Problem is our S8 isn't rooted. We have zero rom dev and a locked BootLoader.
Try Evie launcher.

You need to replace icon png in apk file.

you can try Good Lock app in the samsung apps, it change the system ui and the status bar icons. The app is in apk mirror. It is an app for galaxy s6 and s7.

1st) Samsung Theme Engine does not allow MM status bar icons changes. They are not a bunch of PNGs anymore. Now they are drawn by XML code which is unreachable, ATM, to Theme Engine.
2sd) APKTOOL for Samsung Marshmallow APKs is performing well only since 2.1.1 that was released on May 7th. Still no SecSettings deals.
3rd) Stock non-rooted ... quite fewer options for you.
Hope to soon flood you all with new options.

Ok, here what I think will make it good.
1- that blue stripe in the settings make it flat.
2- for music controls, instead of pause, next and prev, use icons instead.
