I recently gave my mother the Xiaomi Redmi 3, I thought about upgrading her to the Redmi 3 pro but eventually decided not to.
I already ordered the case for the pro version so I decided to keep it and use it with the Redmi 3.

Thank you for the review. I had ordered one of these cases a day before your post. I expect it to take some time to get to me as I am in the USA. I just received a Redmi 3 Pro. I like it a lot, but I need the case before I drop it.... it is very slippery without a case. I'll post again after I receive the case.....

I received the case yesterday. I am very glad to have the case on my phone. it does add a better grip to the phone but not as much as I would like, such as hybrid cases with more silicone. I do miss having a more protective case as well, such as those that are available for other phones. The limited protection this case affords will help the phone survive, but I do hope others are going to be marketed for this Redmi 3 Pro device.

Thx for the tip, bought this case 3 months ago for my R3 Pro, works fine. No scratches until today, holds firmly on the phone, all buttons work really well.
The speaker grille dampens the sound a little so I cut it out with an x-acto knife

i having problem with softcase that when i use camera with flash its like the flash is reflecting and affected to the camera

There are NO issues with the flash with this case.
just,wondering, has anyone found a battery case for redmi pro yet. ive found one for mi5, with some adjustment can we use that for redmi pro?

Im looking at getting a new case for my Redmi Note 3 Pro, so what i wanted to know please if the Pro and regular Redmi Note 3 phones the same dimensions ?

hennessy (redmi note 3 mtk) and kenzo (redmi note 3 qualcomm, redmi note 3 pro) has same dimensions. But kate (also redmi note 3 qualcomm, redmi note 3 pro but with more network bands) has taller body. Check your phone first if it is kenzo or kate.
Standard is 150mm tall, Kate is 152mm
Standard case won't fit, even silicone ones,they don't stretch well on the connectors.
I have a Xiaomi Redmi k20 with a possibly damaged motherboard. There are no scratches & no cracked screen. I was wondering what i could get for it.
Money. Just sell screen, it's the most expensive part if MB is dead
