In this test i will show comparision between phones which cost the same but one of them is superior. Hope you will like this first mini test of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro
Hello.
I recently gave my mother the Xiaomi Redmi 3, I thought about upgrading her to the Redmi 3 pro but eventually decided not to.
I already ordered the case for the pro version so I decided to keep it and use it with the Redmi 3.
The case quality is exactly the same as the Mi4c one I reviewed here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-4c/accessories/case-review-mi4c-original-ipaky-neo-t3397528/post67290855#post67290855 or in short - great, doesn't make the phone bulky, protects the screen and helps keep the phone look amazing
I highly recommend it, attaching pictures of the case with the Redmi 3:
I'm also using the highly recommended Mocolo screen protector with it, like I have with all my Xiaomi phones, since buying my first Xiaomi device(March 2013, Xiaomi Mi2)
Link to purchase the Mocolo screen protector for Xiaomi Redmi 3 / Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro
You'll be buying 2pcs, keep one for spare, you never know when you might need it.
(This is the official shop, I have been buying here for years and I recommend it for authenticity reasons)

Thank you for the review. I had ordered one of these cases a day before your post. I expect it to take some time to get to me as I am in the USA. I just received a Redmi 3 Pro. I like it a lot, but I need the case before I drop it.... it is very slippery without a case. I'll post again after I receive the case.....

I received the case yesterday. I am very glad to have the case on my phone. it does add a better grip to the phone but not as much as I would like, such as hybrid cases with more silicone. I do miss having a more protective case as well, such as those that are available for other phones. The limited protection this case affords will help the phone survive, but I do hope others are going to be marketed for this Redmi 3 Pro device.

Thanks for your input, I'm glad you like the case!
Thx for the tip, bought this case 3 months ago for my R3 Pro, works fine. No scratches until today, holds firmly on the phone, all buttons work really well.
The speaker grille dampens the sound a little so I cut it out with an x-acto knife

There are NO issues with the flash with this case.
Hello,
I own an Xiaomi redmi note 3 special edition (aka "kate"), this phone measures 152mm of length contrary to the xiaomi redmi 3 pro kenzo which measures 150mm of length. I want to replace the back battery cover of my phone, i searched on aliexpress, and i found back battery cover replacement for the xiaomi redmi note 3 pro Kenzo, the sellers told me that doesn't fit with my phone.
do you know where i can buy online a back battery cover replacement for kate? or maybe is the seller wrong?
thanks by advance!
Thread beneath yours mate.

Hello. I'm seeking some advice on possibly buying a Xiaomi smartphone this month. I'd go for a 128Gb, looking too spend as little as balancedly possible, and would give preference to camera quality for shooting still photos of a person in outdoor daylight, and videos also in outdoor daylight of a person speaking.
After already many hours, I'm in doubt between the entry Redmi Note 9 (S, etc), or the Redmi Note 8 Pro, or even Poco X3 NFC. NFC is useful for me.
Thanks in advance for info,
Regards,
Manuel
No idea how Redmi note series perform.. however i m satisfied with Poco X3 cam at this price point.
Poco X3 comes with Sony IMX682 sensor.. which can be found in realme 7 pro , Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G etc too
I won Mi community, Redmi note 9 pro 5g, I am from Serbia. We don't have this phone here , because it's only for Chinese market.
I have Redmi note S2, my first phone, Redmi note 7, Redmi note 8 pro , Poco f2 pro, and this ..
I try all this phone to use without mask but very fast I got micro scratches, and little bigger..
On this phone ,I use it without mask and after almost there weeks ,no single scratch, not even little micro scratch on back.. the phone is good and safe like now.
Is it possible that material for Chinese market is better than frome Europe?
Is possible, that make some big changes in quality?
Redmi note 7 after week of wearing without mask was terrific on back... So scratch at back that I barely sold him...
Why they so make so big difference..
I understand that this Xiaomi is Chinese brand, but it about e the same for all ..this is not far for customers..
