Details? Verizon variant? If not, is bootloader unlocked? If you have an unlocked bootloader, try flashing factory image...if it's the Verizon one, warranty it
---------- Post added at 03:13 AM ---------- Previous post was at 03:10 AM ----------
My first pixel did that. Verizon one, locked tight.bootloader mode showed baseband and bootloader as blank. Wasn't able to get to recovery due to screen flickering outside of bootloader screen

[Q] Xoom Broken

Hello, my xoom is stuck on the "M" DualCore screen and wont go on. Before this after a factory restore, my xoom ahd errors and wont start up the setupwizard, so i unrooted and locked it again. now i cant install a new rom ebcause usb debugging is off and i cant use sdk to unlock/root it for a new rom. what can i do now? thank you for the help in advance.
Can you unlock it again? If you can, I'd unlock it, load the stock images, then see if it'll boot. Don't forget to clear the cache before you try to boot it up. If you can't unlock it you should try to SBF.

The phone was started through command "fastboot continue" through PC. Tried to install new font thro FONT INSTALLER during rebooting it is stuck with boot loop and still stuck.
1. Is there any possibility of restoring the bootloader after this failed unlock mode.??(MAXX HD)

Screen with my problem
You have to go into bootloader mode (volume down + power) and type fastboot oem unlock. Not flash because your bootloader is locked.

I said power + volume down. Not volume up, that doesn't get you into bootloader mode.
I told you to unlock the bootloader by typing fastboot oem unlock while being in bootloader mode.
Please read carefully.

Hang on, power + volume up is the correct combination to get into bootloader, power + volume down gets you to recovery.

Oh right, I got the two devices mixed up ... wish all the Android OEMs just stick with the same combinations.
OP what did you mean by its locked? What happens when you input fastboot oem unlock?

[How To] Mi A1: Bootloader Unlocking Tutorial

Dear All,
Unlocking Method
Our Xiaomi Mi A1 is locked and needs to be unlocked before flashing anything.
STEPS:
1. Power off your handset.
2. Press and hold volume down button and connect the handset to the pc/laptop.
3. Handset will now enter into fastboot mode.
4. Open command prompt on your pc/laptop and run the following command:
fastboot oem unlock
5. Your phone will be unlocked.
*** Make a backup of all your data as it might get erased during the process***
*** Warning***
After you unlock the device, it will become less secure. Your personal data might be leaked or lost.
Please think twice before flashing your phone and do it at your own risk.

Wonderful share.. thank you! Though I already have my bootloader unlocked, what benefit can I get from it?
You didn't bother to include on How to tick USB debugging before entering Fastboot mode and adb unlocking. Some beginners won't able succeed with it.

That's already common knowledge tho since you are using ADB to push the unlock bootloader command. They shouldn't unlock their bootloader if they do not know things as simple as that, tbh.
Did your internal storage got formatted when you unlocked your bootloader?
So we dont need to ask for unlock code from Xiaomi?
I dont have the device yet. Soon...

Nope.
Unlock is supported officially.
I have MI A2 Lite and it's with Android one. Can I unlock it with some tool and root it without affecting the warranty. And does Xiaomi key for unlock is needed only for MIUI interface.
Thanks in advance.

My phone keeps on booting to fastboot

Hi all. Need urgent help here. I tried flashing my phone following everything on one post i found for flashing(androidbiits[dot]com/root-oppo-realme-5-rmx1911-easily/). But something went wrong(I don't know what went wrong, I just followed everything step by step). My phone suddenly keeps on booting to fastboot mode. I tried entering recovery mode but it boots to fastboot mode instead. Need help
PS. I tried to reflash my phone with rmx1911 stock rom. But I noticed my device state is locked. I can't somehow unlock it with fastboot(fastboot flashing unlock). A bootloader unlock prompt appears on my phone and when I choose to unlock the bootloader, my phone just reboots back to fastboot mode with the device state still locked
Use msm tool and ofp file for realme 5 ..you have to flash whole rom again..and it can be flashed in phone state locked too
Give the following commands :
$ fastboot flashing unlock
Then flash TWRP
Then flash stock ROM by renaming .ozip to .zip via TWRP.
