firmware doesn't mean it's gonna get updated.

Where is the file for regular s8, only see the one for s8+

I know that but I was referring to unreleased updates. The active is an odd duck and doesn't get as much love as the base s8 or s8+.

Can I update my s8 active with adb sideload??

If you have the zip file sure. Update it the same you would any other phone.
