Hi guys..hope somebody can help me to get my phone working again..i had lollipop installed and by accident I deleted the internal memory..the only thing what I can is to reboot to recovery twrp..and then on my pc phone shows up..1 cust drive and 1 internal..which is empty..do you have any idea about that? thanks a lot..please help )))
Download the stock rom for your phone model (tl-10) official one, NOT beta version, better directly from Huawei web site.
Extract stock recovery from downloaded file (by using huawei extractor app).
Using ADB commands, flash stock recovery. Then copy stock rom to sdcard and proceede with 3button procedure.
If any of these operations sound new to you, please use "search" button in these forums.

I have downloaded from Huawei web site 120sp04 firmware. I extracted recovery, flashed with adb commands. Copied the stock rom to sd card, and i am not able to force my phone to start update. keeps restarting. is the a special trick for this 3 button procedure? phone should be off, but from bootloader i cannot switch of the phone. Is it possible that the phone doesn't recognize my SD Card? please advise.
Please check, there' s a command trough ADB (I think adb reboot) wich reboot phone.
Then, someone, has been forced to keep the SD card NOT inserted into the phone, waited for reboot and then (after huawei logo I think, but I'm not sure; please check) inserted the SD card.
Then proceede with local update (forced method).
As for the 3button method, simply press and keep pressed volume up+volume down + power on button. All togheter.
Then the phone must boot automatically into recovery and start the procedure itself.
It i clear: stock recovery MUST be already installed !!!

The only thing what i can do is, to flash recovery and boot from fastboot.zip( http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-7/help/5-1-to-4-4-2-bootloop-t3132888 ) i guess for L09 version, where i can get to update mode with 3 buttons...all other possibilities are not possible. even if i extract from original firmware recovery and boot images, nothing work..i was going from B125 back to B123 to B128 and B313 when in TWRP i deleted everything. Phone is charging, i can turn it off..OS is missing..is it possible that somebody would make a back up in twrp and i would flash it on my phone? or what version of firmware i should start with? what about sideload? does it help? please advise.

Good luck!

Help stuck on boot logo and unable to boot twrp!

my P8max stucks at boot logo after try to install the KangVIP rom.
After this i tried install the stock rom again with the stock recovery and it stopped on 90%
then i tried to flash the boot.img, cache.img recovery.img, cust.img, system.img and userdata.img extracted from official chinese UPDATE.APP by mistake, it worked, but the chinese version doesn't have gapps, then, i extracted the .img files from the correct UPDATE.APP and flashed.
but the P8 gets stucked on boot logo again and restarts all the time, i tried to flash the TWRP, the console says DONE! but when i try to boot on TWRP holding the power button with vol- and vol+ it doesn't work.
PLEASE HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW!!
Sorry for my bad english.
Extract the recovery.img, boot.img, cache.img, cust.img and userdata.img from then Chinese b028 rom and flash them (you can leave out system.img, since it's too large and probably won't boot).
Then place the Chinese b028 rom in the dload folder on your SD card and force the install with holding down VOL-UP, VOL-DOWN and Power buttons.

Thanks for the Reply, i flashed the files from the chinese B028 rom but holding power, vol+ and vol- does nothing.... :crying:
Maybe you're doing something wrong, no matter what is should at least show you an error. Hold those three buttons together until the install process begins. If that won't work, hold the three buttons until the phone starts / reboot and you see the Huawei logo, and then only release the power button but keep holding vol+ and vol-

My Phone is rebooting all the time, it shows up the logo few secons then it shuts down an starts over, it can't be shutted down, when i get to the eRecover and then i select ''shut down'' it don't, just restarts and does the same thing over and over.
I had the same issue, but the steps described above solved it. Wait until the phone shuts down or reboots (after the short vibration) and immediately start to hold all three buttons.

I tried all the combinations, pushing the buttons just after the vibration, just when the logo shows, when the logo disappears... everything!! But nothing works.
I thing i killed my p8max
Try flashing TWRP, then boot it, use it to completely wipe the phone, then flash back the stock recovery from b028 and try to force the fw install again with the UPDATE.APP in dload folder on your SD card and the button combination. I honestly just can't believe that someone succeeded to completely kill the phone.

Yes, i can boot the eRecovery and fastboot, but not the recovery,
No more ideas?
Well, I'm kinda clueless since nothing seems to work anymore. You could try to flash these:
https://tusfiles.net/y3pl71s9lg7f
and then force, if it changes anything, try to forceflash the B028 firmware.
I flashed you files but nothing had changed.
Its actually dead.

Follow the below steps, and you'll get back to stock:
Download your phone's latest firmware and extract system.img, boot.img, recovery.img, cust.img from UPDATE.APP using Huawei Update Extractor tool.
Boot into bootloader mode by switching off the phone then pressing only the Vol DOWN button, and connecting it to PC simultaneously.
Flash recovery first, using this command.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Flash all other extracted files similarly firing these commands.
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
fastboot flash system system.img
After doing this put that very UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD.
Switch off your phone, and press Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously.
Your device will now get to the full stock firmware.
NOTE: If the manual flashing doesn't works or you get any errors, then first try only the force update method, i.e Putting the UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD and pressing Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously after switching off your phone.

What do you mean by does not work?
You can not start a forced update or forced update fails?
Is your bootloader unlocked or locked?
What were you using before the problem?
Firmware or custom rom?
Which firmware or if a custom ROM then what was the Android version?

I solved the problem in another way
After trying a thousand and one thing, the resolution to my problem was simpler than I thought.
I decided as follows:
- Having no memory card, I bought one and put in tlm
- I drew a full back to my rom, in this case a custom 6.9.1
- I put this full rom (zip file) on the memory card
- Through the TWRP did factory reset through the bootloader option
- Again by TWRP I chose installed the full rom had put the memory card
- He installed, I restart and voilá
Note that after doing this, it took a long time to set everything up. In the second logo of honor it took about 15 or 20 minutes.
It's probably due to hardware, if 3btns method don't work you can't install a fw

(WT88047-Redmi 2 Prime). Unable to open TWRP recovery mode without OS

I installed TWRP 3.3.0 sucessfully on my Redmi 2 prime which was lagging a lot to install a custom rom. I wiped out all the previous data using twrp recovery mode. I had my rom zip file on my sd card. So to mount that ( had to remove battery) I reboted my phone without an OS. now I am unable to go into recovery mode. When I try power + Volume up button, my phone keeps getting rebooted in a loop. Using volume down + power button I am able to go into fastboot only. How can I get into recovery mode. Please help!!!!
I have a backup of stock firmware (excluding data) on a sd card.
PS: I read a similar thread here for a samsung device. The guy solved his problem using odin. what should I do.

SM-G903W: boot looping after flash attempt using ODIN?

Greetings
Thanks for your reading!
I tried flashing some ROMS onto this phone using download mode using ODIN. I was trying to flash TWRP, MAGISK and LineageOS using some files on this forum to no luck. I am new to ODIN and it appears strange to use!
It appears after doing so that it is going into boot loop mode now and won't boot normally at all.
I can still get into download mode using vol down + bixby + power
But it won't let me go into recovery mode using vol up + bixby + power no matter how long I do it
Can someone point me to the correct files to download and procedure to get this phone up and running again?
Can someone provide assistance?
Got it working by using an older version of TWRP! Whew... thanks
