[Q] powering off glitch/issue

Hello i just got a sensation the other day. I was using it for awhile then i decided to turn it off after i selected power off it started to turn off but when it was done with the animations it still stayed on. The screen was black but if i pressed the unlock button it still made the unlock sound. After about 30 seconds it stopped and it was off. I was wondering if anyone was expericeing this glitch?
Turn off fast boot and see if problem occurs

The same thing still happened , execpt the screen went off quicker.

Phone turns on black screen.

Hi guys my nexus s (T-Mobile) was dead and I was charging it and it turned on. Problem was that the screen was black although the capacitive buttons are lit up and they light up when I press the lock button. Any suggestions?

Nexus Root Toolkit saves you time and further trouble.
Have you found a solution? I have a phone that is in the same situation.

[Q] Nexus 5 vibrates then turns off randomly

I've noticed a problem that has happened twice with my new Nexus 5 so far - it will vibrate and then turn off. I don't know if it is going through its full shutdown sequence or not as what has happened is that the phone has not been in use, in my pocket once and I don't remember what the other time, and all of a sudden it vibrates once out of the blue, I go to check the phone and it is off. I can turn it back on again but find it weird that it seems to be crashing and then not even restarting - but being off. It is not rooted but the bootloader is unlocked so I can root in the future, if needed.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

[Q] Samsung Epic 4g processes very slow! Help please!

Ok so I got this phone in December and it worked fine until about last Sunday. I was playing candy crush and my phone froze. I couldn't turn it off or exit candy crush so I took the battery out. I then put the battery back in and turned the phone off. The phone was on the black screen saying Samsung and it had the Samsung mobile website under it. 10 minutes later the phone slowly started to get through the animated Samsung logo and it didn't make the sounds it usually would when it would go through that part. Then the phone was stuck on the S and it kept going from plain white to a purple blue color. It stayed on the S for about another 10 minutes and then the phone was finally finished booting and it went to the slide to unlock screen. The slide to unlock does not work at all. I even took my screen protector off and tried to unlock it and that didn't work either. It I slide the keyboard out the phone will slowly realize that I pulled it out and will like 10 seconds to turn the screen sideways. If I take the battery out and try to turn the phone on again it will slowly boot again like I just explained and then I still won't be able to slide to unlock. I had gotten into the Android system recovery 3e and selected the reboot system now option and it didn't help at all. After rebooting the system the phone booted very slow again and when it finally got to the slide to unlock screen, it would not even recognize that I touched the unlock. I have also cleared cache partition and done a factory reset and still the phone was very slow to boot and would not let me slide to unlock. I have not used my phone is a few days and I really want to fix it. I brought the phone to a Sprint store today and they said they didn't know why the phone was acting this way and that they didn't know what to do. Does anyone know something that they didn't know at the store that can help me start using my phone again or something that will help finally be able to use my phone?

Note 5 broken screen, need help recovering

I have a AT&T Samsung Note 5 that recently broke. Screen is shattered, screen won't turn on,but the phone still turns on but stuck on boot loop. I keep hearing the AT&T intro sound, but its broken like the sound skips. After a minute or two it I will hear it again. Sounds like a boot loop.
I'm on a stock factory rom, not rooted.
I did setup a finger print security on the phone.
I see a blue led light on top of the phone.
I tried using findmymobile from samsung didn't work.
However I did something else. I pressed the home+volume up and power button. I hear a usb sound and installing devices. It then show installing gadget serial
what does that mean?
I simply need to recover my files before I sent it out to my insurance. I am getting a new phone from them, but I need to get my stuff off this phone before I sent it out.
What can I do?
