I'm trying to use CF Auto Root, rooted phones previously with no issue, however this device has been nothing but problems. People have rooted this variant with no issue so I'm not sure what my issue is.
I've removed my Google account and all security, and factory reset the device. Not sure how to proceed.
Here is the log from Odin;

I'm not sure why you're using CF Auto Root as this doesn't work for your model that's why it's been nothing but problems... Have you not followed the root thread for instructions?
You're trying to flash an unsigned recovery on a locked bootloader. That's your error.

The reason I was rooting mainly was being unable to copy files to my phone... wtf. If you have any other solution for that on hand, I couldn't care less about rooting, so shoot
Thanks in Advance
Sorry to hear you're having problems try using Odin 3.07 instead of 3.04 worked for me.
Sent from my D5803 using XDA Free mobile app
So i recently rooted my i925 with this universal method...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2403230
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCBLOhWavT0
Then I decided to try and run the casuall "Jailbreak" software to get a custom recovery and unlocked bootloader and i just checked "I did it" during the root portion since I already was... and now I'm soft bricked. I can only get into the download mode and tried flashing with odin but no luck might be doing something wrong... Also tried following the cyanogen instructions which involve flashing a cwm recovery in download mode but still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! If I hold power the screen will just flash the download mode screen on and off. I pulled the back off and pulled power. No difference.
Any ideas guys? This is the first time I've bricked anything since I've been here and it's got me pretty worried...
Still stuck is anyone has any ideas.

I would retry ODIN with the original VRAMK1 firmware available from sammobile.com. If that doesn't work tell us what error you are getting.

Maybe try Heimdall commandline. You can flash individual pieces.

I'm just going to warranty it out with verizon. Ive warrantied phones before with no issue. usually for amoled screens that get shadows before the year warranty is up. Hoping all goes well.
im having this same issue, device keeps starting and then fails out, is there a solution to this?
I'm trying to apply the correct firmware for my region UK and carrier which is EE but i can't seem to do this since it keeps failing on me when i start the process. This is the output from the logs.
Code:

Just some background info as to why and what i've done previously.
The problem is i can't update the software since it keeps on saying processing failed. After looking into this it may be linked to region of the device since the baseband versionis I9505XXUGNK4 and the CSC part is not a UK code which is why i'm guessing the phone can't be updated also on the phone screen it shows the following error message at the point at which it fails secure check fail sbl1
Also i used kingoroot to root the device and i have a superuser app install as well before using Odin but surely this can't be an issue can it?

Hi All
I have tried to install several 6.01.1 roms, but odin keep being a pain in the neck.
Odin simply fails when it's trying to write to nand.
I have tried 4 different cables on 2 different PC, both with updated USB drivers.
What is wrong here ?
I have attached odin log:

But it's a custom rom from this forum I'm going to install. There is not mentioned anything about using a pit file.
Custom rom? with odin?
Yup. It seems like it 's need when you go between 5.1.1 to 6.0.1. Have tried to install through TWRP, but the phone never starts up.
Did you try to rescue it via Smart Switch?

It's getting failed because the firmware which you are trying to flash is not compatible with your phone, that's not the issue with your pc or usb cables
Hi,
I was wondering if someone could assist me on the issue im having. First i tried rooting Samsung gt-s7275b and failed completely and got stuck in odin mode, Then i tried downloading the stock firmware using this site samsung-firmware.org/es/download/Galaxy__Ace__3__LTE__-South__America-__/0963/COM/S7275BUBUAMJ2/S7275BUWAAMK1/ and extracted when i try to upload it thought pda on version 3.07 i get fail, then i tried 3.12.7 and i get unsupported dev on the phone. Now im not sure if what i download is the correct firmware. Not sure what to do
