[Q] Optimus G Pro (E986) problem with rom

I have LG Optimus G Pro, model LGE986 with modified software (Cm10). I wanted to restore the original ROM, but unfortunately there is no .zip files for the installation under the recovery mode. An only way is using files .kdz, or the option of the recovery with LG program.
And here a problem appears. FlashTools isn't able to unpack files .kdz, but providing LG software under the procedure downloadmode states not loaded up battery (loaded up in the 100%).
What I am doing wrongly or whether somebody of you have zip files of original LG rom for LG E986. (perhaps it will be sufficient to install rom for E980 or E988?, because their original .zip software is available for these models).
I ask for your help, thanks
...thanks for the help
OK. I know what problem is with finding the reply to my question...
and now:
Success! I regained the system.
Unfortunately I don't know how I did it, therefore I will describe my manner step by step:
1. I uninstalled LG drivers
2. I installed them again, but not connect the phone so that it didn't detect him under the normal procedure.
3. I slowed down 8 GB on the system disk
4. I charged a phone for the 100%
4. I closed unnecessary programs, I turned off the Firewall and the Anti-virus
5. I started LG Mobile Support Tool
6. I took out the SD Card and SIM out of the phone, and I turn on under the download mode (we are pressing the button on Volumeup and volumedown and we are putting the cable usb earlier connected to the computer)
7. LG the Support Tool detected phone and suggested the upgrade. Unfortunately he reported not loading up the battery. I started emergency recovering system, and the same mistake. Through 10-15 next minutes I tried both methods. The Support Tool demonstrated either the lack of loading the battery up, or announcement finished >>, or screen of download but without the progress indicator and with the close button (during download is cancel).
After this time suddenly he started correctly downloading the system!
ATTENTION! After downloading system, the program is unpacking it and on the 30% for a few minutes the progress indicator is stopping changing in order then to jump into the 70%. Next the system is staying upload to the phone. At the 95% the phone turn on in normal mode and stopped on the LG logo. In approach to the 100% of the transfer operation of the system the Support Tool suspended itself for a few minutes. Next an announcement of the copy appeared on the disk, which in no way it is possible to lock up. The phone wasn't detected fully by the system (driver MTP), so after 10-15 minutes I separated phone and connected again. Repeated attempts to install the missing driver in this mode to be not possible. Normal starting the mobile phone stopped to LG logo and nothing more.
I decided to repeat the process recovery of the system from the beginning, and I left the phone for loading up again (loading of the system in 3h used up 35% of the battery).
After charging, when I already intended again to regain the system I hit the idea in order to make hard reset (to turn the phone on keeping volumedown+home button).
After the hard reset the phone showing normal installation of system!
Hey there,
Thanks for this but i couldn't install the Firmware. can you maybe upload the backup files? i doesn't matter when you have your data i will wipe because i also need the Rom. is that possible to do it ? it would be very nice.
thanks in advance

[Q] RAZR HD stuck on Decrypt Screen

I've been looking for a while to find a solution to this issue, but haven't had any luck (probably because I'm having trouble figuring out what exactly to search to find a solution). Anyway, here's my problem:
This morning when I went to use my phone (unrooted, stock, fully updated Droid RAZR HD), when I entered my PIN to unlock the phone, it opened to the Recent Apps screen. When I hit the home button, it paused for a moment, then got caught in a loop of constantly notifying me that the Homescreen has stopped working. I couldn't tap on any notifications to get anywhere else either. So, I reset the phone with POWER+VOL DOWN. However, it opens to the Decrypt Phone Screen and won't accept my PIN. It just says "Try Again" (side note: when I use my PIN, it takes a few seconds to tell me to Try Again. If I use a wrong PIN/password, it tells me to Try Again immediately). After struggling with this a little while, I decided to cut my losses and do a Factory Reset from Recovery. It says it succeeds, but still boots to the decrypt screen. I've tried to get into ADB to wipe it, but I can't get ADB to recognize my phone. I tried to use fastboot to wipe, but it doesn't work either. I tried to use RSDLite to flash the stock firmware on it, but it always fails on step 1/17 (Failed Flashing Process. 1/17 flash partition "gpt.bin" -> Phone returns FAIL). If it means anything, my phone doesn't display "OK to program" on the fastboot screen. Anyone have any suggestions/help? I have a replacement insurance policy with Best Buy, so I can go tomorrow and get a new phone swapped out. I'd just really like to not have to wait on that and get the one I have working again.

[Q] CommServer has started

A few days ago I booted my phone normally and I got an strange app running right as the phone turned on. It's called CommServer, and theres a message saying "CommServer has started".
I investigated a lot about this and it seems that this is a testing app to check the phone functions, and to use it you have to fastboot the phone and select the BPTools option. However, I am booting my phone normally and I get this app running on the background. It's really annoying because the phone starts up on Airplane Mode when this happens, and the USB connection to the computer doesnt work, along with a lot of other functions that are turned off.
When I fastboot my phone and select either "Start up normally" or "BPTools" the CommServer thing disappears completely, and my phone works perfectly. I tried flashing my device from 4.4.4 to 4.4.4 from a different country and the problem persisted. I tried upgrading to 5.1 and the problem still persists.
So I assume something like BPTools became the default launch for the phone, since it appears only when I start the phone without fastboot. Is there a way to permanently change the default boot mode for the phone?
Thanks in advance.
1. OPEN UNI ANDROID TOOL
2. CLICK ON MOTOROLA TAB THEN NEW FRP METHOD
3. THIS WILL REMOVE FRP AND WILL ALSO REMOVE "The CommServer has Started." The process is CQATest. NOW YOUR PHONE WILL BOOT NORMALLY.

Primux Sirico 2 issues

Hello everyone, I have lots of issues with this tablet since I bought it. It works painfully slow, yet resetting it doesn't change anything, still the same problem. I also tried to root it via Kingroot and it werk, however it took me lot of time due to the system being unresponsive / unstable and almost useless. It comes with android 4.0.3 and I also tried looking up for any possibilites to reinstall the firmware since I'm extremely sure it could be caused from the firmware it also got installed from the factory. I also tried searching for custom roms and other ways around for TWRP or any custom recovery, but no result. I also tried up with the Flashify app to try extracting / backing up / dumping the recovery and the kernel but the app freezes up. I also tried a possibility to update the firmware from their official page, hence it failed to do so since it gives an error in their flashing software that dosen't tell me nor it logs it what it could be caused up from the connecting part.
primux.es/producto/tablets/tablet-primux-siroco-2-101/189
(not sure if anyone understands spanish thought but I can translate if needed)
This is the page from where I tried to download and install their software and their firmware down below on the page. primuxcomputers.es/primux/siroco2upgrade.pdf
There are the instructions where I tried to follow but at the "Imagen 9: Icono" part got me stuck in there. It requests me to insert the cable in the tablet holding the "Home" button and while holding it, plugging in the USB cable throught PC, and tap quickly the "Power" button 3 times. However it gives me a red X icon and yet nothing shows up in the devices: No ID, no other kind of detection no logs no nothing. After it showed up the X on the status, it disconnects itself and it changes to ready / green icon and plugs itself in again but nothing really happens to detect it again thought.
I also tried to boot in recovery mode but nothing happens menawhile Flashify keeps on the rebooting in recovery mode in loop doing nothing else... I'm seriously in pain with this tablet. And if you ask me to return it, not gonna even bother doing that..
I seriously hope any answer very soon and don't get dissapointed by the ignorance of this topic..

My Google Pixel seems bricked - Could someone confirm there is nothing I can do ?

Hi, here's a description of what happened, what I did to solve my problem, and where I am now...
I left my Google Pixel and 2 hours later found it stuck into a booting loop (Google logo displayed > black screen > Google logo displayed > blackscreen...).
I first entered fastboot and tried to power off, restart, etc a few times, but it stayed stuck into the booting loop.
So I downloaded latest OTA from Google for my phone (my phone was already updated to the latest version via the phone update manager, which goes back to december 2019 I think).
I first verified that my linux pc could correctly see the devices, and then from fastboot I entered recovery mode and chose "Apply update from ADB".
I used the adb command to load the OTA I had downloaded.
The update progressed until it finished with the following error message :
Code:
install from ADB completed with status 1
Installation aborted
E:Failed to clear BCB messages: failed to write /dev/block/platform/soc/62400.ufshc/by-name/misc: I/O error
I was back on the recovery menu screen, and this is where I think I did something stupid : I selected "Reboot system now".
The phone did not reboot, the screen just went black and stays black. The phone is cold so I guess not running anything. And it does not respond to any button, so not starting up, no fastboot, etc. No more when I connect it to a PC or plug it in a power plug.
I don't really care about the phone, I was just trying to get back my picture/videos from the last 6 months.
I don't have much hope but I will appreciate any help, even if its just to confirm that there is nothing to do

Well you could try and see if the phone is in deep flash mode, if it is flash system, boot and other sensitive partitions but make sure that the versions are the same. If you don't have the firmware you can pull user data partition from phone and get your data back that way

Thanks for your help. This is probably beyond my capabilities. I don't know how to check if it's in deep flash mode. Pulling the data out is what I'm interested in most.
Maybe this is something that a phone repair shop is able to do...
