Hello,
My tf101 is currently running dolphin or default browser on katkiss 4.4.4 and when i try to watch online videos apart from youtube it plays the sound but the image stays black. I was wondering if there's anyone that had the same problem and solved it? Videos on youtube website play well but other streams do not load, when i play from youtube website it appears to be using a different video player from the rest which i assume it would be why im not able to see the others. Is there a way to change this?
Thank you!

hi all,
i have a problem and need your help. I searched a video with google video search but the results found couldn't be opened because there is flashplayer needed... Is it possible to play all the videos in the web or are just youtube videos working???
help please
To my knowledge flash doesnt work unless you use the browser called skyfire.
Is all right but doesnt play good it skips a bit and or slow frame rate.
PIE 6 works for flash video quite well. Try that.
Or keep Opera and look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544770
I was wondering if anyone who's received their transformer could tell me if you can play m2ts video files on the tablet? One site I found said they used rock player lite on the xoom so I'm guessing it wouldn't be much different on the transformer. I'm a relative novice when it comes to video but what I hope to be able to do is record games (I coach basketball in the winter) and then watch them afterwards on the tablet. Because I'm looking to watch them right after I do not have the opportunity to convert the files to something else. Wondering if anyone could help out and shed some light on this. Thanks in advance!
Any help here?
I've tried playing my ripped blurays (m2ts format) on every player I know of with no success. I've tried stock player, rock player lite, moboplayer, tried streaming through mynet, and nothing has worked for me. I'm not saying it won't work (I'm still a noob), but nothing has worked for me so far.
Sent from my Transformer TF101 using XDA Premium App
bump...looking for the same.
Hi all,
I need some help. I couldn't find any info on my problem in TF forums, hence created a new topic.
The problem is that I can't watch an Online-TV (I use etvnet(dot)com to watch some Russian TV) on my TF. I tried stock player and Mobo player, but both of them can't open the file.
I don't know all the technical details, but I know that the video streams as WMV-file using MMS protocol. Any suggestions on what player can play it?
So far the only way I found was to watch it from my PC using Splashtop HD, however it's kinda slow and works awful in "full-screen" mode.
You can try plex to stream it from your PC to your TF101. Or use handbrake to re-encode it to something that the tf101 can play (search the tf101 forums for handbrake)
Hello all,
Have searched Google and xda but did not find anyone else with this issue.
When streaming a video there is a transparent border/layer over video except to right and below
I hope you can see it in attached, I can.
Pic is from filmon tv but it also happens on other players but not on YouTube of HTC watch. Basically only when streaming I think.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Thanks
Phil
I know the question must have been already asked, but I recently bought a Transformers and tried to watch a movie with my megavideo account and.... it lag .... a lot.
Does someone have a solution for this? Or is it impossible to run smoothly flash video stream?
