You need to replace icon png in apk file.
You have millions HOW TO on XDA for that.

Yea i'm using it and it works.
Sorry for posting in wrong section, I'm quite new and thought it would be relevant for here. If a mod could move for me when they see this?
I'm guessing every way would require root?
I am fine to do this, but just wanted to make sure
But I would definitely recommed this moded launcher.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2103403
It's still Home launcher (Sony) but with great features and possibilities.
You can hide icons, change icons, themes...
Change number of rows and columns in app drawer and home screen...

Just updated to 2.3.3, rooted, and miss the transparent launcher on WB's rom.
I've tried the root explorer method and it does not work (compatibility issues?)
So I would like to ask if there's a 2.3 version that works?
Cheers

It's the second time he's put up a work with no mention of the actual op. Obviously deprives one from the credits. Plus it gives an image that he's created the mod( thread title doesn't read ( share)). It's the second time, hence the behavior.
I take someone's rom, put it up like the original thread, obviously the original creator of rom wouldn't be satisfied.

That is just a mockup and not an actual screenshot.
You could try decompiling or using a CM12 Theme (not sure if a theme would be able to do it yet since it's fairly restricted at this point and I'm not sure what method is used to define the size).

Exactly. There's an Xposed module used for modding the status bar icons, but of course that wont work on Lollipop. If there's another app that makes it possible to mod the icons, then it probably wouldn't be too hard to do.

There are programs, that can do this. For example: Photoshop, Corel Photo-Paint, etc.
And no, it's not too hard.
Decompile Systemui.Apk edit icons via Paint/Photoshop. Then recompile.
Make a backup, systemui mods can cause bootloop.

You don't need to decompile. You can just rename .apk to .zip. Pull icons out, edit them and put them back. Rename .zip to .apk and you are done.
If you are using Total Commander, you don't even have to rename .apk to .zip an vice versa.

I might try to make up some icons. Not sure if it's possible to space then out slightly by adding padding, but I'll try.
