Can't find Samsung Pay on my S2?

Now that my bank is one of the Samsung partners for Samsung Pay I decided that I would go ahead and see if I could get it working on my S2. I can't find the app anywhere. It is not available on the watch which is what I had understood from Samsung, I have it on my phone but I just can't find it anywhere to install it on my watch. It's a non-3G version in the UK. Can anyone help please?

Unfortunately Samsung Pay for the S2 in the UK has not been released. I called Samsung when it was first released for phones and was told it would be coming in June/July, via a firmware upgrade. MST won't be supported on the S2 in the UK either.

I have seen a few reports that it is now available in the UK for the S2 like this one at https://www.androidheadlines.com/2017/05/samsung-pay-now-available-on-gear-s2-gear-s3-in-the-uk.html but it does say that it's slowly rolling out so maybe I still just have to wait. I've asked Samsung UK but haven't heard back. Annoyingly, I had an update yesterday and thought that might be it but it wasn't.

I've just found this article at http://www.techradar.com/news/samsung-pay-now-works-on-your-gear-s3-watch which indicates that it is only available for the S3 so far not the S2.

Yes, there were a few articles saying the S2 supported SP when it was released for phones back in May but they were wrong. After calling their helpline just now, the advisor said that there was no timeline for the S2 and could give no guarantee that it ever would get it. He confirmed that the S3 now has it. They are probably working on the S4.

Using a network specific S3 frontier?

I am considering buying a s3 frontier on a private seller app (5miles). I am on sprint and the watch came from att. I don't have any intentions on using it to make calls from it, other than when my phone is on or around me. Should I have any issues with this? Also, is there anything I should be careful of?

IMHO if you not use or not need Modem function...
Then maybe better to buy SM-R760...
You have more support in community...
SM-R765 is bad supported from S.msung...

None of these devices have now Tizen 3 Firmware update...

If you trying something to repair at home...
You have no Software nor any other kind of help for SM-R765...

I had taken much time on eBay, to find what's the meaning of the seller's description "factory unlocked". Finally I got I need a "Carrier Unloced" Gear S3 Frontier LTE to DL international esim profile, but most of seller's "factory unlocked" is dishonest and their devices equal "Carrier LOCKED".
Bcz different BANDS of tele-providers,
Unfortunately, sm-r765A(at&t) and sm-r765T(T-Mobile) can't using docomo, and I am happy to find out sm-r765F has same BAND and can download other provider's profile, yesterday.
I readed the blog again, it's sounds that DOCOMO of esim is supported by a foreign G&D company. Maybe this means their profile is common and can be use for other device they don't support bcz not on sale. (ONLY wifi version by docomo)

So I noticed a while back people talking of tizen 3.0
is this a thing?
My att version gears s2 is on latest from march cant find but only 2.3.2.7
and My Verizon gear s2 dont say anything of tizen version but may of 2018
nm it also says 2.3.2.7
So how do I go about updating mine to the 3.0
Dont mind a network loss as I only use the bluetooth anyways
Can I just flash unlocked updated firmware? or such

I think Tizen 3 is for the Gear S3.
I own both, S2 Classic, and S3 Classic. The S3 says Tizen version 3.0.0.2,
But the S2 is on 2.3.2.7
