Double vibrate every 4-5 minutes - Huawei Mate 9 Questions & Answers

I'm getting a double vibration every 4-5 minutes. I am getting nothing in the notification pane. I typically do not use vibration for anything.
Any ideas what I should check?

Another bit of info...it is a longer vibration followed by a shorter vibration.

vibration mode help

Has anyone noticed that when the treo is on vibration mode it vibrates for the same amount of time as the ringtone??
So if I have a 30 sec ringtone it will vibrate non stop for 30 secs... and if I put a 5 sec ringtone, it will vibrate for 5 secs, stop and vibrate again. Same thing for text messages...
is there any way of changing that..? It really kills my battery.

SMS Vibration problem.

When I put my Fuze on the vibrate profile and receive a text message it vibrates one short time. Then, when I wake the phone up, it vibrates the other two times. It used to vibrate three short times all at once. Anyone know what's wrong?

Cyanogenmod 7 annoying bug-volume rocker keys wake screen when not wanted-CM6 problem

Ok guys.
I have a seriously annoying problem that has been here since CM6, at least since I started running it in late January, and is still
in CM7. Whenever you're listening to music, and have a screen lock delay (mine is set to 1 minute) whenever you press one of the
volume keys to adjust the volume the screen turns on. Yes, I have volume rocker wake unchecked in settings. This only happens during
the 1 minute time though, after it locks then the screen doesn't turn on. So if I had screen lock delay set at 5 minutes the volume
keys would continue to turn on the screen for 5 minutes until the lock activated. This happens if you have a lock delay, if you don't
then they never turn on the screen (unless you have it enabled in settings or you press one immediately after the screen turns off.)
If you have no lock/protection then this doesn't happen either, but if you have a delay it does. Please help, this wastes battery
life and is very annoying.

[APP] Has anyone gotten Always On Edge reminder lights to work on their Pixel 3a?

The thread title pretty much sums it up. I am wondering if anyone who is using the app Always on Edge (AOE) for their notifications has gotten the reminder lights to work on their Pixel 3a. If so, what combination of settings did the trick? I can get the lights to trigger when the notification first comes in, but they never appear again. I have tried all varieties of the AOD being on, off, on with notifications only, etc., with no luck.
It seems to be working for me. I checked "when a notification comes" and "lighting for 8 seconds every 30 seconds" right below.
This app is what I was looking for to replace LED notifications, I'm currently testing it but it seems pretty well made and with lots of options.

Do the reminders still trigger if the screen wakes - either from the notification itself, or because you manually woke it up?
What do you mean? Right now if I receive a notification, the edge lights up for 8 seconds, turns off, then lights up again after 30 seconds and so on.
If I get to the lockscreen by touching the screen or pressing the power button and then let it turn off again, the reminder won't show up anymore. I guess this is intended, if you wake the screen, presumably you have seen the notification and you don't need to be reminded anymore.

Okay, this is consistent with what I noticed. Even if you don't wake up the screen yourself, if you have it set up where incoming notifications wake the screen temporarily, you don't get the reminder lights. Or even if you had the screen on already, walked away, and got a new notification before the screen had a chance to dim. I think an update is coming soon to fix this. But glad to hear it's not just me.

Question Display timeout not following setting?

For some reason my Watch 4 is timing out at around 4-5 seconds. I've tried the setting at both 15 and 30. The display brightness sometimes is turning itself down as well (related?). Charge is at 80+% I've tried cycling the power.
Any ideas.
Unrelated, any tips how to search just a single forum here?
Answered. When the display wakes to a gesture it timeouts in 5 seconds. When wakes due to touch or bezel it waits the set amount.
