Hello, I purchased a Huawei Ascend G700-U00 on AliExpress. Phone worked perfectly until today, today I did an update from B124 to B138 (Android 4.2). After making updates, the phone got stuck on the boot image and it stuck, I can not do anything. Will you please tell me where to download a factory ROM version, and how to install it. Thank you.
I downloaded android Marshmallow B511 and was already on android 5.1,I extracted the update file and applied it on my Huawei ascend mate 7 MTL09. The operation reached 99% and the update failed,the phone was stacked on Huawei logo.I then took the phone to the repairs. Now the phone is working with android 6.0 but my fingerprint is no more recognised,not even seen under settings. I've tried whatever I could but still not working. ...somebody please help me out. Hello I have a problem namely that the upgrade to Android 6.0 to Android 5.1.1, I downloaded WinRAR folder of 700 megabytes and something and went to apdejtujem manually but it stood at some 10-20% update and I went to factory reset but now constantly restarts do not know what to do. I have Huawei Ascend Mate 7 is an excellent phone premium version of the 2GB of ram but I was wondering what is the solution to my problem, I would be very grateful, if we recommend to do it. I have huawei ascend mate 7 (MT7-L09) upgraded to B 313 lollipop then wanted to upgrade again to android6 B513 marshmallow, during the process of upgrading software instal failed at 5% and the phone stucked at logo it can not restart or reboot, I decided to downgrade through MT7-L09 European channel Rollback upgrade package for MT7-L09C432B513 , the first part of process (Transition parkage) but the second part of the process failed at 99% and yet the phone stucked at logo, can not restart or reboot, what could be done wrong? and what is the solution for this?

I update my honor 6 l04 form emiu 3.0 to 3.1 the Rom name was on B380 then I updated form B507 to B803 but it does not boot up.
I tried many of Rom but it is stock in 5% ?
I tried to unlocked it but my phone does not boot and I have no way to read my phone imei !

My father had a problem with his Honor 8. When the new update was released it bricked the phone. Using the DLOAD, we were able to fix this problem, however he was still experiencing regular unwanted reboots. He decided to try changing the firmware again using the rollback file (from android 7.0 to 6.0) on a phone that was already on Android 6.0... Now the phone reboots on his own to the blue honor log screen and doesn't get out of it. We are not able to shut it off, nor go to DLOAD or anything. The only thing I was able to achieve was going to the fastboot. Anything else won't work.
The phone is an Honor 8 bought on Aliexpress. It's a AL10 version but the buyer had the FRD-L19 firmware installed on it. With the DLOAD, the last firmware the phone was on, was an EMUI 4.1 Android 6.0 L19 firmware.
Anyone has any solution in order to install newly a firmware and unbrick the phone please ?

Hey i think there is a problem with new update , mine too experience same in my case my device is FRD-L02 . After several times i left the phone to Honor CARE. they said it takes upto 10-15 days also said they will replace the motherboard.
So just give it to care before with lock bootloader , dont unlock the bootloader in this case otherwise it will costs a lot. have a good day.

Thanks for all you answers. The phone is still under warranty so I contacted Alianz since I had a 1 year repair warranty possibilty and I sent the phone to them. I'm now waiting for them to tell me what's going to happen with the phone.
I'll keep you updated with what's going to happen and when we'll get the phone back

I got the phone back from warranty and they solved the problem. I can't really tell what they did because the paper that came with it wasn't very detailed. But the phone is working perfectly anyway.
