Guys, my Yureka got hardbricked.
I updated to CM12 by downloading zip file and flashing from stock recovery. But the update sucked big time, lags, battery heating, etc. so i thought of reverting back to CM11 by fastboot method and now phone is not booting up, not able to go in recovery mode, not able to go in fastboot mode, not charging, i mean nothing! after searching internet, i came to know that u cannot downgrade from 64bit(CM12) to 32bit(CM11). I tried to recover by following this "https://forum.xda-developers.com/yureka/help/question-qualcomm-download-mode-k-t3068040" but device is not getting detected in device manager, so couldnt proceed further. tried calling Yu customer care, but they wont even pick up the call. please help!

Hello guys I have been struggling for the past week, my LG G2 phone has been rooted, I flash a custom recovery TWRP then I lunched to my stock rom I then tried to update my firmware to 4.4.2 kitkat the update was downloaded successfully, then it told me to reboot, so I did phone switched off then I was stuck on a boot loop but this time it was a boot loop with a error message on the left top corner. and then it would take be to a dim back screen. I searched the entire week to find a method to get me through the start screen and I found this -> NO Recovery mode, No download mode, after OTA on rooted LG G2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142 I done exactly what it was showing, then my phone switched off and now it won't power up. Then I tried turning it on NOTHING phone does't show the LED charging lights, does't respond to the usb being plugged in can't do ANYTHING I am guessing the battery has died so now I don't know what to do, either contact LG or should I try getting a battery that is fully charged or even use a factory cable any ideas guys ?
Call LG support.

Here goes: I was a happy OPO user using the latest crDroid ROM and AK kernel, when suddenly my phone entered the sleep of death. I turned it off and back on, and since then it is in an eternal boot loop, never going beyond the Oneplus logo.
I am able to get into fastboot mode as well as recovery mode (I am using Philz Recovery), however, here is where it gets weird. I was hoping to just flash another ROM from the recovery and fix the problem, but all my files and folders on the SD card are gone, almost as if the chip died.
I also tried flashing a different ROM using ADB, to no avail. ADB shows "OK" but nothing sticks. All I can successfully flash are the boot logo and the recovery. The phone never gets beyond the logo before it reboots.
Does anyone have an idea what else I could try? I feel like sending it back for a replacement, but I am afraid that this will take forever.
Do you have a OTG USB stick ? Maybe you can flash from there.
I was able to get my phone to boot using this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/help/fix-brickloop-audio-fx-fc-efs-corrupt-t2879061
All data is gone though. But at least I don't have a brick any more.
Folks, I have seen some threads on here so I will understand that you will probably hate me but seriously none of those did well for me. So that's why I am creating mine. As an owner of LG G2 mini I had been closely focusing on CM12 progress re lollipop that InvaderJohn was working on. There was a camera overexposure issue so I tried to use some working lib files and vendor/lib files and created a flashable file for TWRP recovery. I screwed it up as upong the flash my phone with CM12 didn't boot up. I wasn't able to get into recover thru adb so I pressed volume down and middle button and got myself into factory mode. I did factory reset and was in TWRP recovery again. Good. Then I reflashed the phone and there was an error saying that secure booting unsuccessful. I have LG Flashtools and tot file with dll for my LG D620fr on my laptop. This method I used once when getting the phone bricked and it worked and I was able to install stock 4.4.2 ROM. But this time... not sure why but the tot flash got stuck with 94% and while the phone was supposed to get restarted it didn't and the message above of the secure etc. popped up. I am able to get into my TWRP recovery (weird) but nothing else. I suspect I got my bootloader locked. Is there any way how to figure this out, please? I was trying the fastboot method but my phone is unrecognizeable. Any help is much appreciated.

Sounds like the bootloader is locked.
Check this thread: How to check for locked bootloader? ... but it's for the LG G3.
Best place to ask is the G2 Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting.
Thread closed and thank you.
Hey everybody,
I just have a serious problem with my LG G4 H814. Yesterday I was just sitting there, using some Apps and suddenly the application ges frozen and after that the phone just more or less turned off. (So the screen gets black). I tired to replace battery and all this stuff but doesn't work.
Next thing to do for me was to boot into TWRP try to fix problem with wiping dalvik cache and/or restore by nandroid backup...
Problem beeing: I cant boot in Recovery Mode either! Just doesn't work... So I tried to boot in the Stock Recovery of LG to do a factory Reset, wasn't able to do that either!
So last try... reboot into Fastboot Mode (Download Mode) and try rebooting into recovery via adb comands...!
Problem beeing: can't get into Fastboot Mode!
I tried to connect Phone via Bootloader but deosn't work.
So now I'am at a point where I can't turn on my Phone! I mean it wont start up...The screen stays black, no Logo is showing up, no LED NOTHING!
The battery icon doesn't show up when I try to charge my phone...
So tell me: WHAT THE FVCK IS HAPPENING HERE? Do you have any idea on what to do except for bringing it to carrier?
I just want to get to my Data on phone...rest doesn't matter. I could set up everything again?
Device information:
LG G4 H814
TWRP
Xpsosed Framework running (v75 i think)
Modules were working just fine (before everything happened I did an reboot so that the modules are active!

You might want to post in the G4 general or where the H814 model is specific (is that T-Mobile?) This forum is specific to the H810 ATT version.
Additionally, you can see the posts about TOT method for restoring your phone, however this will completely wipe your data.

I think H811 is T-Mobile.
Lg G4 H815 T mobile
Same here with my H815 from T mobile. After a forced update of a start up T mobile screen it stops working and gets in a boot loop. all key combinations don't work so can't start in safemode
my g4 h810 does not turn on. no download mode, no recovery, black screen but can be detected by PC when connected via USB. recognized qualcomm 9008 thing. drivers were successfully installed. Mobile feels lifeless except when connected to PC.
any ideas what's going on, does it mean that my phone is hard-bricked? how to resurrect it?
Recently all of a sudden my phone(Realme X2) got stuck in bootloop. It happened all by itself, phone got drained out and I connected it to the charger after 15mins and in no time it was in bootloop.
Now I'm trying to access the fastboot but I'm unable to unlock it as my phone is stuck in this bootloop.
I tried using adb commands but its not reading, and in my device manager the port section driver also keep on looping. I tried to access the stock recovery which is really of no use.I tried all the ways out by my side none is working.
Any idea how I can flash my device and get it back to usable?
Hint: Add Realme X2 to this thread's title thus mainly owners of such phone get addressed.
will do
