S7 T-mobile using S7 normal room - Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions and Answers

Hey, I've just got my s7 this morning, can I root my s7 t mobile using room/mod from this section and not the s7 t mobile section?
Thx!

For custom ROMs, you'll need to match the ROM to the chip. I think the USA phones use Qualcomm while many countries outside the USA use exynos.

No LTE network? - Seems the N900 is the popular one with non LTE carriers.- Also depends on Samsungs mood I reckon! haha
Depends on the market here in the Philippines we have the octa core and the SD edition..

We too in the Middle East have both the variants of the Note 3 (Exynos & Snapdragon). There is 4G LTE here but some areas are still on 3G, that's why Sammy has both models here.
I don't think the SD800 N3 will ever be available in India (Just look at S4) even though there is 4G in Bangalore. You could always import it from somwhere else like Qatar or Kuwait where there is no Region Lock on the N3.

Galaxy S6 Variants??

Hey I heard that Galaxy S6 will be powered by Exynos. So, I am currently using note 3 and 3G variant is powered by exynos while the 4G one is by Snapdragon qualcomm
So, will all S6 variants be powered by exynos? In fact, will there be a 3G variant ? I need to know that because in note 3 i have had lack development because most awesome roms are for 4G one and I can't install them on my 3G. This time, i am gonna buy 4G one but what model number will 4G S6 be?
All S6/S6E will have Exynos SoC and 4G/LTE.

So , there will be no 3G Variant?
Correct, no 3G-only version. All will have LTE. In the past, Samsung flagships with the Snapdragon SoC had LTE but the Exynos versions did not. Now all S6/S6E will have an Exynos SoC with LTE.

Where can we get snapdragon version of the s7 from europe??

Hi friends,

Galaxy S7 US Internal Hardware Differences?

Hi everyone, I heard a rumor that the Galaxy S7 has identical internal hardware across all carrier models in the US, and that the antenna bands are simply switched on and off in the firmware. Thus, if I were to buy the AT&T Galaxy S7 (930A), could I flash the firmware to T-Mobile (930T) and have full 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE support with all of the necessary carrier bands? Or would I still be missing a few?
I'm assuming that I would be flashing the firmware from Samobile with Odin and that I need to carrier unlock the phone and the bootloader first.
For those wondering why I want to do this, there's a huge sale on the AT&T model on Samsung's store.

I think the only difference in terms of hardware is the processor. The international version seems to be better on battery too.
The big difference overall is that you probably can't root the US version since the bootloader is blocked.
Check these links out for the processor/battery comparison:

I meant between the versions in the US (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.). If there's no differences, then all I have to do is change the software.
I didn't know that the US S7 can't be rooted. Can you unlock the bootloader?

I have a us Cellular s7 edge, currently running the 935u firmware. The s7 carrier models in the united States are basically all the same. There is a root available just check out the other carriers forums. The bootloader cannot be unlocked at the moment.

That's interesting (and kind of scummy for samsung to do especially since they have carrier exclusive sales).
Is the hardware the same for the s6 too?

SM-G955U snapdragon update csc to H3G three uk so I can use voLTE and voWIFI

Any help would be much appreciated.
I have bought a sm-g955u S8 plus online. I am with three uk and I have poor signal where I live. I was hoping to download the app to use voWIFI not realising that it is now integrated into the three firmware. I assume my phone has a snapdragon chip and uk phones have the exynox chip. Is it possible to put the three csc info into my firmware? Can I root this phone?
I would also like to access voLTE. Also is there a way to keep using online banking with a rooted phone?
Thank you.
